[Resolved]  BSNL 3G — BSNL 3G service

I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
* I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
* The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude so far.This happened on Dec 5-6, 2009. Whereas customer care over 1503 on my cellphone was a very professional answer although they dint find an answer to my above query, they conveyed it very courteously and declined politely. So whoever was there please I'd atleast expect professional & courteous treatment if not more. I don't have to take someone tempers & tantrums when I go for some support or help regarding their service.
* The tariff plan for data is very expensive. I'd love to see it reduced to 1 paise per MB instead of 10KB, which will be more in accordance with international rates. Come on in the information age internet is a necessary infrastructure.

BSNL customer care has become very courteous and helpful now. But there is no documentation or proper training for new technologies like 3G. After seeing BSNL improve their service by such leaps and bounds, I'd like to say kudos & congratulate BSNL.

BSNL Prepaid — WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE MY SERVICE WAS CONVERTED INTO 3G WHICH I DONT WANT

I am a regular customer of BSNL prepaid from many year. i have BSNL prepaid connection, it was a life time connection which was expiring on 5th Aug 2009, i went for a topup to increase its validity period but it dose not increase. Then i ask to cutomer care for this problem he was very supportive and told me that my account is converted to 3g for which i have to recharge with Rs350 to use my servises . i dont want this service as im using a very simple set and this servise was activated without my knowlege . I already given a written complaint but nothing has been done.My all services are bard, convert my account to normal so that i can use my services.pls help me.

BSNL SIM — fails to open an internet connection.

my phone nokia 3120 classic though it supports internet my sim is not able to establish an connection, i have activated gprs and also have the required settings still its not, its working with the other company sims.

BSNL — BSNL Service

My previous landline no[protected], did not work from 1st Aug 2009 to 31st Aug 2009.

Despite repeated complaints to 1500 and mails to the corresponding officers, nothing had happened.

Only on 31st Aug 2009, the issue was resolved. BSNL chennai had issued telephone usage bill for that month.

I had submitted an RTI to CPIO, chennai, asking him to expalin the reasons for delay and to waive the rental for the month, during which the line was dead.

But till now I have not recieved any response for my RTI. Also BSNL has disconnected my landline (without informing the reasons). When I tried to call the AO (Ambattur), no one is responding in that number.

Now i have written a mail complaint to appalette authority. I have to see whether i get a response atleast from him.

We are Garuda Power Pvt Ltd(Cummins Dealer), Asansol.Our Office had bought a usb 3G data card from bsnl Mittal, Asansol, Ushagram in month of oct, But the data Card is not working last two month.I have verbally complained regarding the this matter.Because of this reason we want to surrender our 3G BSNL Data card ( IMEI :-[protected], SN:- GF4CAB[protected], Bill No:-1558).We are requested to settle Our account and return our Money as soon as possible. Please do the needful.Hope our problem gets solved through this complain.

hi. sir am from puzhal...i uesd 3g data card . from passd one week ther is no spped and network coverage in puzhal ...its near too perambur and madhavaram .but ther speed limit is 3.1mpbs .. in puzhal..ther is only 600 kpbs...i need full network...its belongs too chennai... and puzhal jail, ..many institions like velamal, rmk.rmk.gojan.engineering collegs are here.pleas recticfy this probs ...

BSNL — Lack of proper service and loss of money

This is a tragedy on BSNL part that even being one of the oldest telecommunication service proveder,they have not been able to provide right service yet.I have been contacting to the customer care since last 3 hrs and now when i finally got connected to the customer care executive they are not listenening to the problem properly and are disconnecting the phone.
I just wanna ask the higher authorities that is all our time value less? Or we customer are a fool who have trusted to be the consumer of BSNL services.
There is no propr network at time and even they deduct balance without reason...
Can i have a solution please.

BSNL 3G — data plan is not working

i have charged my 3g phone with data plan of 606 .it shows the data received but when i using internet it detect my main balance . call center have no solution for this . they transfer call from 3g to 2g or prepaid.

BSNL 3G — we want pantnagar (uttarakhand) to be the 3g

sir,there is no 3g signal in pantnagar (dist. udham singh nagar ) .we want pantnager to be 3g .there was a university also (gb pant) in which many student have 3g phone but no bsnl 3g signal .student face many problems for the internet speed.

i am from poona i have brought bsnl 3G data card but i am not even getting a speadof more then 50kbps please tell me what should i doz

dear bsnl 3g i am sachin agarwal from u.p west i purchase new sim that is bsnl3g and i use that is in my mobile nokia 3g 7230 but its speed is vry slow. u r saying that hindustan bol raha hai but it is wrong and right word is bsnl 3g chalane k baad hindustan roo raha hai and the charges of bsnl 3g is vry high. other company like tata docomo is much better than bsnl 3g. and bsnl 3g signal is crying every time. so it is my opinion that who buy the bsnl 3g they must crying there whole life. tata docomo give 1 month pacakage only on rs.95/- and it give the 6 gb in this pack and its speed is so good than urs. so i[censored] want to sell ur 3g than u want to satisfy ur consumers. DEAR bsnl myself PAYAL KAPOOR UP(west) my complaint is that i bought a bsnl 3g but i think this is my big mistake becoz it is vry- vry bad there is no speed and no signal. i think u launch it without any experiment. bsnl 3g is such a headache of the consumer who buy this service. i think other company is better than bsnl 3g. becoz in other company gives good services and vry good pacakages. and i want my money back plz tell me the way where i got my money back. thanks
