[Resolved] BSNL 3G — BSNL 3G service
I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
* I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
* The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude so far.This happened on Dec 5-6, 2009. Whereas customer care over 1503 on my cellphone was a very professional answer although they dint find an answer to my above query, they conveyed it very courteously and declined politely. So whoever was there please I'd atleast expect professional & courteous treatment if not more. I don't have to take someone tempers & tantrums when I go for some support or help regarding their service.
* The tariff plan for data is very expensive. I'd love to see it reduced to 1 paise per MB instead of 10KB, which will be more in accordance with international rates. Come on in the information age internet is a necessary infrastructure.
BSNL customer care has become very courteous and helpful now. But there is no documentation or proper training for new technologies like 3G. After seeing BSNL improve their service by such leaps and bounds, I'd like to say kudos & congratulate BSNL.
