[Resolved]  BSNL-Ahmedabad — Phone dead for 10 days

phone dead for last 5 days. Dial tone is not coming. Two times complaints are without doing anything.

pem raval, my complain no is 7600 i have problem of dead line since 11th july. but they do not notice my complain. after all this is govt service. we still gulam. and they all son o[censored]nited kingdom.

my tele no is[protected] dead from 10 days. but they all son o[censored]nited kingdom. still we are under babu shahi. and govt is god .no budy can punish them. thats our majbury.

It is dead since last 1 month. I have made so many complaints but no action is taken out. At every alternate day when we call for complain they told "There is a cable fault & it will be solved tomorrow." But their tomorrow didn't come till today.

Even when we call on D.E. No.26602222, they refuses to tell their identity (their name & designation).

Kindly check the matter at your end and arrange to start my above phone with immediate effect to oblige me.

then received message ' Temporary Withdrawn.' As per my knowledge no any payment due.One payment of june month not cleared, When I received message from your side, then by next day payment cleared.

COMPLAINT PHONE NO.[protected].

phone dead for last 10 days. Two times complaints are solved without doing anything. In your System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved. I don't know without solving problem on old complaint number. How can you give new complaint number.

This problem last 8months. every month two times problem in my BB connection. Line men comes to our office but not solved complain.10days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month.

i registered my first complaint on 03/02/2012. your service representative are not answering proper...they uses very cheap language.
when i going nearest bapunagar hudco center then they called your line is started but due to some technical fault arises...so they sent service man and rectify that fault on 5.00 p.m.
but today 09/02/2012...and not solve our problem...I'm also re-complaint on 08/02/2012...

My BSNL landline phone no..[protected] is not working since 17 days..I have booked and made complaint several times but invain. Nobody is responding. Lineman are moving and roaming in and around our area but just avoid replying. I smell something fishy. I even made SMS to higher authorities on these number..[protected] and [protected] but no body responded.
Now, I sincerely request BSNL authorities to dis-connect my connection.
