MY TEL.NO.[protected] IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE 12.4.2010. HAVING A DOCKET NO.M-9837 DT 12.4.2010. BUT WITHOUT WORK IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND AGAIN I MADE ANOTHER DOCKET BEARING NO.M-3488 ON 20.4.2010. REQUEST PLS GET THE TELEPHONE IN ORDER IMMEDIATELY.

From yesterday night, the message is coming as "Your telephone is temporarily out of order". I have paid the last bill. Fiurther due to this I am not able to operate my broadband connection. Kindly rectify the fall at the earlist.

still today we had done too many complain but still yet not solved,
and billing department billed me without fail,
u have person to make bill but not have person to solve the problem,

then why u run these department, close it and handover the private company they can handle it better then you,

but god knows when ur department solves that problem,

lets see when ur department wake up and solve my problem

Phone dead for 10 days


[protected] phone dead for last 10 days. Dial tone is not coming. Two times complaints are solved without doing anything. (System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved).

Line men never comes to our home to confirm the error solved. 10 days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month. Which is real Loot.

Do the needful.

my ph.no.[protected] is dead since 3rd august 2010.i loged complaint online.the no.NAR 40529 was given to me till then nobody came to solve the problem. since last six months minimum 8 to 10 days my phone gets dead.every month complaint and after 8 or 10 days it starts working.for another 15 or 20 days.many complaints but no answer.today on 17 th aug.2010 i went with written complaint in naroda tele.exchange which they denied to take.i have a plan of broadband which also gets effected every 10 days in each month regularly.no body cares.even area managers office also do not respond. last month 19th july to 30th july ph.and broadband was not working and even the bill comes of full month.
who will look in the matter ??????

Respected Sir,

This is to inform that after repeated complaints of above one-month the telephone department has not rectified my phone which has some cable problem in my landline telephone number with[protected], after repeated complaints through automated system adn on phone many time to concerned officer no response was given and not any one time lineman will come and given solution and till date not rectified the telephone. My father is doing trading in share market Due to not work the telephone, my father has not communicate with the Share Agent and due to this he was lose the money of around Rs.1lakh. Take seriously and given solution about the telephone exchange.

I am stayed at Satadhar near by exchange is Ankur or Naranpura.


Kindly help in this regard as department is not responding in this matter.

Our landline phone no[protected] is dead from last 15 days
We also had taken broadband facility on above bsnl telephone number
None of the staff members ever receive call on complaint helpline no
[protected] / 2543 4395 at kankaria exchange, their employees get trasferred within one month ...and their superior is never aware of or bothered
that dead or deactivated no..are getting activated or not...
I can list more than 10 people names with their mobile no..from telephone exchange today also ..but none can help activate telephone or broadband
Request cancellation for broadband from above number as i have got good
speed net provider from Tata group which is far better in speed and service

BSNL — Telephone is Dead for last 10 days

Our BSNL telephone landline is dead since last 10 days. Kindly arrange to sort out the problem as we are facing so many problems due to this.

Residential Phone — Phone dead since 4 days

Dear Sir,

My residential land line telephone No. 2439280 at Flat No. C-203, Rail Vihar, Sector-45, Faridabad, Haryana under Telephone Exchange of Sector 21-C is dead since last 4 days. I have repeatedly made complaints on telephone no.[protected] and everytime I was assured that the the fault would be rectified immediately. The person did not disclose his name and designation. I was given a complaint no. 94 also. But till now (11.09.2010, 14.00 hrs. the complaint has not been redressed.

I would also like to mention that the phone is going dead almost everymonth for 2-3 days and after repeated request the same is rectified.

An urgent action is requested in the matter to provide better service to the customers by BSNL as expected.

My lend line no is 26610535 at Komal Enclave, Vasna, Paldi, which is dead from last one month then after we borrowed instrument form neighbor and continuing our service but now we have to back the same so far you all requested to provide me better instrument as earliest possible. One more complain regarding the same no is that we can't communicate properly due to disturbances.

My phone has gone in dead state since last ten days and once in person and once thru phone and once thru mail I have posted complaints in this week abt it but no response is achieved.

Very poor service by BSNL - Naroda -Ahmedabad, I made many complain about my telephone instrument (which is very low quality and not perform well) and now line is going to dead, i made many complain on 1500 but they only give registration number no more action taken on this.

I think their is no responsible for customer.

My telephone No.[protected] is dead since last 7 days. After lodging a complaint, no remedial measure was carried out by BSNL. It is shocking to see that after lodging a complaint department officers are sitting ideally and it looks that there is no mechanism in the department to see that all the complaints are solved within two or three days.I request the senior officer to see that complaints registered are automatically or by manually deleted by department and it gives impression that the complaint has been solved. This has happend in my case. As I have lodged complaint five days ago but my telphone is still dead and it is surprising to see that my complaint is not figuring. Therefore, today, I have again lodged complaint for non functioning of my phone and docket Number is PNP14622. Please look into the matter and get solved the problem.

BSNL Landline — Phone line is dead for more than 10 days

I'm Living in chennai, My Landline number is 23614168. My landline is dead for more than 10 days. I've registered the auto complaint system more than 5 times. And I even called to BSNL branch at choolaimedu, chennai and complained regarding this problem. But no actions were taken.

In Phone No 27499231 some noise coming in hearing time.

My complaint booked today and yesterday also but no one attend the complaint, Just only phone call done in his office or somewhere place.

Internet Connection also in my house. BSNL has provided the new Instrument to my house but with three months not working. That time also make complaint in the office but complaints are solved without doing anything. . (System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved).


A line man never comes to our home to confirm the error solved. Last 2 months phone not working properly. Which is real Loot.

My phone is down since last 1 month, inspite frequent complaint, no BSNL Official have responded me. My latest doct.No. [protected]. I' ve booked complaint on BSNL's Portal. The No.provided[protected] for consumer complaints is either non responding or engaged. No. of complaint is 15 times. I want to publish the case with Media and want share my bad experience with people. Pl. Guide.. I'm fed up with Poor BSNLs Services. Sir, also, let me know that should I pay bill / rent for full month as my Phone and Internet are lying dead as "Photo of Swargasthha". 'Isme Jan Lane ka koi Upay hai. Main likh likh ke bahut thak gaya hun.. Shayad Bharat ki barbadi ka karan Aise binjawabdar babuji log hi hai.".
