I have not subscribed to any FEVER OFFER in BSNL prepaid mobile service. However Rs.8/- being deducted every week stating that Thanks for subscribing FEVER offer from NO:[protected]. They are not responding to UNSUB FEVER request sent to 55678. Please stop this offer and deducting the amount from last two months and take stringent actions against the company.

BSNL FEVER OFFER — DEDUCTING AMOUNT

EVERY WEEK RS.8 HAS DEDUCTED BY[protected] FOR FEVER OFFER WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING. UNSUB FEVER TO 55678 OPTION NO RESPONSE. KINDLY SAVE ME FROM THIS. [protected]
Is there any law in this country? my phone is also charged Rs. 5 every week without my permission. Even after sending STOP message to 155223 it is not stopped. My number is [protected]. Can you please force them to stop or tell me any method to stop it?

          I received a call from BSNL [protected] and call person is i think Mr.Sumit,he told about NexG Tv.He confirmed me without activation amount will not deducted but soon after sending the message on my mobile [protected] amount deducted from my balance and in this message already written that you have activated this service with a link to activate the service.I not activated the service but BSNL send the link with the information about the activation of service.I called back 4 times to BSNL call centres but all in vein.With such attitude received from BSNL i strongly feel BSNL have the tendency to loot the customer by such mean practices.

          so i want to lodge my complain to refund my amount.

            Since last few months I am getting SMS once in each 10 days from[protected] that a sum of Rs 10/10 days are being recovered from my balance on the head of Wall Paper Pack.I do not know what is it and how it happened.I want to discontinue this immediately.I did send an e-mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in which bounced undelivered.

            I will be pleased if this subscription is dis continued.

              Dear Sir,

              We have applied online through BSNL website for a new broadband connection. We were provided with a lead id for reference. The next day a guy came and collected the documents and Rs.500 as deposit amount. He also told us the connection will be provided within 8 to 10 days time. Its already been 10 days and we still did not get any acknowledgement or status update on our application. The person who collected the documents is not even picking the call. we are not getting any response from Customer Care even. We had been given 3 numbers already by customer care which doesnt even work. Our Lead id is KABAN[protected].
              Please let me know how to proceed.

                I requested to shift my BSNL Land line along withe broadband from Jayanagar to NS Palya.I submitted theis request on March 29the and its been more thean a monthe and notheing much has happened.When I call thee helpline or thee SD I don't get any response.Also yesterday one person from thee BSNL came and connected thee line but theere is no dial tone.On top of all theis today I got a bill of Rs 782 for thee monthe in which I did not get any service and my Landline was disconnected.

                  I live in Bidholi Dehradun via pramenagar from the last few days my broadband is not working because of some problem. When I called to the complaint no. ([protected]) of the exchange no body is picking the call and after that when I calles to the SDO of the bsnl exchange regarding the complaint he said me to call at landline no. then I again tried on the landline no. but then also no. body is picking the call after that I again called to the SDO and then the SDO shouted on me and abused me when I said him that I want to know about the broadband he start speaking on my status and level that he will show me my level he will show me what he is that he said me that how I dare to call him and all blaha blaha blaha in short he abused me and talked in a very rude way I want that the strict action has been taken against him and tell him that how to tackle with the customers and plzz tell him that what rights every lay mam have in India so in future he never talk about any ones level or to show anyone anyone's level.

                    bsnl postpaid mobile — Unwanted Caller Tune

                    i have postpaid connection of bsnl 100 plan which is free on a single no.but from last two months they have charged on that particular no.
                    according to me the bill has to come 200rs only in last month but it has come 1614rs.i have complained for this but nothing had been done.
                    they have told me to deposit this amount and it will be adjusted in next month.but this month it is again exceeded to 1141rs.and this time,
                    according to me this cant be exceed from 200rs.i m a poor man and i cant afford this.please help me out.my mobile no.is [protected].

                    I have post paid connection, I have choosen one old song but another song activated on my mobile, in this connection I have contract call centre so many times, as advised I have sent message so many times for deleting the hellow tune but no action has been taken. Then I again contacted Senior of BSNL posted in Indore thrice they have intimated that my request has been considered and my request for deleting hellow tune has been registered and the service of hello tune will be deactivated within 48 hours but no action has taken by BSNL after 48 hours. The services of BSNL is very poor in comparision to other company.

                    mobile bsnl — unwanted cller tune

                    sir, i have a bsnl connection [protected]. it is with my father who is 65 years old. he is annoyed with the caller tune marketing calls......they deceive by asking to press nos.... A caller tune that has been downloaded by mistake .is vulger. ........... i have been requesting frequently to the BSNL costumer care to stop the tune. but no action is taken ............. moreover they are deducting Rs. 25 per month. it is rediculuos that the govt co also behaving like the private people i hope it is addressed timely

                      I am a resident of Indira Colony, Bani Park, Jaipur. I was availing the BSNL Broadband 750 Unlimited connection. From April 18th, 2012 my broadband connection started giving trouble so I launched a complaint on 1500. The complaint no. given was 706135 and the person assured that the problem will be resolved within a day but the problem remained as it is and whenever reminded on 1500, the person reassured again and again that “the problem will be resolved within a day”. Finally on May 2nd, 2012 I re-launched another complain on 1500. The complain no. given was 7615463 and the person assured me with the same dialog “the problem will be resolved within a day”. Half an hour later I got a call from[protected] and the person assured that we are sending a service engineer within an hour. A day has already passed and neither had I seen the service engineer nor I re-heard anything to confirm the problem resolution till now. Ironically, today when I called[protected] hoping to talk to the concerned person I heard on the other end “This Telephone no. does not exist.

                      I wonder that are we supposed to get such type of services from govt. sectors despite when the bills are paid on time. Its pity …..

                      I would be highly obliged if anyone get this problem resolved.

                      BSNL — complaint is not being attended.

                      Sir/Madam,
                      In April 09 my phone no. 2794921 and 2793921 gone out of order and the attended of the complaint toled that the cable inside the house no. 1817, sector 7 is melt and due to this it is out of order. The attendent repaired and told us that the cable will be repaird soon. Again in May09 I gave a written complaint to Sh. Saini, then JTO, who assured to get it done very soon but till date nothing has been done. Yesterday my Ph. 2793921 has again stoped working. I again lodged the complaint and today they have assured for the repair of cable but has not done anything. I have noticed that the STD on my phone 2794921 has been disconnected, reason is beyond my knowledge.
                      Pl. intervein and do the needful done. A line of reply on my e-mail will be highly appreciated.

                        With respect due that , I am a customer of your BSNL , Gurgaon branch, Patel Nagar, H.N-1059/5 having Telephone Number 2301305 with your broad band plan 625.

                        Since near about 1 month , phone line has been disconnected & we are unable to work through
                        this internet facility. Nobody is taking responsibility for working it properly.

                        We have already complained so many times, but the result is zero. We have to pay the BSNL rental charges only.

                        So, I request you to kindly necessary action to the concern person & should be working properly for which we can get the net facility soon.

                            From last 3-4 weeks my BSNL Prepaid account has been suddenly started deducting an amount of ` 40/- every week from my mobile No. [protected] and that was confirmed by a sms from No.[protected] stating "MMOBITV: Thank you for subscribing all channels/week ` 40/- week, to unsubscribe send MYUNSUB to 55447". It is to my surprise that when
                            I have not subscribed to this facility how this service provider is deducting the amount from my account. But even when I try to unsubscribe by sending sms MYUNSUB facility there is no acceptance from the party and the programme continues. Moreover it is funny that the facility they provide “MMOBITV” is not known to me at all.

                            BSNL — Unauthorised charging for value added service

                            BSNL is charging Rs.20/15/10 for various services without my consent. This was complainted but no satisfacory response to cut the fortnightly/ monthly deduction from prepaid amount.

                            B.S.N.L assam — unauthorised deduction

                            I am subscribing B.S.N.L (assam) mobile no[protected] since from 2004.
                            That on 07/02/2012 Rs 10.00(Ten rupees) had been deducted from my account(mob no-[protected]). i made complain several times to their complain no 1503, but no relief till now have got. I clearly said them that i have not activated any kind of services.
                            so, kindly told them to return me the deducted amount & deactivate all services (if any) ,i have no need of any V.A.S services. & kindly instruct them not to activate any value added service to my Number in future. if written application is required in above matter , (i.e not to activate any value added service to my Number in future) kindly inform me.

                                I am having bsnl landline phOne and broadband on number[protected] but there's such a noise in line due to earthing. That i am unable to call from it also broadband gets disconnect frequently.i am complaining for the same since a year but nobody is listening. Both the sdo and d.e once abused me when i went to them for complaint. Whenevr i do the complaint they give me 2-3 days of time to make it repair but nothing happens.

                                  I live in sector- 2, Near Ramlila Maidan, P.O. Dhurwa, Ranchi-4. I have purchased my 3G prepaid SIM from BSNL office , near Shaheed chowk, Ranchi, dated on 5/12/12. My 3G SIM No. is [protected]. I have earlier lodge a complaint through online but nobody pay attention towards my complaint. The problem is that when I open/connect internet at that time tower strength shows good (around 72%), after some time tower strength show very low (around 19%) at the same time internet run very slow and when I open page/window, frequently appears this message “Web Page Is Not Found” or “Server Is Not Found”.
                                  Therefore, I request you to look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                                      i have two BSNL prepaid mobile no. and one is [protected] and there is available balance in the account Rs. 95/- but validity is expired on 14/04/2012. i can recharge for Rs. 21/- for 90 days validity but when i recharge they can block my no. and view 0 balance in my account and another mobile no. is [protected] and there is available balance Rs. 235/- but bsnl automatically add dilar tune in this no. and cut money for this service and there is also validity expired on 17th april 2012 when i recharge for Rs. 21/- for 90 days validity they can extended my validity for three month but view 0 balance against my mobile no. when i call customer care of BSNL for about that they can reply that BSNL cut all available balance after 1 day expiry of validity and they are unable to return the amount in my account.
