Recently in March 2011 I have shifted my telephone 23291565 from my earler address A-25, Nigam nagar, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad-382424 to my new address A-103, Devnandan Desire, Motera, Ahmedabad - 380005 bearing no 27700608.

Sir after my repated request I could not installed my broadband till date i.e. 13.06.2011. When I or my representative approched to Motera BSNL office I was given a telephone No.[protected] to contact.When we approched to this no we are told that we are comming soon but after a lapse of more than 2 months all in vein.

sir, thereore I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible

Telephone Connection — Telephone Not working

I don't know what's up the problem. My Internet connection with same line is working but not telephone.

with the help of internet i am now making complaint. My telephone is not working i.e., no sound or dial tone. but it sounds like tick, tick... while picking up. Please make the arrangement as fast as you can, with the connection.

bsnl broadband and telephone connection — not working of bsnl broad bank and telephone line even after lots of followups

Sir,
I am a subscriber of bsnl braod bank and telephone connection bearing telephone no[protected]. I subcribed combo plan of phone connection and braodbank on 10th of march 2008, I received phone line after lots of followups on 24 th of april 2008, telephone line is havin lots of disurbance so i registered complaint on 28/4/08 wide complaint no 14004, but till this date no action has been taken for disturbed telephone line.

Due to disturb telephone line, I can not use braod bank connection, even for broad bank i visited vrce, nagpur exchange office frequently but in vain.

Therefore you are requested that please look in to the matter seriously & do the needful at the earliest.

Every one is giving me one new number.
Pleas help me I am loosing my temper due to that.And the more surprise part is that no one listen to the complaint.

i have connected BSNL broad band a month ago. The person who activated broad band did not give the broad band password or the portal id and pass word. now i really am in trouble as i am afraid if children tamper with the existing pass word i may loose track. in addition without these pass words, i am unable to view my usage of net. i would really like to know how i can get these account details and pass words.
I have applied for bsnl broadband connection under the name SH.SANJAY KARANWAL Tele. Exch. Shastri Nagar, Meerut in the month of MARCH and have no got it done till now due to the unavailability of modems.so i request the addressed official to do as needed as it is really a bad mark on the name of the company and cause of customer`s dissatisfaction...I also complin many time still i didn't get any response till now. I would be gratefull if you take action against this complain.please sir help me .

i ve taken a bsnl broadband connection home plan 750/-month at the charges in advance for year.how ever it work not properly or continusely, it work near about only 7days in a month with very slow speed. i have made many compalint about this problem to bsnl office, jto and local exchage but no one has listen to me. please help me in your continue broadband service.

Sir,
I applied for BSNL broadband through an online request.When it had already been about one month and there was no response i went to the local BSNL office in RISHIKESH where I was told that the request had been cancelled. There I filled a fresh form. It was on 12th August. I again went to the office after few days and i was told that my request has been sent to Dehradun office for the password.I simply want you to provide me the connection as early as possible because being an MBA aspirant I need to prepare online for my exams . Without net connection, as the days are passing, my precious time is being wasted.

Hi, my name is Subin[protected] and I am using BSNL Broadband (550 Plan) since more than a year. Earlier also we faced problem in regards to Broadband which was rectified after several number of complaints and calls.

I filed a complained at the BSNL office saying that the internet is not able to connect (DSL Link) on April 20, 2010. They did not do anything about it and the complained was removed. Again I filed a complaint on April 27, May 1 and still the complain is pending and its not resolved.

I called their number[protected] and tried to speak to people there but they said that it will be done and no other response was given and the problem still remains. Today morning I spoke to somebody in the name of Mr. Patil about the problem and he said that same thing.

Earlier, when I met a guy personally at BSNL office (don't remember the name) he said that we never planned to give BSNL broadband at your area.
There are number of people using BSNL Broadband in my area, in fact my neighbor uses the same service and he rarely comes across any problem, so why me?

Am I wasting my money and time just making complains calls.
If my internet does not work for 10 days, are they going to deduct that amount for which I did not use my internet? Ofcourse NO...
Can I have any answer to it?
Is my problem going to solve someday?
I'm not just looking for an answer but I am also looking for the solution.
I APPLIED FOR BSNL TELEPHONE AND BROADBANK ONE MONTH BACH STILL THERE IS NOT A SINGLE ACTION ON. I APPLIED BSNL BECAUSE ON DIPIKA PADUCON BECAUSE I SAW HER ADD ON TV THAT BSNL BROADBAND IS BEST FOR USE.NOW I WANT TO ATTEMPT A CASE AGAINST DIPIKA AS WELL AS ON BSNL TOO.PLEASE TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION ON THAT.

i have lodged complaints so many times with bsnl(on phone number 1504 &[protected] regarding my broadband connection which is always showing error 691where as iam putting user id and password very correct.when iam calling them that time they make it serviceable within 05 minutes. after two days again it is showing error 691. when iam telling them please make a permanent solution to it, then they are telling that you complaint with 1504. since last three months no body has come to attend my complaint. please do the needful. today also it was showing error 691. when i call 23234770 then they made it within no times. iam facing this problem since last three months.thanks
We are authorised dealer of Maruti Car. We already have so many BSNL Landline nos. out of those we have 2 Nos. of Broadband & 1 3G Connections. We are always facing problem in Broadband Connectivity whether it is for our ( M.P.Shah) Location or for (HAPA) location.Out of 1/2 People ( Mr. Ghumra / Mr. Patel ), all BSNL staff are lethargic or we can say unproductive.

EXAMPLE :
From Last 3 Days one of our No.[protected] Broadband) line have been disconnected and for that we had asked to each and every authority who could able to sort out this matter, but unfortunately willingness of work not found in BSNL authorities.

This is not end for BSNL Service problems, there are so many problems which we are facing at our HAPA Locations as well, because of ROAD Maintenance always OFC Cable fault and disconnection of DATA flow from BSNL Head office.

I think BSNL has to change their staff or they have to arrange CAMP for their Staff members related to " ATTITUDE" / " WORK WILLINGNESS " / "SERVICE SATISFACTION" ETC....

If still BSNL not wake up than, BSNL will no more in next few years....due to PRIVATE Companies involvement in indian market.

dear sir my name is akarsh jain. mera broadband ka 750+ plan hai. mere broadband me DSL cut or speed kam hone ki problam hai iski mene bayana JTO (CHANDRA BHAN SINGH) ko bataya unhone kaha yeh problam hamare haat main nahi hai aap district lavel per jankari karin. district lavel par jankari ki to waha kaha gaya ki aap ki line me kahin kut main karbon hoga use theek karyen. sabkush theek karane ke baad bhi broadband abhi tak theek nahi huya. kai bar 198, 1500 or 1504 par bhi complaint
book karyei lekin kuksh bhi nahi huya. yeh sab 4 months se chal raha hai lakin kisi bhi prakar ka response nahi mil paya. mahine ka bill pura ka pura 1050 ka aata hai isse bahut loss uthana pad raha hai koi upay batyn.[protected].
