[Resolved]  BSNL-Andhra Pradesh — BARRING OF OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS

My cell phone no. in [protected]. I have paid all my bills upto last month. But, my outgoing calls have been barred on 10.12.08 night and incoming calls have been barred from 16.12.08, in spite of my e-mail dated 11.12.08 informing to the Public grievance cell about my payments. MY COMPLAINT NO. REGISTERED IN THE PUBLIC GRIEVANCE CELL OF BSNL-AP, HYDERABAD IS 4793. My grievance has not yet been addressed till today.

my telephone having number[protected] in the name o[censored]mamaheswara rao working properly.
we complaint many times in the veerankilock exchange .after giving complaint the phone will work 10 days.
again connection was not working.it will happening till 1 year. this shows very careless& not to give service good. so pls rectify our problem
i went to all cals incomoing outgoing total list [protected]
My internet connection with phone number[protected] is very slow. I am under 500+C combo plan, with download facility of 256 kbps to 2 mbps. But for opening google.co.in is itself taking more than 5 minutes. Please see that I get a good signal strength.
my landline with no[protected] with B.B.Net isnot working from 28.02.09.But connecting to Net. pl rectify.
from last week onwards i'm unable to use a std calls from my phone.
Right from beging i have std facility
suddenly i am facing this type of problem
i tried many time through 1991
unable to conntact customer care executive eventhough 15mts waiting
this is my simple problem
i want to know why suddenly i'm unable to disconnect std facility
Kompally Exchange is very bad, not responding properly
Iam a subscriber of bsnl, having no:[protected] and it is totally dead since 23rd of April. I had dialled to 198 and gave complaint, on 2nd May i had gone to bsnl office at ramachandrapuram and i gave my complaint to A.E and also at reception and the no is 16.From monday i.e 4 th of May to till date i.e 9th of May, i had been calling daily morning to[protected] and informing of my phone status and till now it is out of order.Yesterday i.e on 8th May i had called to 1500 and lodged a complaint there.With all my experience i came to know how these private telecom operators are developing by leaps and bounds while it is not with bsnl.BSNL is very irresponsible and worst service provider.I don't want to pay bill from the date i, e 23rd april to the date when phone comes to order.I WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS CAN BE DONE,

connection wire broke on the road of mine and not woeking at all from 10may09 . i went many times to branch exchange office of our area in new vasavi nagar. i've given complaint in BSNL branch office in new vasavi nagar, karkhan on 19 may 09 to the
concern persons pandarinath and Balraj over there but sitll now nothing has been done so far.
when ever i go to compalint ...they seek excuses by saying ' wire nehi hey', 'seedi nehi hey', 'tum seedi leke auo' ! all kind of non-sence they speak. !!! so do we customers buy seedis(ladder) and wire for get conntion and for further line breakage and connection disruption ?!!! i'm very dissappointed by this kind of attitue with those BSNL guys. the connection restoration can be done with in few minutes..but due to negelience they extending there work...
if this kind of things happen with the customers then i'm sure very soon BSNL will overtaken by other
private telecom company which are more active in nature and customer friendly attitude...

I purchased a new SIM from BSNL office / distributer at Tilak Road, Rajhamundry (A.P) on 6th June 2009 bearing cell No.[protected]. I have regret to inform you that either the number has not been activated till now or SIM is deffected. I have contacted your office / distributer many time but not getting any satisfactory answer. I have been getting the display on my screen " INSERT SIM", whereas it is alredy inserted.
Pl take my complaint on priority.

I have regret to inform you that till now my cell is not working and displaying message "INSERT SIM" wheras SIM is properly already IN. I have visited your office / distributer many time but did not get any satisfactory reply, except to wait.
It appears either the BSNL has not activated the SIM till now or SIM it self is diffected. Please resolve the problem considering it MOST IMPORTANT

BSNL Prepaid — No incoming & Outgoing having full signal on display after somany recharge

Dear Sir/ Mam

I have a prepaid SIM card bearing number [protected]. But due to my outstation for higher education for last 10 month, i was not use the SIM card. so, sir plz. reactivate the number as possible. So that i can use your best network.

Plz. help me out of this problem.

Sir, My bsnl prepaid No. [protected] having migrated one year back to saral ananth scheme with Sr.No.[protected] voucher recharged afterwards, if Rs. 200 top-up recharged and grace period extended upto six months, I have maintained upto 23rd July, 2009. On 13th July, 2009 I have recharged of Rs 225 top-up recharged voucher having Sr.No.[protected] but amount was Rs.589.48 changed to Rs. 789.48 the grace period was not changed. For this purpose I have asked customercare they told that you have to recharged special voucher for Anant Re-activation, As per their instructions I have purchased special voucher for Anant Re-activation of Rs.225 voucher having Sr.No.[protected] and recharged but recharge not done. About this incident I made complaint customercare on 31st July, 2009. They told that we will help within 4 hours and there is no action as on date. Presently my phone is having incoming calls facility and there is no outgoing calls facilitity having an amount of Rs.764.98. Iam requesting, If they need to deduct any amount to deduct in that amount and do needful action and to do outgoing calls facility at the earliest. Sir, we had requested to release our deposit amount of Rs. 3000/- for telephone installation vide No.[protected] on June 3, 2009. They informed us that a cheque will be sent by post within a month. SO far nothings is known. Why this inordinate delay in despatching the same.

Dear sir,

i have taken EVDO connection during Sep, 2008 for internet facility in Visakhapatnam, bearing telephone no. 2904110. At the time of connection, I have purchased the instrument for Rs.3500.00( + ser.tax) I am working in Canara bank and recently I have been transferred to Bhimavaram.
Today i have contacted at Telephone exchange, Bhimavaram. They have given consent to give connection but raised bill for Rs.550.00 towards installation charges.

As now days without installation charges all co.s are providing connection, moreover i have purchased the EVDO instrument, please waive the installation charges.
