I had registered an application for new broad band connection under Regd No : DDR/BB/HG/07-08/0349 dated 17/03/08 and paid Rs 500/- at BSNL’s 264 Jessore Road, Kolkata office.
My telephone no :[protected] in the name of RITA BOSE
This was supposed to execute by o/o Area manager DUMDUM

Today is 16th. April and there is no connection made by the BSNL after one month!!!

Is it not amazing that one month is not a big issue for BSNL ?
I had made complaints to couple of authorities of BSNL over telephone and got only some bureaucratic answers. No real help. BSNL can make customers wait for months, but we are very small and can not. Under such situation I have finally got a connection from VSNL (Tata) paying Rs 998 for 100 hours last week.
May I now get back the refund from BSNL of Rs 500/- that I had paid already ?

there is no broad band connection in peddapalli, im asking there is total work is completed, but not giving any connection to anyone in peddapalli. There is so many people are waiting for bsnl broadband connection and its plans. Surrounding peddapalli, total areas have this oppurtunity, but not in peddapalli, no corresponding reply is not giving for asking broadband connection in office, in peddapalli.plz reply

    Dear Sir,

    With regret this is to inform that my telephone is not working properly since last one year. Nothing could be heard and full of noisy sound. Several complaints have been lodged in this regard at BSNL Yerwada, Pune. But nothing has been done so far. It is an outstanding complaint since last one year. I request to make the telephone serviceable at the earliest. Many applications have been submitted to the BSNL office, Yerwada, Pune for rectification the Phone.

    Dear Sir,

    I am very unhappy because of bad service received from bsnl. I have activated my phone no. [protected] on 15 th of may. For 2 days phone had worked properly. But after 2 days it has not worked till date. Not a single noise come from phone. Day before yesterday i tried call to this no from cell phoene and i really surprised because the lady was saying "this no. is not in use" pls cehck the no.. How it could possible?
    This very very bad experiance i had with bsnl. Pls look into this matter. and sort our in a day.

    Mylandline phone no 27172383 is not working form last 2 weeks. It is dead. Please look into the matter
    i have taken a telephone at my shop at Talegaon Dabhade no 223283 in jan 2008 after one month, i have taken broadband connection for my use, which never get connected. total visits to talegaon office were 40. the port has changed and use one day the connection, next day it was dead. so left the phone as it is. the officers are agreed that the phone is dead with broadband from 19.10.2008, raised the bills with broadband connection. after written complaints the charged reversed upto dec 2008 and again sent the news bills with broadband charges. for this i have again given written complaint for new reversal.

    the new telephone is taken at my residence no. 223793 before one month. i have applied for broadband connection for same which is still not in act. now this telephone is also dead from last 2 weeks.

    as i found the telephone lineman doing something wrong with telephones at talegaon. 1000 of peaples are having complaints and tired with them and surrendered the telephones.

    there should be a dramatic change at talegaon technicians and offier level, otherwise no one will apply for bsnl.

    I wish to submit that by mistake I subscribed to a caller tune "Jai Ho" and now unable to get rid of it.
    Often some callers tell me that some bhajan or foolish ads are heard on my mobile. My attempts to get the caller tune terminated resulted in a wild goose chase. Every month i get messages Thank you for using the caller tune. You will be charged Rs 25 at times they give discount and deduct Rs12 ! There is no response to my messages requesting termination of the caller tune. Am I fed up ?
    You Bet I am. Can any one help? Is BSNL listening? Oh my Mob No [protected]

      I upgraded my telephone to broadband connection in Jan 2008. W.e.f 17 March, I am having problem with BSNL broad band connection. Complainted many times and staff came 3 times and no one could able to fix the problem. One person said, problem with line and other one said problem modem, and third one says problem computer. Checked the computer, it is working all right. Telephone works all right. I am sure, it is the problem with modem and is in warranty period, no one bothered to get it fixed.

      Same way I complain before regarding hand set to replace due to problem with incoming calls, not done for several months, contacted Ernakulam Office, then staff in Kothamangalm is threatening my house members and says why do you complained Ernakulam, we can not do, let Ernakulam people come and do it.
      I feel very bad, this is not the way to deal with the customer.
      Bill is coming regulerly without any failure and getting mothly rent too..
      May be due to unqualified staff, Customer service is getting very bad from BSNL.

      We took Broad band connection 2 months before and still we not getting proper connectivity..

      The service from BSNL is too bad compare to pvt sector..
      If it goes like this we are going for consumer court ..!!

        I, yogesh kumar, user of bsnl .(tel.no[protected]my broad band connection is not working since 20 days.when i called customer care but there is no response from this side.pl do the necessary action.

        I had given an application for a Start Up Plan (Rs 250) in the 1st week of Dec 2007, at my residence (E-13, DLF 1, Gurgaon). A guy named Shivesh ([protected]) had immediately come to my office on Dec 6th to collect Rs 500/-. BSNL took almost a month and a half only to tell me that they are unable to provide me with a connection at my address due to technical issues. Since then I had been following up with various people including Ms Kamal Joshi ([protected]) for my refund but in vain. They keep diverting my calls and nobody takes the responsibility of getting back to me.
        I had also written to DGM, Naveen Kumar but still nothing happened.

        Firstly I would like to know that why at the very first instance someone was sent to collect Rs 500 for the connection when they had technical issues at the address provided to them.
        Secondly why did they take so long to get back to me infact they never got back, I was the one who was following it up throughout .
        Last but not the least neither are they refunding my money nor providing me a connection. I still have the receipt for Rs 500.
        My telephone connection no.2217585 has been disconnected without provdiding any prior information to me.even i have make the pending payment for last two months also but nothing has happened.can someone let me know how much time they take for the restoring of my access?
        i have submitted my application to south city exchange about one year back to transfer my phone no 2381083 but till now
        i have submitted application for transfer my telephone no 2381083 to south city exchange about one year back to my new address h.no 593 sector 45 near despensary gurgaon but till now i am waiting for transfer

        My phone line no. 2572792 has not been working since May 26, 2008. I posted a complaint on Phone No. 2211500 on May 26 and received Complaint No. 28316. On June 4, again I posted the complaint and received the same Complaint No. 28316. I have spoken to Mrs. Banerjee also several times on 2327000 and was informed that the line man was on leave, but she would look into the matter. I have spoken to the Lineman on 2060700 on several occasions and he keeps assuring that the line will be restored. Today, June 18, my landline is still not working. I just called again today and posted another Complaint No. 28854. Kindly note, I have no outstanding payment with BSNL. All bills have been paid till date.
        Kindly assist to have the landline number restored as I am fed up of making complaints and talking to unprofessional people. Thank you.

        I had given the application for a Home 500C plan in the month of April. A guy named Shivesh ([protected]) had immediately come to my residence and collected Rs 1000/-. With in a month I have been allotted the Phone number and customer ID i.e. 2560278 / N112417
        BSNL took almost a 3 month to tell me that they are unable to provide me the connection at my address due to non feasibility. When I asked them that what the technical Issue is, they could not answered the same. I informed them that my neighbor has the BSNL connection why is it not feasible for my connection?         I would like to know if there was no feasibility why they sent a person to collect the amount for connection.
        What is the reason for no feasibility?
        When they are returning my money back?

        Works only for 3-4 days since last 2 months and then gets dead. We get it restarted in next 3-4 days and the problem continues.
        Now we hear that the person who used to get it restarted and works in our area has been transferred to some other area.
        Currently the phone is dead for last 3 days.

        New person does not have any cell. Main area office does not pickup the phone. 197 does not pickup, we always hear the auto-music and que nos without somebody coming on line.

        What do we do?

        I had given an application for the installation of new telephone connection and broadband connection Start Up Plan (Rs 500) on 2 jun 08. A guy named Pardeep immediately assured me that the connection would to installed within 7 to 8 days. He demanded Rs 1831- from me and I immediaterly gave him the money having taken the receipt no.156 dated 02/06/08.He gave me three numbers to contact in case of need .But to my best possible effort neither the NEW CONNECTION HAS BEEN INSTALLED nor my money has been refunded to me. I contacted to various officials but all in vain they keep diverting my calls and nobody takes the responsibility of getting back to me, now i realise my mistake of taking faith on BSNL.Actually I was impressed by the huge advertisement made by superb actress preeti zinta.
        Last but not the least neither are they refunding my money nor providing me a connection. I still have the receipt for Rs 1831/-I request to kindly refund my money as i have totally lost faith in bsnl.
        My telephone no.[protected] already activated with broadband service was shifted from Nai Basti - Gurgaon to Jyotipark - Gurgaon. The telephone connection was started after 10 days but broadband is still not working. I have made many complaints at 2225225 but problem is not solved from last 15 days

        I guess there seems to be some fraud by BSNL here i have also Applied for a connection to a person named Gautam on the same Phone number as idicated ..( [protected] ) .. It has been close to a Month now I dont have the connection Nor my money has been refunded . I guess BSNL should take some strict action against this agent as it seems to be that he has looted many people & have not refunded the money as well .

        After providing broadband services for two months (feb - Mar09) BSNL has refused to provide broadband services due to fault in land line. They are not intrested in providing the services.

        BSNL Landline — landline is not operational from 4th july 2009

        this is to inform you that after complaiting on phone on 6th of july, i personally visited the karwan telephone exchange on 7th to in form them they took my phone number and address but till date there is no action from them. my telephone number is 24826661. I am requesting the concerned authorites to take the required action.

        It is to bring your kind notice that I have discunected my telephone connection (No.[protected]on April.09 due to the treatment for paralises of my mother outside Gurgaon.
        But after reaching Gurgaon I have applied for telephone connection again on 26.06.09 after making payments of all dues (Bill No.HRGRG00164963 dt.26.06.2009 amt to Rs.824).

        But regretted to inform you that till date the telephone was not connected after long time, insted of repeated complaints (445740 dt.26.06.2009 and CDU761 dt.04.07.2009.)

        As the connection required urgently as my mother is ill (paralasis)
        Your early action in this matter is heighly appreciated as BSNL is well known for connecting people and I have full faith on BSNL's good service.

        My BSNL broadband was not work properly
        when i complaint in BSNL office they cannot take any action

        I have applied for landline and broadband connection on dated[protected].no response till date i.e.[protected]
        my self anil bansal[protected] applied for iptv on 15.6.09 and paid a cheque of Rs. 1500 by getting assurance of insatallation within 3 days, but after one week, i have been told that it is not feasable to insatll iptv to you. i asked for the cheque, but told to me that it will reach you sooner. I was shocked when after passing of one & half month, some of bsnl staff have misused my cheque and get it passed from my account on 21st july. i tried to contact mr. jitender (mobile-[protected]) but no satisfactory answer was there.
        I have been penalised by one of the financial institution due to returning of ecs payment due to above unintimated passing of cheque.
        now, i urged to the g.m. of bsnl to look in to the matter immediately and refund my money with intt. at the earliest.

        I have got internet connection on my residential telephone No.[protected]. I find that the Internet service on this number is out of order for about 20-25 days in a month. Despite repeated complaints/requests, the situation is not improving. I apprehend that some BSNL officials of Sushant Lok BSNL Officie have got the internet diverted to some other place as I am getting hefty internet bills every month.
        I request higher BSLN authorities of Gurgaon to help me. By and by the situation is worsening and people are opting to other service providers due to apathy on part of subordinate officials.

        My land line and broad band is not working properly from last 1 month whenever i make
        complaint they assured me with in one day your complaints will be done but it wil take
        near about 4-6 days but after some days again its dead this procedure is continued from last 6
        months and i am harassed with this BSNL service i never expected this kind of service from BSNL
        I had talk to some Senior person like Mr Khan (SDO) he also never give satisfactory reply he always commit and assured me but he never complete his commitment according to that time

        Dear Sir,

        I have given my application for shifting of my land line connection (phone number[protected] from H.No. 780A/28, Jyothi Park, Sector - 7 Extn, Gurgaon - 122001 to H.No. 1425, Sector-21, Gurgaon-122016 on 24th October, 2009 at the concerned office (Commercial Officer, Sector 12A, Gurgaon) along with the proper enclosures. I was told that, the shifting will be done within 2 days from the date of my disconnection of my telephone at my old addoress (i.e., 30.10.2009 as I mentioned in the application).

        It is almost more than 3 weeks are over from the date of my application. Nobody responded till now (eventhogu I have given my mobile number in the shifting application i.e., [protected]). Apart from that, I tried to several persons to findout the concerned person. Nobody is giving proper response. Most of the times nobody is picking the phones at all.

        With deep regret it is to inform you that the above subject BSNL telephone installed in my residence at E-7, Saraswati Enclave, Opp. Sector – 10-A, Vill. Kadipur, Gurgaon (Hr) is out of order since last three months.

        Inspite of regular telephonic & verbal complaints, there is no response from BSNL. I met Mr. Talwar, SDO at his office, when he said that the underground cabling at this particular area has been damaged. Even though, BSNL is not failed to sending bills and clearing its payment from my bank account. (Payment against the above connection is being made through ECS)

        Since the system is not operational since last 3 months, you are requested to pass necessary instructions to the concerned officials to refund the rent amount which I have paid to BSNL for all these period.

        An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated
        Could you pl send some technician to set my internet connection right.

        I had given the application for a internet connection at Home 750 unlimited plan in the month of July(11th). A guy named Shivesh ([protected]) had immediately come to my residence and collected Rs 500/-.vide receipt no-316/11.07.2010 .
        BSNL took almost a 2 month to tell me that they are unable to provide me the connection at my address due to non feasibility.         B. S. N. L. Gurgaon — Internet Connection

        I applied for a telephone connection and broadband connection at my residence 384 Sector-10A. The requisite amount of Rs. 1,625/- was deposited by me vide receipt no. 355904 dated 8th April 2011. The telephone connection (telephone no. 2210042) was provided after long pursuasion on 28th April 2011.         I had applied for transfer of telephone number 25315126 on April 18 and received a WO number 18103109. It has been 3 months and the line is not shifted. I have contacted the kothanur exchange on several occasions and they just keep asking me to call different numbers. I have decided to write this complaint as I see no progress on this .
        Please see that this problem is resolved at the earliest

        We have a broadband connection of bsnl. It is not working for 6 months. I have already complained on it for more than 10 times for 6 months. Still they have not gave any response. Today they said that there is no proper line for broadband connection. We have paid Rs.5274/- for Rs. 879 per a month. We have complained to JE, Linemen, Technician but they are not responded and giving us suggestion that to cancel the connection but they are not solving the problem.
        I have dropped a cheque for RS.809/ dt.19/04/12 in Telephone office Sector-12 A, Gurgaon. My landline phone no.[protected]. But till date cheque not debited. Today I have visited -12 A Offfice. Than I know cheque drop box key is not available.As per security I have dropped cheque in this box.Who is responsible for this . pl.look into the matter immediatelly.

              Dear Sir/madam,
              I had landline connection number[protected] and everything was wroking fine. I got another Qtr. and i had to shift in that, which was in the same colony. Another WLL connection was given to me, with reason that cables are not laid in that locality. Now i am too much fed with the new connection no[protected], it has lot of problems. Many a times it shows system busy, when somebody tries to call, most of the times another person hear call ring while at our side we don't hears any ring.
              Sometimes call's lost in midst of conversation.
              Another problem is that i want to get DataOne Broadband connection, which i am unable to get becuase of WLL connection.
              Many attempts were made for cable lying with the authorities but all went in vain.
              I am very distress to find that BSNL is unable to get me a landline connection while another building which is just 50 mtrs away have BSNL wired phone.

              You must use "Universal Grease" to make work such rusted machinery you know...

              Its all at discretion of the JE to put a wire for aconnection for not only meters but kilometers.

                I am chandramohan appled for a new telephone land line connection on 6th March 2008 in my house at Chennai (thirumazhai) as per the following details.

                At that time (6th March 2008), I submitted my installation charge; it was assured to me that in a maximum 5to10 days my phone would be installed.

                  phone dead for last 10 days. Dial tone is not coming. Two times complaints are solved without doing anything. (System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved).

                  Line men never comes to our home to confirm the error solved. 10 days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month. Which is real Loot.

                  BSNL — Phode dead since 06-12-07

                  Its been 3 long months since my bsnl phone is dead. I only use the phone for my broadband line. Registered numerous complaints over the phone, visited two of their phone exchanges. Nobody can tell a time by which by phone works again. i have 2 phone bills each wanting me to pay for the period the phone didnt work

                  To call or register any of the complaints, one has to call a 1-800 number which only works through a BSNL phone. I am an employee and i never get enough time to visit BSNL officials on working days.
                  finally i got tired and set out to look for an alternate ISP finally i found SIFY (which already is infamous)
                  i called up their number and guess what.... its dead too and its a BSNL phone, sure.. they do have an alternate number 1-800....

                  a phone line is dead for 3 months and now they want me to pay for that period just like i did in august 07 when the phone was dead for 25 days and i had to pay for the full month.

                  I am completely lost with BSNL's broad band on demand.. If only they could take a minute out of their lives and put themselfs in customer's shoes..

                  BSNL is providing such a poor service to its valuable customer. If this will continue, the day will come when people will have fear in taking any BSNL phone lines.

                    I am Rajashekar Narla living in Miyapur Hyderabad. My dad has applied for a Broadband connection through Miyapur BSNL exchange 8 months back. We haven't got the connection till now. A person has come to our flat for installation from BSNL office, he just said that there is no cable to give the connection, and since then we haven't got any information about it.

                    i am a bsnl broadband user from the month of December 2008. for the last two months i.e feb and march, i am getting huge bill as my plan changed from 250 to h500c. the problem is that the billing department didn't update the same. i am presently running bsnl office for the past one month but the officials say that they will have to forward it to bangalore. till now no solution has come. one more thing i would like to say is that in the usage account all the details are correct but the bill is always wrong.

                          we are the users of BSNL phone from past 8 years and we have broad band connection to. but the problem is phone and broadband both are not working from
                          29-3-08. we already lodged the complaint on 30-3-08, the complaint no.. is 1879
                          (B N Bhagyalakshmi ph no. [protected] sector A yelahanka new town bangalore 64. no body turned up, except one person he did only visual inspection and not assured any thing. mean while we tryed to contact Mr Nayak DG of yelahanka new town of BSNL on
                          4-04-08 and 5-04-08 at 3:30 pm, he was not there. because of this poor and worst service of BSNL we are fed up.
                          we are having association "CITIZENS FORM" at yelahanka new town, bangalore 64.
                          we regreate to inform you if the things is continuing like this there will not be any offen, you are forcing us to go for private connections like Airtel and others.

                          i do hope that within 24 hours the connections will be alright.

                          we are the users of BSNL phone from past 10+ years and we are interested to go for broad band connection too.But the problem is our phone which was requested for Shifting from Ganapathi pura, Kanakapura road to Kaikondarahalli, Sarjapur road on 8th May is pending till date.

                          We have personally submitted the letter of shifting @ Jayanagar exchange on 8th May. Today we are on 18th June and regret the service incompletion.

                          We want to know the below now:

                          1. How much more time does BSNL requires for this shifting activity????

                          2. Whom should we contact for this activity (we have visited koramangala exchange, HSR layout exchange and Carmelram exchange near Kanneli several times but invain.

                          3. In case if there is any feasibility issues we need to look for some alternatives.

                          4. We came to know that our work order is released quite long back and then where exactly is the issue?????

                          Also with such attitude in this competitive world, you are forcing us to go for private connections like Airtel and others.

                          Looking forward in anticipation of a early / favourable reply & action from the concerned authorities

                          I just wanted to shift my home internet as well as phone line[protected]from Adugodi to Maruthi Nagar. It has become to 3 days that we could not find where to submit our application. Information given by customer care doesnt seem to be right one. As per information given by customer care i went to koramangala BDA complex telephone exchange they did not accept the application.

                          Can i also know how much time BSNL requires for shifting activity?

                          Even my existing internet is down from 1 month and no body turned up after talking to customer care so many times but they took 40 min to 1 hr in keeping us on hold.

                          Because of this bad service people are forced to goto private service. Note that its just because of BAD Service.

                          Kindly revert on this as early as possible.

                          we are the users of BSNL phone from past 5 month and since 5 months we have not seen our phone active for 1 week continously. we have broad band connection too but still we are using Hath way since 1 year.We have filed our phone shifting application one month before. we were told that it will be shifted in one week but still its not happened. today also we checked with HSR layout exchange and they said there is a line problem in in sector 2 but very next to our house is a house whose BSNL setup is working and there is not line problem. The exchange people dont want to work we went to the exchange today and there is no employee sitting in the office.

                          Looking forward for immigiate effect. Having hopes on you only else we have to get it disconnected.

I have made ECS for bill payments. Since than, I was receiving my telephone bills regularly. But for the few months it became irregular. But when I made efforts to alert the Postal department staff and to find out the reason for the same. I was informed that new house number allotted in our area of Begur village by the panchayath. Has been followed by postal authorities, hence, the telephone bills are not reaching to my address.                               Dear Sir,

                              I am into real delimma that whether I should continue with BSNL or not . I have taken a BSNL pre paid connecion from Dehradun region, the problem is as soon as I enter Himachal region no network coverage, i do no have any signals on mobile .

                              I have called BSNL customer care more than 40 times in last 8 months, several compalints have been lodged everytime I am assured that problem will be in solved in 24-48 hrs, but that 24-48 hrs have never come of BSNL. Last complaint was lodged on BSNL on Ist April 2008 vide complaint no D[protected] .

                              If you can see to it would be great. I have lost my patience now. I am just waiting for one week more, otherwise I am shifting to some other operator.

                                I always have some sort of server problem that does not allow me to access sites... Its my luck that I am able to connect and complain now... Its happening at least 20 days in a month...
                                the broadband connection is very low speed.i fed up with this connection.please improve the speed.
                                most of the time error shows 678 or error 619 even after no due payment.after repeat request to local authority, of brammapur exchange, joint box, kept outside of my residence, is not being considered and often we pray to them for the problem and some tips make it ok for some days. chronic problems is becoming uncureable.

                                I have broad band connection 500C plane, more than 10000/Rs. I paid to bsnl related to broad band, but from December 2007 till today, not good service provided me.I made many telephones to department and booked several complaints against bsnl. there are not single response, it means bsnl cheating with me, or there are some surreptitiousness in the department related to service.
                                it's always server down when i want to cheak Broadband Useage at bbservice.bsnl.in.so Take necessary step to make it easier to cheak how much i have used till date.
                                the worst service is bsnl... itz about my new connection. i hardly used it not more that 8 hrs and mine is 750 plan unlimited. for past 10 days i'm suffering with this problem but no response. no one is peeping in to my problem.

                                Eversince I'd change of plan from Home1000 to Home250 in Aug 2008, I'm not able to check the bsnl usuage. After typing login ID & password & clicking on service records error message is being displayed since 01 Aug 08. It says "sorry, operation timed out. Please login again". Same problem exists even after several logins. Even after complaining several times to [protected] no positive answers were found. If anyone has solution, please let me know.

                                I took BSNL homeplan 500 on 21 jul 08, i just used to 4 or 5 days for chating & email purpose, I got very shocking bill from bsnl that is Rs 6421/- Bsnl completely cheating with innocent people making excess bill amount.                                 I HAD GIVEN MY WRITTEN APPLICATION AS REGARDS MY BROAD BAND EXECESS METRE COMPLAINT TO LOCAL BSNL COMPETENT AUTHORITY.
                                INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION, THEY HAVE JUST GIVEN ME DETAILED BILL.
                                I HAVE SHOWN SO MUCH UPLOAD CHARGES MADE TO MY CONNECTION AGAINST MY ACTUAL USAGE REGULAR BASE.
                                This is a complaint from the number[protected]. I (Vasundhara)have given a complaint regarding the BROADBAND connection previously.I ll let you know about the problem once again.I have opted for 750 plus offer.Net gets connected from morning to evening and from 6 PM to 6 AM there will be no connection.Today (23rd Jan 2009) I received a call from a number[protected].This number is authorized to line man SAIRAJ. He shouted on me for giving the complaint and asked us to vacate the house and disconnect the connection.He asked us for commission of 500rupees for solving the problem.we didn’t give him so he is playing all dirty tricks. WHEN WE ARE FACING THE PROBLEM WHY SHOULD WE NOT GIVE THE COMPLAINT?
                                Another officer by name KRISHNA is also not ready to rectify the problem.Both these people told us initially that there is a problem in the line connection and asked us NOT to opt for BSNL.WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE LINE CONNECTION THEN IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AUTHORITIES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.There are 10 families who are facing this problem in our locality.Since these both are not solving, others are opting for airtel, reliance etc connections. My husband went to the office personally and met JTO MR.Satyanarayana garu.He asked my husband to give a written letter(comlaint) regarding the problem.Sometimes these people will not listen to him as well.He is the only person who is quite responsible in solving out problems.I think his age is around 65.Not only these both, the whole staff at RADHIKA branch in HYDERABAD are so irresponsible.If we go and ask about a problem everyone will refer the JTO to solve the problem instead of solving the problem.There will a long queue in front of his room.

                                IF THE AUTHORITIES TAKE SOME ACTION THEN BSNL WILL BE THERE.
                                IF WE ARE THERE THEN ONLY YOUR ORGANISATION IS THERE.
                                BECAUSE OF SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE ONLY PRIVATE CONNECTIONS HAVE COME INTO THE MARKET.
                                IF SERVICES ARE PROPERLY GIVEN THEN WHY PEOPLE OPT FOR OTHER CONNECTIONS?

                                i have already registered a complaint but i am unable to get any assistance by bsnl department in order to get the plan of Rs 250 per month for internet in wll phone and there is no support as they are themselves ignorant about the plan. I have many a times called to 1500 and they are also unable to support me.now i have got the instrument which supports internet but i am unable to get the plan activated on my phone.
                                kindly look in to the matter as the problem is just because of some of the employees as they dont want to take the initiatives.

                                I have availed a broadband nternet connection (attached to landline[protected]. During the initial periods, there were no problems. Now, we get the connection only intermittently. The service (maintenance) staff have replaced the modem stating that the complaint is due the complaint of the modem. Even after this, there is no improvement. When complained later, they have informed that the complaint is due to the fault in cable and they are trying to rectify the fault and make the system trouble-free immediately. Till now, the problem has not been solved. We are facing this problem for the past 3 months.

                                I came to understand that numerous customers who took internet connection from BSNL are facing such problems. It may be due to the cheap quality of materials / equipments used. The maintenance staff expressed their helplessness in sorting out the problem.

                                It is requested to seriously look into the matter and make a solution immediately.

                                I am a user of bsnl brodband connection from april 2008.And i am a seniour citizen and advocate of krishnagar judges courte.My broad band connection is not connected within a limited time.It takes time more than 2hrs for connected.Last day that was 6th august 2009 the connecting time was10hours.(5am to 3pm).I am lodging written the recent complain 6th august at 11.30am, and my complain no is f-6.And the reciving person post is jto(internal)krishnagar telephone exchange.And they promice to come and solve the problem within 12at noon.But they inform us that they have no technition to come at 2pm at the same day.And they again tell us thae they will come next day that is 7th august 2009.But till now 11am nobody came.My son is now in usa and my only communicating media is internet.various complian i am lodging But no responce.I am verbaly request the divisonal engeniour of krishnagar sited at nakshtra vaban, he send some person.They came my house and told that the instoling person was not the actually bsnl employee.Then sir who was the person? came my house and showing the bsnl official doccument for instoling the connection.I am paying the huge amount of internet bill.how can it possible sir ?please lookafter this matter and take the necesssary step .your service force me to take another internet service and also my land no.My personal mail id [protected]@gmail.com.I am waitng for early reply and kind service.

                                BSNL Broadband — High amount of broadband bill even with a limited use.

                                I have taken the bsnl broadband connection in the mid july with the limited 2.5gb download limit plan (500 cplus), and in this plan they said it is free from night 2 am to morning 8 am . And I have used it in a proper n limited way so that it does not cross the download limit but to my shock when I saw the usage it was billed as 4 gb, that means it says I have crossed the limit and I have to pay an extra amount of 4000 rs which we havent used that much and the officials donot respond to it. I am a student and looking at this I am shocked because I cannot pay that huge amount and also I havent used that much. Please look in to the matter and help me because it can happen to anybody again.

                                As per My request for a Broad band connection, you had been given a connection in the month of April 2010, but since the day it was not working properly, as per my complaint your service engineer from Kizhatur exchange who tried to rectified several times, but he could not solve the problem, finally as per his advice I made a return complaint to cancel the connection. that complaint I submitted in Perintalmanna customers care division, I paid the bill for 3 months, even without connection and price for modem also.
                                I given back the modem which I purchased as per his instruction to Kizhatur exchange on July 2010. still the bill are coming that’s why I didn’t pay last 2 months bill, now BSNL disconnected my telephone, when I asked kizhatur exchange He said I will check commercial department, that’s only no any positive result from his side yet.
                                This all problem created by Kizhatur exchange technical service engineer, he said I will make a report to BSNL to cancel your broad band connection because of error in connection.
                                Therefore I hereby request you kindly refund the amount I spent initially, and reconnect my Telephone.

                                In above reference I did 3-4 times call for broadband connection, but every time giving telephone number of another person. First I call on mobile no.[protected] then he gave me another mobile no.[protected] and he told that he will come soon but still now nobody came to my house for connection. I am a engineering student so like irresponsibility of your department I thought at starting stage before connection the service is very laziness then after connection what will happen about service. So refund my advance money as early as possible and so I will try for another company broadband connection.
                                This complain is regarding the activation of GAMES ON DEMAND on my internet connection..I recieved a call from BSNL customer care and i was informed that i can play free online games for 1 month(august).and later i can activate it for further use..
                                But without my willingness, GAMES ON DEMAND was activated and bill of RS 200 is being charged along with my regular bill.i logged a complaint 2 months earlier, but no action has been taken...even this month i recieved high bill.

                                BSNL landline-broadband connection — Broadband connection not given even after a lapse of 6 months

                                My BSNL landline number is 24860294. I applied for this connection during November 2010 and the phone was installed in my house on 28.01.2011. Till date the broadband connection is not working despite various complaints, I get complaint number that is all. Still worse is the attitude of of the employees expect atleast Rs.200/- per visit to the house three or four person come when complained, does not rectify the fault but expect money.

                                The very fact that I applied for broad band connection some time November 10 and till date no connection speaks volumes of the service of the service of BSNL. It is high time that BSNL be privatised on warfooting basis it the public at large is to benefit. Only Airtel providing broad band connection. Their service is good but they play the trick in the bill. Suddenly the customers are charged excess for the service they have not used. For customers is a choice between the devil and deep sea (ie., Choice between Airtel and BSNL)

                                BSNL is the worst internet service provider of the nation. i am using its broadband service from last year in jharkhand at ranchi last week it was disconnected on the ground that one month bill is pending and this so called new rule is regulated from this month as the working of whole BSNL office has been shifted to KOLKATA FROM JHARKHAND so they dont know anything regarding this.
                                there have been link fail problems always in bsnl but after they have connected the broadband(i.e after the payment of bill) i dont know what has happen to it . the speed of the internet is even less then that of their employee and at 1 minute it will get disconnected for 10 minutes
                                My phone No-[protected] there is no one to see to the complaint and there is no response from the customer care department, and interestingly they will still charge the bill even though the broadband is not working at all practically, even while writing this complaint the link failed for three times.

                                Bsnl Broadband Connection — INTERNET IS CHARGED

                                On checking the online bill i got to know that my free usage which is form night 2:00 to morning 8:00 is being charged.

                                I was on plan of night free usage but, without any intimation they started charging for the same.I want a proper answer for the same.

                                  I, Ajith Kumar having mobile No. [protected] and my wife Prabha Kumari with mobile No. [protected] (Jyodi offer) had paid the bill on 1/4/08 having Receipt No. 0033780. But our connection has been barred. In response to our complaint they gave us a complaint No. [protected] on 3.04.2008. But still there is no response from their part. As I have to make emergency calls from my mobile, it is very urgent to get connection. So please take necessary steps regarding this.

                                  dear Sir Iworking near to sawanthwadi, we have four mobiles in our house but we are unable to make a call for necessary situations, because always it shows network bussy or error in connection and I have a CDMA phone with internet connection([protected]) this also not working properly. It is to our demise that most of the times some or the other connections do not work properly the assigned line man take the advantage of our urgency to correct the problem every time.
