Dear Sir,
I got a message "Thanks 4 Using Wap Subscription Service at[protected]:10.Your total cost is Rs.30". But the thing is I had never subscribed to any wap connection because I have the full access to internet in 99 unlimited plan of BSNL. and also I have unlimited net in my office.
When I call to the call center of BSNL ([protected] At 7:37pm on[protected] and explain my problem , the customer executive without solving my problem talked rudely and drop the phone. Again I called up and explain the same but they said wait ...and I wait for 10min and then the line was drop.

Thats all and Waiting to your favorable reply..

sir i request sevrel time for discnect chat servise to your custmer care officer and he assuer me that chat service on your mobil no. [protected] was disconected but your chat service provider debit my balence with Rs. 30/ . This very bad thing enquire into the matter and taken action. please credit my a/c with rupee 30/ imediatlly. Otherwise legal action taknen at distt consumer fourm. Due to your chetting services i intend to change port.

    i am using one Orissa-77 sim card of BSNL through which i am using the GPRS service(Rs.99/ month plan). but everytime whenever i try to to download anything from rapidshare links, it shows that an error has occured since your IP adress is already downloading a file ..... no download is possible through it . please kindly suggest me what to do.

      UNSUBSCRIVE WAP SERVICES
      I am a BSNL customer. My mobile number is [protected](Utter Pradesh East Circle).Accedently has subscribe the wap model 30 service from india times 58888 on Sep-2009. Every month deduct Rs.30.00 but I never intrested in your Sub Model of the Day will be renewed on 02nd date of the month. Every month the message from 58888 that http://wap.indiatimes.com/wapsub.htmlt=subwaptextoi30&p=nw& pl=home&a=1&id=&ty=Latest on date 02.12.2009
      So, soon unsubcrive thish wap service, otherwise Ican'nt afford thish & BSNL service.

And this phone number is dead some times and there is noise since 03 month above , i have made many complaints on your toll free number but no action has been taken yet.         i am not receiving hard copy of the bill and if i want to get it for other purpose your web page is also not having such option. overall very poor service by bsnl.
        mobile service so much poor. not receiving the calls nor sms.

          Dear Sir,

          I have taken a new Broadband connection from BSNL SHIVALIK NAGAR(Haridwar, Uttrakhand)) office recently & applied for a wireless modem. They provided me the wired modem saying that the wireless modem is not available right now & u will get it in next 4~5 days & we will replace the wired modem soon. But its almost a month now & they are not changing it causing a great problem to me.

          Kindly look into the matter & arrange to get it rectified soon.

              Hi,
              I am a BSNL Cellone customer ([protected]) in bangalore. Since 8th December I am getting SMSs from 52906 (or[protected] and 1 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance everyday for this. I never subscribed for any such service. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number 52906.
              Please let me know how to get rid of this problem and also how to recover the lost balance.

              I am the consumer of BSNL Mobile and i have been provided the Mobile No. [protected].. i have been receiving the calls from [protected] that they are receiving SMS from my mobile, , , , but for your kind information i have not sent any kind of SMS to this mobile neither i know the above mentioned mobile no. user.

              When i called over the Customer care they are not ready to lodge my complaint nor ready to verify what exactly happened why the above mentioned mobile is receiving SMS from my mobile when actually i have not sent..

              This problem has started since 23.12.2008...

              Now i would like request you that kindly instruct the concerned department regarding the above said problem and get me out of the unnecessary mental tension.

I am also getting SMS from 52906001 and there are charging 1 Re per SMS this happened twice to me first one was on 30 Nov 5.20 pm and second one was on 9 Dec 11.07 am. I have called customer care thrice(obviously negative reply), first time there said you might have subscribed to some service check it using *456*00# (I have not subscribed to any services) and call us back. when i called second time there said the system is down now call us latter. the funniest thing is when i called third time they them selves where not able to trace whose number is this. there assured me there will send me the SMS after tracing within two hours. Now its almost 24hrs no reply from them. let me try calling them tomorrow. lets hope we will get our money back :)

              My telephone number is [protected]. I received an SMS stating if I answer 15questions I will get Rs 10,000.00. I answered all the 15 questions and Rs 3.00 was deducted for each SMS that I replied. I got all the answers correct and after the last answer I received an SMS that the offer is closed for the day. It is purely a case of fraud. I want to take it further.

              Similiar is my problem. Whenever there is cricket matches, 52906 deducts Rs. 3 per day. This service has not been subscribed. Fraudulent Act by the Company. BSNL should seriously look into the matter. Otherwise Consumer Court and other option is open to protect many others who are suffering from this kind of activity.My Number is [protected]

              I am also receiving the same SMS from above mentioned numbers[protected] and 52906) since last one month every day. Balance from Prepaid Account deducted by Rs 1/- every time. I had made complaints to BSNL's Mobile Service INDORE(MP) office last week, the technical officer send an e-mail to some one with my mobile number but these messages did not stop till date. Today I have talked to the BSNL customer care(Phone No 1503), this time executive told me to send the SMS as follows to the number[protected] or 52906)

              Initially when I tried to send the above message(UNSUB ALL) to the number 52906001, message failed but when send this message to 52906, I have got confirmation "Dear Customer your service will be deactivated shortly !", I hope that Prepaid Balance deduction without any reason will be stopped.

              I also suggest all of you to make a written complaint to the BSNL and also take action against them in Consumer Courts of your cities . I am also making a written complaint to BSNL to get back my money from them which they had taken away by using unfair means and practices.

              My cell Nos. is [protected].I have also received 3 un-wanted and un-opted value added service SMSs viz. (1). on 09.08.10 activating service of word-BSNL alert service and immeadiately charged and dedeucted Rs. 10 (on weekly basis) from my prepaid balance and (2). on 27.07.10 Rs. 10 and activating service of Bollywood-BSNL alert service and immeadiately charged and dedeucted Rs. 10 (on weekly basis) from my prepaid balance both from 51234010. Likewise, on 30.07.10 received SMS on 30.07.2010 activating service of cricket-BSNL alert service and immeadiately charged and dedeucted Rs. 30 (on weekly basis) from my prepaid balance. All above value added services were never opted by me and I have never sent SMS for activation of the said services. I have contatced so many time to your service no. 24365 but I could nover get the satisfactory reply or any kind of help from them. I think that they have been put the wrong name as Custom care service(unit).

              Pl.let me know how can I get rid of these problem and how can I recover the lost/deducted balance otherwise I will close and surrender this BSNL prepaid SIM.

              I am the same person Rakesh Jain having M.No. [protected] posted the complaint above. Just after posting my complaint yesterday on 09.08.10, the BSNL-Cellone did the limit, 3 more value added SMS service have been started by the BSNL-Cellone without my consent and opting and sending SMS for activation of such value added service. three services are 1). word-BSNL alert service started at 16.55 on 10.8.2010 deducted Rs. 10 (weekly basis) and 2) Astrology-BSNL alert service started at 05.43 p.m. on 10.08.2010 deducted Rs. 10 (weekly basis)both came from 51234010. Third service is Megacombo-BSNL alert service at 05.48 on 10.08.10 dedcted Rs. 50 (monthly basis) came from 51234050. I have recharged the voucher of Rs 100 in my sim.yesterday, out of which Rs. 70 was deducted from my balance toward these value added services. I made three times complaints to Customer Care at[protected], but their representatives could not give the satisfactory reply and when I ask for their highers up phone oe cell nos, they refused to give tha same. If thier such male and fraud practise of deducting the money toward un-wanted and un-opted value added sms services, I will have no option left but to move to Consumer walfare Court to regain my loss.

              I am CellOne customer with mobile number [protected]. I have received 2 unwanted and unopted value added service SMSs on 01-Mar-2011 and 02-Mar-2011 from the no.[protected].               when I investigated, I found out that this short code belongs to a company called Symbiotic Infotech from chennai. Legal action including criminal action should be initiated against this company and BSNL as joint respondents. I googled to search more information about this company and you get the address also there.
              send complain via sms to [protected]@symbioticinfo.com, the owner of the 52906 with CC to GM, BSNL of your circle. send 100 times and flooded their inbox with your complain and force them to act.

              BSNL — Unwanted & fraudulent SMS

              Rs. 30/- were deducted from my pre-paid Bsnl Mobile( No. [protected]) on[protected]through one SMS from[protected] for which I had not opted at all.
              I contacted my service provider for the activation of 'DND' service which was activated on 18th April 2011
              On 1st August again I received one SMS from BP-57000 regarding the same Cricket Alerts( for which I was duped of Rs. 30/- earlier) & few more SMS have started pouring in my cellphone after the activation of ' DND' on 18th April 2011.
              Is their any authority in India to tame these rascals who unnecessarily & fraudulently fleece the customers?

                I have applied for broadband connection on 21 Nov 09 in Sector 49 , Gurgaon. After repeated attempts a telephone connection No 2213005 was fitted on 25 Nov 09. However the broadband connection has still not been provided despite putting complaints on telephone everyday with the local Bsnl office tele No 221900,2218500, 2339336.
                I had applied for this connection soleley for broadband . After almost 20 days Bsnl is still not taking any action.
                Concerned authorities are requested to take some action.

                i am suffring a brod band complain due to 30 day's and i infrom my local exchange last 20 day's ago.But the exchange not take any action to solve my problem, when i meet J.T.O he say's i knew this problm to my higher othority but sitt now i have no soluation.

                my problem is my brod band connection started 20 minutes latter.
                at first when i push the switch to my modrem it three light blinking constantly twenty minutes and when blinking stop then it hve no link, then stopped the moderm switch and restart then it connect properly.

                i have got a bsnl broadband with my fixed phone line whose no. is[protected]. from the last 6 month there has been problem with the link in the broadband connection. other users of the area have got good connection but there is problem with our connection only. we also made a complain at the bsnl exchange. they also sent their service man for checking out the problem but they could not figure out the problem. now they even dont listen to our words.
                so now fed up with the problem. plz advice me what to do and if i can file a case in consumer court or not. if i can then please tell me the procedure for it and how much time will be required to sort out the problem.

                I have taken a BSNL broadband connection. I am facing problem in its operation. I visited BSNL sec 12 office and Head office. I was told to meet Ms Shardha. On meeting her she gave me the number 2223000 to lodge the complaint. On talking to this number, I was given a fresh number 2399000 and I was asked to talk Mr Jitendra or Mr Harish. The beuty of this mumber is that firstly no body picks up th ephone and if by chance somebody pichsup then it is told that none of the above officers are available.
                Now a days lot many private players like Airtel, Tata etc are avaialble hence BSNL should try to take care of few those clients, who are yet attached with them .Otherwise they are goinbg to loose these little left out clients also.
                Can some body take care of my complaint.
                I wanted to take an internet connection. I thought BSNL being a reliable company is better. I filled in the form and paid fee around 5 of Jan 2010. After 5-6 days I got a telephone without the internet connection. After a week or so after I got a modem and the person who came to install it told me that I would have to pay the installation charges. I was surprised to know that why I was not informed about this at the beginning.

                The next day, 0n 18th, the internet was not working. Since then I have been calling BSNL to fix up the problem with no proper response. I think BSNL is still a public company with no fear of losing jobs. I wanted to run the internet before 10th of January. I had a big assignment.

                Now I am fed up with BSNL and want to withdraw the internet connection and keep the landline phone. I do not trust BSNL internet at all. Please resolve the matter soon.

                    Today (8/12/2009) morning I observed that my outgoing was stopped by BSNL and I received message to contact 24365 for further details. I contacted customer care immediately where I kept on hold for 40 minutes by thier representative Mr Nilesh on first time, 22 minutes on second time by same person, 18 minutes on third time by Mr Sachin. But no one has told me the reason for stopping of outgoing as everyone was telling thier system is not updated. On my sixth attempt Ms Jyoti has transferred the call to thier Senior Excutive Mr Yadav who told that I have not paid the bill dated 5th Dec 2009 hence facility is stopped. I informed them that today is 8th Dec 2009 and till date I have not received any biill or any intimation regrding payment, then how can I pay? And the next question is when it is only two days passed and the bill is not received to me, how can service provider stop the facility before the due date(23.12.2009). I had paid last bill of date 5th Nov 2009 on due date 23.11.2009. Mr Yadav told me that you once again call the customer care and log your complaint and get complaint number, then only we will able to solve your querry. Again I called customer care where again I had not been responded in first attempt. During my third attempt after 35 minutes Mr Silvester has logged my compaint and given me comaplint no 3469114.
                    I am reaally fade up with the service and the treatment given by BSNL representatives and their officers. I spent almost more than 4 hours t know the reasons for stopping of the service. the reasons for stopping the service are not valid at all. after paying on time and be the loyal customer for more than 10 years BSNL is giving such embarassing treatment which has disturbed and tortured me. Therfore I request you to look into the matter and give me the justice by restarting my facility immediately and compensation for my mental torture.

                      I am a senior citizen of 79 years old and living with my wife, who is of 76 years age at 5/333 Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.). We are the only two persons living at the above address. I am a heart patient and also suffered brain stroke 3 times. My son is living in Newyork (USA).
                      I have got one BSNL landline connection No.[protected] in the name of my son installed at my residence. This is the only mode of communication with us to contact our doctors, relatives (including my son's family residing in USA) or to call in any emergency.
                      In the last 6 months very frequently my above said telephone connection became dead and after repeated requests at all levels it was put to order. Recently 4 days back again it became dead. I lodged the complaint and also talked to the JTO/SDO of the area, but nothing was done in this matter. It seems they are not realising the hardship we are facing in this matter.
                      We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint permanently.

                      BSNL Landline Connection — telephone not working

                      my tel no is[protected]. my telephone is not working since three month and i am paying bill still reguler however i have complaine at local office numereousely but not getting much response.. kindely do the need full because i am suffering a lot by such disconnect telephone..

                      Land line teli no[protected] is dead since 15 days i lodged the complaint at commercial street & complaint no -286&391 but there is no responce since the date ..very bad service of product. do the needful.

                      BSNL Landline Connection — Refund not received till date 04.05.09

                      We surrendered the Landline connection on 11th February 2009 in Adyar Exchange and settled the dues on call charges. The employee said we will get our refund of security deposit within 2 months. Till date we have not received the refund. This is the way the department works and was also one of the reason for terminating the connection.

                      BSNL Landline — Dead connection

                      Our phone #[protected] is dead for more than a month and no steps are taken to restore it.

                      This is done even after being loyal to the company by paying the bills on regular basis.

                      Now, with the current status, is it fine to pay the bill?

                      They fixed very old cable and I/O. Monthly 2 times repair, Call rates are also very high.

                        I got my broadband two days back. (750 Unlimited)
                        as per the plan the should be 256kbps but i am getting max 30kbps.
                        and now i noticed some on the sites have be blocked by BSNL which i use regularly.
                        like. my own website, my Shell server, my webhosting server, i am not able to use my paid services bcz other this no reason blocking.

                        why we are not getting freedom to use things in our way when we are paying for it ?
                        or we are paying to them bcz we are stupid ?

                          I used a bsnl broadband (dataone) since last two months.I used 600c plan which provide 2mbps speed and 2.5GB free in day and night(2-8 am)unlimited.I usually check my broadband usage from there website.But i go sock when i see there is also chargable unit which used in 2-8 am.I have proof of this.
                          I am using BSNL Broadband since last 2 months, my plan is Home Unlimited 750, means there is no data limit and no time limit...speed bsnl says is 256 kbps...but the actual speed am getting is only 30-40 kpbs, i tried speaking with coustomer care, bsnl officers and their technical department of Kalyan Telecom, but all say the same dialogue...UNLIMITED PLANS HAVE THIS MUCH SPEED ONLY...So why BSNL boasts about speed of 256 kbps...to whom i contact and how my matterd will be resolved...? Any one having similar experiances..????

                                In my Oct-Nov 2009 bill it has been charged excessive in BB usage. Hence request to rectify the bill on BB usage charge and send me a fresh bill for Land Line No.[protected]. Otherwise this matter will be brought into the notice of Consumer Forum.

                                Here in Dehradun also its the same.In Dehradun for the last 3 months the new system of bill gereation specially for broadband is totally wrong. Customers who are under Broadband plan 500C must note that BSNL is provinding them the free usage of 1.5GB i.e. 1.5 X 1024=1536MB and for extra usage more than1536MB the customers has to pay Rs1 per MB. But in actual it is not so.
                                If the customer look at the current bills thoroughly, everybody can notice that in the new bill system first of all the total usage is getting calculated and after that only there it is discounted. But here is a big mistake. As you see for 1526MB free usage the BSNL is giving discount of only Rs1226.82 which has no logic. In actual as per Rs1 per MB free usage for 1526MB it should be Rs1526.
                                So, Broadband Customers of Dehradun, please get alert. If you are skipping your Broadband bills, you are paying extra amount to BSNL from your pocket.
                                Not only this, the phone call amount calculation is also totally wrong

                                  I am using Bsnl EV-DO internet.I am staying in near to T John college in bannerghatta road.Here the network is very poor.couple of days back i got 1mbps but now its max speed is 144kbps.i already called customer care but no use.They gave some other number.I hope this complaint will help me and my friends.

                                        I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
                                        * I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
                                        * The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude so far.This happened on Dec 5-6, 2009. Whereas customer care over 1503 on my cellphone was a very professional answer although they dint find an answer to my above query, they conveyed it very courteously and declined politely. So whoever was there please I'd atleast expect professional & courteous treatment if not more. I don't have to take someone tempers & tantrums when I go for some support or help regarding their service.
                                        * The tariff plan for data is very expensive. I'd love to see it reduced to 1 paise per MB instead of 10KB, which will be more in accordance with international rates. Come on in the information age internet is a necessary infrastructure.

                                        BSNL customer care has become very courteous and helpful now. But there is no documentation or proper training for new technologies like 3G. After seeing BSNL improve their service by such leaps and bounds, I'd like to say kudos & congratulate BSNL.

                                        BSNL SIM — fails to open an internet connection.

                                        my phone nokia 3120 classic though it supports internet my sim is not able to establish an connection, i have activated gprs and also have the required settings still its not, its working with the other company sims.

                                        My previous landline no[protected], did not work from 1st Aug 2009 to 31st Aug 2009.

                                        Despite repeated complaints to 1500 and mails to the corresponding officers, nothing had happened.

                                        Only on 31st Aug 2009, the issue was resolved. BSNL chennai had issued telephone usage bill for that month.

                                        I had submitted an RTI to CPIO, chennai, asking him to expalin the reasons for delay and to waive the rental for the month, during which the line was dead.

                                        But till now I have not recieved any response for my RTI. Also BSNL has disconnected my landline (without informing the reasons). When I tried to call the AO (Ambattur), no one is responding in that number.

                                        Now i have written a mail complaint to appalette authority. I have to see whether i get a response atleast from him.

And when i contact to 1503 costomer care they said that this is due to Network problem...                                         BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                                        I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                                        I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

I have purchased a BSNL 3G SIM Card with Teracom data card - model no: LW273 (having speed 7.2 mbps mentioned in the device) on 30/5/2011 from a BSNL exchange here in Barrackpore, 24Pgs(N), West Bengal.

                                        Till today (20/8/2011) i am not really getting good service from the provider. Its really frustating using this device. I have called customer care several times - informing them the problem i faced. The details of the Problems are mentioned below:

                                        1. Its not steadily connected - often it disconnects automatically - making you worried all the time. You will neither get peace working in your computer nor get proper speed as they mentioned about upto 7.2 MBPS

                                        2. I have checked the Internet speed using many website like http://www.speedtest.net/ and http://us.mcafee.com/root/speedometer/default.asp. But i have not received that speed that they have assured me during i purchased this. A simple lier they are. This is just to humiliate people and playing dirty games with our hard earned money.

                                        3. I have informed many times to CC by calling them - each time they assured me that the problem will be rectified but no result. Each time these so called trained (basicllay illiterrate with NO Technical Knowledge as yet) assured me that they would pass my case to his senior level and they will get back to me after some time. Please look below how many times i have contacted them - i also mentioned Executive name too with docket number. I have forgot the first docket number as it was made about 2.5 months ago.

                                        Conclusion: As on today i am getting the Error: The PPP link Control was terminated. I have informed them But no result. I don't know how many times i need to contact them to get this problem resolved.

                                        Suggestion: Pls don't make us Panic. Our money is hard earned and for this reason we need appropriate service as we are paying for this. Hope authority will look into this asap.

                                        BSNL — Wrong Deduction Of data usage of BSNL 3G

                                        I have a BSNL 3G data card and I am using it since last 6 months. On 7th August I recharged it by 606/- data plan which gives 6gb data usage. From that I 1gb can be used on day time and 5gb can be at night time.I used about 600Mb data out of it till 18 August 2011. on 19th August I lost all the data usage due to some technical error in BSNL. Now I am complainting to the company customer care but no one is responding me properly and I am not getting my lost data back in my account.I have validity of 1 month only for using this data and I lost almost one week out of it. So for that I am complaining here against BSNL.

                                        Action: I just reinstalled my Bsnl3g application after that i click on connect then my pc gets connected.what a poor quality product, if i think that i need to recharge then this balance usage not get added,

                                        another issue. I couldnt able to browse quickly per page loads more than 30 seconds, Worst performance, i dont like this product, followers dont buy this product it not works well.

                                        BSNL — New 3g connection

                                        Today I have applied for new 3 G bsnl sim. I have complete documents issued by Govt but bsnl staff asked for the round stamp of Govt on my documents. I dont understand why they cant issue a sim and how can i get round stamp of gov on my personal id proofs as these are already issued by gov..
                                        i am using a prepaid 2g data from BSNL sim card . Last time i recharged with Rs 302 /- for 90 days. Now it was over 5 days back. Now it is not possible for the same since the 2G scheme converted into 3 G scheme and the rate increased. But for the past 10 days the network was giving more interruptions during the operations. Now i recharged with Rs149/- and using but got the same trouble ie frequent disconnections. why

                                        I am from India, rajasthan, hanumangarh, satipura. My bsnl 3g was working awsome before but now some times my bsnl 3g is not working good becouse At the morning and at evening its works too good but at the afternoon it doesn't works its signal was 0. Please fix this fast or I shall leave bsnl company.if you all want me not to leave please fix it faster I am waiting.
