[Resolved]  BSES Street Lights — No one come to repair Street Light

Dear Sir,

This is in regards Street Light issue we are facing. My name is Ashish Kanojia. I am residing at H.No-G/206, Qutub Vihar, Ph-1, Jhankar Road, Goyla Dairy, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110071.
We are facing issues with street lights since past 1 month. Several times we have visited your office located in Chawla and Najafgarh. However, every time they refuses us and they do not register our complaint. Recently, my father went to your office on 6th October 2011 in order to gegister this issue with your department but in response they said that there is no one to file your complaint as everyone is on site. This is why. electrician from BSES never came to repair the street lights those are not working from September. I have called many times in BSES Call center no. 39999707 but they always told us that they do not file complaint for street ligts over the phone. Hence, I request you to please do something for the same.
