VIDE POST OFFICE NANDEJ RECEIPT NO 000003 DATED 09/06/2012 FOR RS 27/-
ANOTHER BILL FOR RS 30=00 IS PAID VIDE NANDEJ RECEIPT NO 47/07/07/2012
IS ALSO INCLUDED
THIS TYPE OF MISTUK TAKE PLACE OFFEN AND OFFEN
THIS TYPE OF MISTAKE IS MADE IN PREVIOUS BILL ALSO IT SEEMS TO HAVE
NON CO. ORDINATION BETWEEN P.O. AND TELE.

i have already complaint on 26602198 & 198 four time..but there is no reply from your side.

I personally meet a person who is siting in Vasna Branch.but as usual no reply..she give me another no. 26604500, 26605900..but no reply from this numbers.

i have four complaint no which is given by you.

Here i requesting you.plz helo me out for landline problem.
Last 7 days i was suffered with this problem. Our land line was not work.
I was many times submitted my complain to our nearest branch bapunagar
But no any officer help me out this problem. I expect that u r help me out this problem
if i m not getting any rply than i would like to complain to higher authority and also Grahak suraksha.

My no. Is 26465833. I always have problem with the ph line since
We transferred no. To our new residence from old. This time I
Got my bill and they charged me 200 rs extra. It clearly shows the
Usage charges for ph was 82 and for Internet 200
Still in main bill the usage adds up to 482.
I went to dhorbazaar main office and all the
Employees just keep sending me from one
Office to the other. Can main office branch help me with this.
I would appreciate ur help.

We are very regert to inform that BSNL is a well Equipped company with BAD ORGANISATION SYSTEM. Nobody give is proper answer, when they are asking for transfer line to customer care you will wait to officer on line but phone will be disconnect and nobdoy will come. My landline telephone No.[protected], Since Last Six Month, we are doing complaint for disturbances and dead of Phoneline.Very surprising we draw your kind attention that when phone is running then disturbance is coming otherwise dead of line.

We have lodge complait of our phone 6 to 8 times.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR NEW TELEPHONE LAND LINE CONNECTION 1 MONTH AGO.
BSNL AHMEDABAD HAVE GIVEN ME TELEPHONE NO. 25730311.
INSTRUMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME AND CONNECTION LINE HAS ALSO BEEN GIVEN BUT STILL THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING. DIAL-TONE IS NOT THERE. ITS STILL DEAD. I HAD ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO 1500 BUT IN VAIN. A REGISTRATION NUMBER [protected] WAS RECORDED FOR THE COMPLAIN I HAD REGISTERED. BUT STILL NO REPLY HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME.
