Respected Sir/ Madam,

I am using BSNL number [protected] from last 2.5 year in mumbai using Dolphin network successfully.
The sim is issued in the name of my brother Umesh Raut by BSNL.
But from the last 15 days I am getting "No network access" message while i select Dolphin network.
I have registerd my complaint twoice to BSNL customer care and called them altmost 5 to 7 times.
Each time they told me that they will solve the problem within 24 hour but the problem still persists.

the complaint numbers are 3006115 and 3027578.

Please do the needful urgently.
I am so furstait by the customer care support.

But from the last 5 days I am getting "No network access" message while i select BSNL network.

    Hi Sir/madam,
    BSNL recently launched the BSNL Portal through which the recharge and top-up of prepaid mobiles is possible. Its a really useful venture for the likes of me who havent got the time to recharge the mobiles from a recharge outlet and prefer to stick to a prepaid connection just because i have been using it for the past 8 years or so. But to my dismay the service when used to recharge/top up your mobile requires you to wait 24 hrs or more to get recharged. and adding on to my dissappointment the customer care executives who frankly manage to do away with the customers have no hesitation in the fact that it would take 24 hrs or even more to recharge the mobile.
    I also registered a complaint against the same throught the portal where in the comlaint ID[protected] has been pending since long. I have been thinking of long to migrate my mobile service provider to the better private companies and one of these days i would really do it and also suggest others to follow. this was as my ultimate resort of getting this thing done.

    My number is [protected]. I am using BSNL internet through this number but 3G signal is very very loaw for some days at my home (H. No-159/75/1-C, Bhusauli Tola, Allahabad, U.P.(E)). Kindly solve my problem out otherwise i will have to use other operator service.

      AFTER CONVERTING THE SAME ON MONTHLY SYSTEM, IT IS REGRET TO NOTE THAT THE SAME AMOUNT IS COMING IN EACH AND EVERY MONTH.

      IN MAR'09, THE UNDERSIGNED PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS. 945/- ALTHOUGH THERE WAS LIMITED USE OF THE SAID TELEPHONE.

      KINDLY RECTIFY THE SAME OTHERWISE WE ARE READY TO SURRENDER THE ABOVE PHONE FROM NEXT MONTH.

        sir my phone([protected]) is not working from 25 days, pls try to make it at the earlist time because am working in UAE. Am having comunication problem with my family .pls have your pearsonal regards for my problem .
        resp sir, my land line no. [protected] is not working since 2 months, several time personally meet to the concern officer & do complaint, but they are not taking any initiation, sorry to say byt service is very poor, the service line of totally damage and no any yet not taken by the officer, if there is no possibility or u r unable to repair the same plz disconnect my phone, similarly i also post the same complaint to higher authorities as well as ministry for such type of poor service. waiting for ur prompt action, thanks.

I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. My complaint no. is 53642. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

            Dear Sir,
            My mobile no is [protected] of Dhanbad district in Jharkhand. I am a life time subscriber. My validity period was over on April 24, 2009 and I have recharged my mobile on 27/04/09 by rs 225/- recharge voucher. But the secret code was registered in your system and I did not get the balance till date. The out going facility has been stopped from 25th April. I have called the customer care service in Jharkhand several times but no one could solve the problem. My complain no is 3493170. I am facing several problems. In this regard you are requested to take immediate action to solve my problem.

But there is a error message ( number not in use) when i dial my old number giving full tower signal without any break and no valid recharge done till now.                 On 24.09.2008 I applied at Dum Dum Telephone exchange to transfer my telephone No. (previously was[protected] from Madhyamgram (24 pgs(N)) to Salt lake telephone exchange (presently[protected]. Till 31st January 2009 I had not received any bill. On February 15, 2009 on telephonic enquiry I had come to know that if I not pay Rs.3497/-, the telephone line alongwith broadband connection will be disconnected. On 18.02.2009, I paid the said amount over the counter at Salt lake. On 28.02.2009, the same amount was deducted from my a/c through ECS. On 17.04.2009, when I personally visited at Salt Lake commercial office, one lady (need to mention that she refused to give her identity with a remarks that SLB (TR) is sufficient to identify herself) said that the amount is not possible to refund but the amount will be adjusted with forthcoming bills. I am extremely sorry to say on 30.04.2009, again Rs.524/- has been deducted from my account inspite of several personal request to that lady to look into the matter seriously. Still I dont know, what is the remedy of such situation when a designated person is not maintaining her minimum responsibility. Still I dont know whether Calcutta Telephones will refund my money or not.

                I fully agree with the complainant. I myself is victim of illegal and unauthorized deduction of telephone bill
                of JULY 2009 [Amount Rs492/-] through ECS on 31/7/09 of my Phone No. 2553 5264, although I paid the said bill amount in cash on 21/7/09 at Panihati Tele Exchng. The BSNL abruptly and without notice to me suspended ECS for my phone from March 2009, and started sending bills with LATE FEE of RS10/ and reversing the credit of ECS allowed in the previous month. AO/TR, BKP by a Fax sent to Hare St., ECS Office restored the ECS on 23/7/09. But the ECS/Hare St failed to take notice that my phone bill for July, 09 had already been paid in cash on 21/7/09. I consider this handling of bill as incompetency of the authority to meet such eventuality, may be programing .
                As regards the behavior of the staff of BSNL encountered by the complainant I can only say that it speaks of the bad work culture of the counter-staff of the BSNL. They never greet you.

                      I used to set up a caller tune named "Lukka Chhuppi... (Singer- Lata Mangeshkar, Movie name- rang de basanti) on my cell no. [protected] on 29th April 2009 via http://www.Cellone.in CALLER TUNE selection. After it, a sum of rupees 37 was deduced from my balance at the rate of setting BSNL music tune that i don't requested. I complaint it to the customer care & there a person named Ashok replied that he doesn't know about it & said do whatever u want & he can't help me. I want to know, is the deducing money from balance at its (BSNL) interest is the method of faking with customers . I want to complaint either my caller tune must be set earlier or i want to get my balance back.

                        iam using bsnl ec 325 huawei modem...my connection speed is gud and the signal is also gud but the problem is when i connect the modem...it connects welll...but sometimes only it receives the data...most of the time it wont receive data...for example sent-2, 550bytes...received-345bytes...and error nearly increasing from 1 to 20...what is the soln for that? what's wrong with my modem.pls sir help me...

                        iam using HUAWEI EC325 data modem...it works properly and the signal is also gud...it also connects well...but sometimes only it connects and receive data...most of the time it wont receive data but connects...for example : sent -3334bytes received-235bytes and stop received eventhough it is connected...pls tell me whats the problem in that?.pls sir/madam help me...and mail me

                          I am using BSNL Broadband with HOME UL [protected]@256kbps.

                          I am having problem with its connection. There are many drop-outs in its connection – Sometimes it works while sometimes it doesn’t. I never get speed of 256kbps which is written in its TARIFF – I am getting at most 55kbps speed.



                          So please help me out by any means so that I can get the value of my money.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have applied for a new telephone connection at vasna, ahmedabad exchange 20 days ago.We are given tel no. 26823797.We have repeatedly visited vejalpur office but the response from bsnl staff is really disappointing.They are forcing us to take WLL line which is not working well in that area.In that area many peoples are having WLL but all are suffering from poor conectivity etc.Apart from that, I need to use internet also.I requested for the landline but there is no response from anybody.Now they are asking us to take refund instead arranging landling for the customers in that area.
                              I request to do the needful in this context as early as possible.
                              Request also to counsell Vejalpur BSNL staff to behave in a better way with the customers.

Nobody give is proper answer, when they are asking for transfer line to customer care you will wait to officer on line but phone will be disconnect and nobdoy will come.                                 I am unable to send sms to the number [protected] from my SIM. Everytime I try it shows 'ERROR SENDING MESSAGE'. It is being sent when I use other's sim.
                                It has been more than a week that I have been calling customer service for the same. Each person I get connected to (in Customer Service), gives me a different suggestion, none of which has worked so far..all in vain.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am having the BSNL Landline connection with Ph #[protected] for past four years .The first time in the month of Nov 2008 my telephone was totally dead after repeated complaint and continoues followup to the custoemr care in Sahakarnagar coming under R.T.Nagar Exchange, the telephone connection was restored in month of January 2009(i.e after 50 days of telephone being dead).
                                Again from 27th march 2009 the telephone is dead .I have reported the complaint on 1st April vide Docket#0019 to BSNL . I have personaklly visited several times to customer care at sahakarnagar, Bangalore and addressed my issues to the concerned. The reply from the officials concerned is very very lethargic and are not sure of problem which they say is cable cut will be resolved atleast in one months time. It is really very surprising that the BSNL is taking more than two months for any problem to be resolved. I kindly request you to take it up with the concered and ensure that the connection at my residence is restored immedately.

As per this plan, internet usage is 1.5Gb is free, but i didnt use the free usage fully during month of march 2009. I verified (www.bbservice.bsnl.in), i used only 1291277KB. Then why i got Misc charges as Rs.855.00 and total amount as Rs. 943.00?? so please do the necessary action.

On reporting this problem to Shri Bhole Sir at Faizpur Exchange, he replaced [protected] with another SIM number [protected] on dt[protected] on the same above maintioned receipt. I am paying the bill regularly for [protected] which is being used by me.
                                  Since the SIM [protected] is never used by me and new sim is issued to me in replace of that old sim. The bill against no [protected] is still shown outstanding.
                                  On reporting this problem to Shri Bhole at Faizpur, he ordered me NOT to pay that bill against [protected] more ever Mr Bhole dicussed this case with Shri Sharma at Jalgaon.
                                  But still Bill no[protected] dtd[protected] has received me the Post agianst same mobile number.
                                  Sir, i hope you will find the solution for my billing complications very soon.

                                  Respected sir my name is Philip Joseph. I have a bsnl land line connection (Tel No. [protected]) with broadband internet connection. I were using the the broad band plan 500 combo till April 2012. And i have changed the plan to 900 combo(monthly subscription). Thereafter i have received a bill amounts Rs. 12669.79 in the month May 2012. We have complained about this bill at BSNL Manimala exchange under Kanjirappally, Kottayam Kerala, and they have promised me to look into the matter seriously any told me not to pay the bill until they say. They took no action and in June we got a bill amounts Rs 13238.00 including the monthly charge of May.The very next week our phone get disconnected. I went to the exchange again and shown the new bill, again they told me not to pay the bill. Next day they called me and told me that they have contacted the billing section and asked me to pay an amount of RS 3100.00 as the usage for April and May and they promised me the bill will come normally for the monthly usage.
                                  Today(14/07/12) I got the bill of the month June asking me to pay Rs 11, 116.00.S canned copies of all the bills we have received so far are attaching herewith. Please do the needful to get the correct bill of June which may include the Rs 900 of Broadband usage and the the telephone usage which may not exceed Rs 1000.

I am just sick of it. I have already send message to stop it for 5-6 times as well as complained over the phone atleast 3-4 times but nothing happen. Now I am thinking to change network. [protected]. because my dauther is tease and upset from unknown caller. caller name is nandkishor kushwaha and he leaved in Delhi. please find him and sent to jail. because my daughter and son-in-law is very upset from caller he leaved in neemuch madhyapradesh.
                                    I am Dusmanta Pradhan having bsnl no-[protected].I am daily receiving more unwanted messages and unwanted calls from your company.It is disturbing me more times.Please stop this service for my number
                                    My mobile is used strictly for personnel use. But I am totally disturbed that there are lot o[censored]nwanted calls in the form of advertisement, BSNL tunes etc, and SMS of the nature of advertisement is sent to my mobile number from various unknown numbers. I want to deactivate the same and it is requested that my phone number may please excluded from such nuisenses. My number IS [protected] BSNL EXCEL General Pre-Paid.
                                    I am a BSNL subscriber and I too face the same unwanted ad and SMS problem many a times every day. Moreover I am not aware of any BSNL outlet to complain against it. However I have done one thing. Each time I get an ad call from a different number than before I save the number and mark it by Block1, Block2, Block2 etc. Each time I receive a call from a Block, I just cut it off. It at least partially saves me from the torture and defeats the design of the advertising .
