I recently brought BSNL Sim and found that it has very poor network. other person voice i can here but my voice is not transmitted. It provide free STD calls to bsnl mobiles just for Rs 574 per month but whats the use. No wonder how the company is running so far.

other problem like

1) voice breaking.

2) cant talk inside my home need to go outside for more network.

3) I believe even if i sit on their phone tower, the network will not come.

really "Bhagwan se bhi nahi lagata"

I am wondering why they kept their tag line as best hai mere liye. ye to ksis k liye bhi best nahi hai..

Sadly to say that i am their customer.

    i had opted a plan of broadband at price 2799/- plus taxes. in which BSNL committed to provide the speed up to 8mbps till 60 GB data. but after struggling with the staff for one month i am still getting on 1.7mbps speed.
    i dont know why they commit if they dont have the infrastructure to provide the services to subscriber.
    i am completely exhausted with the poor services given by BSNL.

    now i think i have to switch to private network providers.

    BSNL — Not getting provided speed

    Sir,

    I'm using BSNL Broadband since March 21st, 2011 and my plan was BB UL Combo 625 which says I'll get 256 kbps speed. Earlier it was good so I thought to move ahead and choose a new plan i.e., BB UL Combo 750 which says I'll get 512 kbps speed. But since I've taken this plan, my internet speed is worse than any other one and it doesn't even give data transfer of 20 kbps while I was supposed to get more than 60 kbps.

    So, please help me to get rid of this problem. My e-mail id is, [protected]@gmail.com.

      i am receiving mail from BV_HANDGO " Your Gadget Guide Service will get renew in next 2 days. To unsub SMS STOP to 155223 or Call on 155223 Toll Free."

      I have sent SMS STOP to 155223 several times but no result.
      BSNL is replying " no service is currently active"

      I noticed that every week it is deucting Rs. 8/-.

      I want this service to be deactivated immediately so that no further deduction is there.

        Telephone Dead since 2 months

        My landline telephone No. [protected] situated in village Mandhol under SDO/T Baijnath Himachal is dead since 12/02/2013 and complaint lodged to computerized service of BSNL Dharamsala vide complaint ID No.[protected]. Thereafter various reminders through E/mail to AGM/PG on his E/Mail address pg,[protected]@bsnl.co.in and personal contact to SDO/T but no response though a period of more than 2 months elapsed.

        Iam having two pepaid bsnl no. [protected] and [protected], as per the sms from bsnl BV-BTUNES Rs. 42/- and Rs.14/- was charged/deducted for 30days and 14 days from my respective mobile no. on 15.04.2013 without any caller tunes request. further i tried again and again but bsnl customer care not responding my call. So kindly help me to de-active my caller tune and refund the same amount.

          i m usng BSNL broadband .. i have bb combo 750 ul plan...
          i m having high ping problem in dota 2 game ... like 2 month ago .. all was gud ... i was getting like 50 to 100 ms pings.. bt suddenly its goes 300+ ms ping... i m using singapor server to play dota 2 .... i trace to server and in the result i saw that chennai hope/ server getting like 300+ ms ping....
          i knw there is smthing wrong with that server .. plz take a look at it ..

            I had carried out payment of my BSNL landline bill through net banking on 10 Apr 13. The transaction seemed to be a failure however the amt ( Rs 972) was deducted from my a/c. It has not been refunded to me yet as it is already past 3 working days. I have already cleared the final bill in cash to BSNL as I'm leaving the place on transfer. May I request you to kindly refund the money to my a/c and not adjust in future invoice if the payment gateway has remitted the payment to you. Pl find att pdf bank statement showing the payment

            BSNL — bill amount deducted was more

            i was three to four times complaints at our local (gandhidham) a/c department of bsnl and also submitted my details sheet of bill mistaken of bsnl but some amount was adjusted but some amount is due but bsnl does not adjusted as proper bsnl old records so i request solve my problem and inform me its email for i will send direct email with my application at bsnl concern departments.

              I called up bsnl customer care to get the details of plan which provides unlimited STD from bsnl to bsnl. She said, please recharge with Rs344.
              I asked her to inform the shop owner as well, the same was told to him as well. As expected, it was incorrect information as the recharge was for LOCAL and not STD. This whole recharge is useless to me as i wanted to make only STD calls.
              Even after making repeated calls, bsnl guys are not answering on my problem.

              i am using bsnl and i asked a question to the customer care and according to RTI act i have the right to get the information but they gave a false information and because of that i have taken bsnl 3g but it is not working accordingly they said.

                i am using a bsnl number that is ported from Aircel during last 6 months bearing number [protected] but its validity was expired on 13/04/2013 during that that time(14/03/2013) i am trying to recharge but recharge is not done at several time. For that purpose i am trying to call customer care at many time but they did not pick my call and also i have given complain on online at www.bsnl.co.in about this still they did not response me about my problem, now i am unable to call or message but only incoming call is there. can you help me to out of this problem as soon as possible.

                BSNL Prepaid — unnecessary charges, no response

                I am a prepaid customer with no. [protected] residing in Secunderabad. On 10-3-09 at 4:56 am, I received a message that my, request for the BSNL tunes had been processed. I spoke to the customer service executive consequently, and told them that I had not requested this service, and asked them to terminate this immediately. They told me that my request had been noted. But, I received a message that I had been charged Rs. 25 for BSNL tunes on 21-3-09 at 5:01 pm. After a few days, I luckly, mangaged to speak to one of your customer care executives, who told me to send an sms (BT DACT to 56700), I have tried sending this message for almost the past 20 days, but the the message sending always fails. While activation happens so fast, I wonder, why deactivation gets delayed. Is this willful in the interest of the company? Finally, on 18th, I came to theBSNL centre at S.P. Road Secunderabad in the evening and I filled in an application, asking for the deactivation. But, I have again received a message today at 4:56 am that I have been charged RS. 25 again for the BSNL tunes, which is absurd. BSNL refund my money, as I had applied for the termination well in advance. And when I try to speak to the customer service executive through the main menu and dial 9, we get a message that the dialed number is wrong.

                BSNL Prepaid — No ISD service from last 12 days

                Dear Sir,
                I am having a prepaid connection from assam telecom but from last 12 days there are not giving me the ISD service.I am having balance more than Rs200 and validity till 30th june2009.
                A messages came to my Inbox and showed that Rs.15 has been deducted for Chat messaging where as I never send any sms for chating.Uncessary charges has been deducted from 5588 every month from my mobile . After loadging complain at custormer of BSNL no steps has been taken and every month Rs.15 has been charged.While talking to Customer care people and asked them to stop this, they provide a complain no and said we will intiamte. Month after month this kind of thing happen and charges has been deducted from me.My complain no is 6316351 dt 30.10.10 I have complain the month of Sept-10 also but nothing has been done and in oct again Rs.15 has been charged

                BSNL Prepaid — Billing without using facility

                CRBT charges deducted Rs 30.0 on 23/8/11 and For Hindu devotional subscrition Rs 20 deducted on 22/8/11 although we are not using the above facility. and you are deducting 2 paise for every missed call and without any call, 2,paise call charge massage sending by your company.our mobile no. is [protected] pre paid. Pls credit all such unauthorised deduction in our account otherwise we will either compel to give up your service are to go to consumer forum for justice. I have complained through coustmercare on 1503 but nothing result found.

                I have not subscribed for any stupid tune. So i hereby demand that you pay our money or we take it to the higher authorities. I was charged with 42Rs in total. I want the money back!!! So here is the no [protected]. Stop sending unnecessary messages or SMS or tunes for that matter!!!!!!

                  My Gsm Sim is inactive I was using BSNL prepaid number [protected] from past two years. Due to some reason I was not able to use it for some days and when I checked it by dialing *123# it showing that account is inactive kindly refill it and showing balance 0.00
                  I tried 50rs recharge,but still show a message.the account is inactive.please refill your account before 12/05/2013.your balance is rs 0.00
                  Kindly suggest a way to reactivate it.

                    I am receive 1 msg everyday from 52121 no. Dr. Health servic
                    e last 7 days and deduct balance 3 rs. Per day. I was booked complaint for deactivate that service and refund that amt. Complaint docket no. is D11RJ304034 booked on 11/4/2013 but thereafter also i lost 6 rs. After booked that complaint. If i already booked complaint on 11/04/2013 and still bsnl didnot deactivate that service than who is responsible for 6rs. Balance please solve my query.

                      Hello sir, I have purchased BSNL 3G sim card for internet services.and I am using it with dingle. initially I got great internet speed around 4 Mbps. but then speed started decreasing. now I am getting very low speed. and it is only 1 Kbps. sometimes it goes in 500bps. i have payed 235 rs. for new sim card and 126 rs. internet tarif. I have tried many times to contact customer care services. but there is zero response. I am very disappointed from company services. my sim number is [protected].

                      BSNL — awful speed

                      I am using a dataone broadband connection the unlimited -750 plan and all it gives me is 60kbps compared to the promised 250.
                      I hope somebody looks into the matter of these pathetic speeds soon

                      To the concern:

                      One month back I have changed my BSNL internet connection to 750 Unlimited, now the internet speed has become slow and the speed is 13kbps. Why bsnl started CHEATING like this, before I could change earlier there was no problem at all.

                      Please take some action and sort this problem, this is creating a problem to my Work!

                      BSNL — Internet Speed very slow

                      Hi,
                      We installed BSNL brodband[protected] one month back for internet usage. From the onset there are problems with the Modem installed at my place.We lodged the complaint several times and once the modem was changed by BSNL but the problem is recurring and very irritating.

                      We tried to contact BSNL customer care but got very disappointing response which made me express my pain here.

                      I bought BSNL 3G sim, to use internet.. but when i connect my data card with pc, i get network but the net connection is very slow,i stay in asansol, i just feel i wasted my pocket money on such a slow and BAKWAAAAAASSSSSSSSS network

                      BSNL/ 3g — Slowness in 3g speed

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I have been using BSNL 3g services for almost one year, but from Mar'12 i have serious slowness in my Prepaid 3g Data connection (40KBPS Max), i have no support from BSNL customer care as they say this problem is there for all 3g customers.

                      I have applied for this plan by paying Rs.3000 for 6months. which is a high amount for any body.

                      Please help in restoring my speeds.

                      BSNL 3G — very slow 3g internet

                      I have recharged my bsnl sim with STV360 on[protected] which gives 2.5GB of 3G data.Bsnl operator said that i get minimum 1024kbps speed,but the maximum speed i get is only 130kbps which is a 2G internet speed.I have called customer care many times but they never solved it.

                      Sir I have been using bsnl 3g since 11 or 12 years back, from last year I have subscribed for data connection, last year it was good but from last month I have being facing a big internet issue. 1) suddenly the network goes off no my data is on but there is no data uses. 2)in morning from 6 am to 12 pm there is no connection only to use data, few days back I called the costumer care at 1503 the moment I called them till the next day it was good but after the third day again please solve my problem as soon as possible it is causing problems in my online classes, i pay much for it but feedback is very less or I have to replace the sim card with jio or airtel please look in to it.

                        The facility of Music on demand was activated on my BSNL landline connection with broadband in the name of my father Mr. Prem Pal Verma, my phone no is[protected] and charges are continuously added since 5-6 months unnecessarily without any downloading etc. In addition no proper details is provided on BSNL Site to deactivate the facility and No proper response is provided on toll free no.[protected]

                        You are requested to please deactivate Music on Demand from my connection.

I ASKED DETAILS FROM BSNL CUSTOMER CARE BUT NOBODY REPLY CORRECT REASON FOR DETECTED AMT SOME BODY TOLD TO ME " YOUR'S DETAILS WAS NOT UPDATED" , "SOMBODY TOLD YOUR SUBSCRIBED RING TONE , NET , PRIVATE NOUMBERS LIKE 522155,[protected]" BUT THAT ALL FALS DETAILS TO PROVE THIS I HAVE PROOFS OF RECORDING CLIPS.

                              While applying for new connection, I've given relevant document. But in my bill only the 1st name is coming correctly & my last name only three dots are coming. It seems the data entry guy has just entered my 1st name & in laziness entered 3 dots in my last name.

                              Its highly unprofessional & I consider it as an insult. Kindly take appropriate action immediately. I've also raised a ticket for updating my profile in my service ID:[protected].

                                I am receiving the same message "Thanks for subscribing GADGET GUIDE from Handygo at 09/04/2012 2.44 pm for Rs 8 valid till 013. To unsub SMS STOP to 5223 or call on 5223 Toll free". They have deducted every time similarly like this. when I sent sms they said "no service is currently active", But it still continues to deduct @ Rs 8. please help

                                BSNL Prepaid — deduct balance without information

                                Dear sir from last 3 to 4 months my mobile operator has deduct my balance for subwapmgreet without my authentication or my information they himself acrobat this service without my knowledge . Please do some thing about this type of fraudulence of servers .

                                I received the following message on my mobile “thanks for subscribing gadget guide from handygo on 26/04/2013 02:04 PM for Rs8 valid till 03/05/2013. To unsub, SMS STOP to 155223 or Call on 155223 Tolll free.

                                I received same type message from December 2012 in every week and Inspite of sending the message to unsub. I am getting the "No service is currentlly active". I have tried to call no of times but I have not got any chance to speak with executive.

                                I am a bsnl prepaid subscriber and rs.8 was deducted every week without my consent from my prepaid account. I am unable to unsubscribe from this service. Please please immediately take necessary steps to unsubscribe this service. My mob no. [protected]

                                  Please do not go for bsnl wimax in chennai telephone and chennai area

                                  I am a BSNL Wimax customer from Chengalpattu ( BSNL Chennai Telephones) - BSNL Wimax connection is not working from 9th March 2013 - I have contacted the AE at Chengalpattu for this problem many many times an till date (8th April 2013) Nothing has been done. .

                                  When i contacted Mr Shanker AE BSNL Chengalpattu, he Says :

                                  1. Marine Optic Cable near Mumbai waters is damaged/cut and so the internet speed is at dead slow ( wimax connects at 1kbps speed). This problem is a common problem and it will be resolved.

                                  - But please note that the speed has not improved in one months time. still it take 39 mnts to download 1MB file.

                                  2. The service engineers from the third party which installed wimax equipment says that BSNL has not paid them the agreed amount till date ( nearly INR 2 crore rupees) and their engineers have skipped the company as it struggles to pay its engineers due to the Non payment from the BSNL . This has created the problem.

                                  3. But the Core Engineer in ORISSA - when i contacted them on telephone they she said that the whole of Internet in India has been Hacked and that the reason for slow and that has been cleared on 01/04/2013. But still my internet speed is same.

                                  4. One more Core Engineer in Orissa said that all the common problem have been solved and the Internet in India is working well and my problem is with the local connectivity at Chengalpattu tower, but the local BSNL at Chengalpattu has no qualified/trained engineers in wimax technology and it has no staff to attend to it. and they even do not have a complaint system for wimax connection.


                                  - SO PLAESE ANY ONE WHO PLANS TO TAKE WIMAX CONNECTION WITH BSNL CHENNAI TELEPHONE _ PLEASE AVOID
                                  PLEASE DO NOT TAKE WIMAX CONNECTION FROM BSNL WIMAX
                                  DONT GO FOR BSNL WIMAX

                                  REASONS TO AVOID BSNL WIMAX:

                                  1. It doest not have Trained Engineers in Wimax Technology.

                                  2. There is no Complaint System for Wimax Problem ( Like Broadband and Landline you cant give complaints for Wimax problem and there is No Docket Number system for wimax).

                                  3. Even if you Contact all the Officer listed in their website you will get No response. ( I have sent mail to all the nodal officers listed in their website - but till date no one has responded back or inquired - including the DGMs)

                                  4. BSNL Wimax will not work daily from 6pm to next dat morning 10 am. ( BUt they say that that provide unlimited Internet service for 750)

                                  usb — no work last one month

                                  i have purchase usb from your local office at bharuch(gujarat) . i am using last 3 to 4 months and last one month i face problem in internet not working after so many complaint they r not able to solve my problem till date local persons of yr office had experient on my pc but they r not able to solve i lost RS.150 per day last one month they r not serious about it. no result from their side and no answer for the same lastly they say u cancel yr connection

                                  i think who r responisible for this can u give me back my lose rs.1500 to 2000 i don't know which type of yr service will take care of customer

                                  I am too using wimax from chengalpattu area.It doesn't works after evening 6 O clock.And at morn 7 O clock till eve 6 O clock it works at normal speed.I have complained about this to bsnl AE.He told that this problem exist for all wimax users in chengalpattu and they have mailed to banglore about this issue.The issue continues for more than 2 months.To whom should I escalate this issue...?

                                      BSNL Broadband — Low speed for months

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I have subscribed for 512kbps unlimited usage plan from BSNL and it has been performing extremely poorrly (less than 100kbps).

                                      I have lodged complaint, followed up, escalated to nodal and appellate authorities however there has been no improvement.

                                      Pls advise what could be the next recourse to get satisfactory services for which I have already paid as well as refund of the pro-rated amount for the period its has been deficient.

                                      It is causing me immense hardships as I have to run around everytime I have some work on internet (which is quite frequent).

                                      BSNL — Slow Speed since 2 months

                                      It was recently announced on the BSNL website that there was a change in speed of the UL 750 Home pack from 256Kpbs to 512Kpbs. This means that I should be getting a speed of 64 KB/s (approx.). But since 2 months, I have been getting a very low speed, about 7 KB/s. But the speed tester on "dataone.in" shows that i should be getting 64 KB/s(approx.) This is very unfair. I have complained to the offices but in vain. I request BSNL to increase my speed immediately without further delay. BSNL , India's largest telecommunication company should be ashamed of its poor quality of service to the people!

                                      I have even attached 4 photos along with this complaint. You may view them and see what I mean!
