I am a resident of Indira Colony, Bani Park, Jaipur. I was availing the BSNL Broadband 750 Unlimited connection. From April 18th, 2012 my broadband connection started giving trouble so I launched a complaint on 1500. The complaint no. given was 706135 and the person assured that the problem will be resolved within a day but the problem remained as it is and whenever reminded on 1500, the person reassured again and again that “the problem will be resolved within a day”. Finally on May 2nd, 2012 I re-launched another complain on 1500. The complain no. given was 7615463 and the person assured me with the same dialog “the problem will be resolved within a day”. Half an hour later I got a call from[protected] and the person assured that we are sending a service engineer within an hour. A day has already passed and neither had I seen the service engineer nor I re-heard anything to confirm the problem resolution till now. Ironically, today when I called[protected] hoping to talk to the concerned person I heard on the other end “This Telephone no. does not exist.
I wonder that are we supposed to get such type of services from govt. sectors despite when the bills are paid on time. Its pity …..
I would be highly obliged if anyone get this problem resolved.
