I would like to complain about transfer telephone at same place but differant location.I did sumbit form for transfer my telephone before three months in Balasore bsnl talecome head office's customer desk(Room no-10).Balassore telecome officer sent my telephone transfer paper to SDO, balasore town.SDO office of balasore received my transfer of telephone document on 25 Feb.2012.

I went to SDO office near about front of Nargis cinema hall on 25 th feb, 2012 to request to connection.SDO told me will be conect witheen two days.
Untill now my telephone is not connected. i need telephone bill for prove my prescent residance for applying my passport and I can not keep communication to any where.Last three month telephone bill is not recevied.

Hence, I request you that kindly to connection my telephone at given above prescent address.If any problem to find address to contact my mobile number-[protected].

I had paid my BSNL landline bill for the current month through net banking from uco Bank provided through bsnl portal. But BSNL is yet to honour my payment though they have deducted the amount from my bank account. I paid the bill on 9th jan.I m furnishing here the details of my transaction Transaction Details
