My telephone details is [protected].
From last 90 days, telephone is dead.
I have complained throughfault reporting.
There was no response.
we given complained him for the dead telephone. but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
If still my complaint is not sorted out,
I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.myfather continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

My phone connection number is [protected]. And this phone number is dead since few months due to unknown reason. I had been paid the bill regularly...after submitting the ECS form, the bill stopped and disconnect the phone, Due to this i am facing many problems so it is my humble request to you, kindly look into this matter seriously n resolve it as soon as possible. And also i agree to pay the total pending bill amount.
It is high time that BSNL kerala looks into the matter and solves the problem of frequent landline faults not being attended

    today i wanted to free my bsnl to bsnl local voice calls for one month. but i was not sure to recharge with how much amount. so i asked customer care at 1503. he told me to get recharge of Rs. 301 . the call was made me at 1:30 pm on 7 may 2012. and when i goto recharge shopee and recharged with 301 rs. i donot get free calls instead i got 8 gb free data internet. which i never expected. so the information given to me was wrong. and i have to bear a loss of rs. 301 and wastage of time too. and when i talked to 1503 again they say it is not our fault, sorry. we cant do nothing. please help me

      I had requested to shift my telephone connection from IIM-B area to Koramangala on 21-Apr-12. The order for this need to be given by Jayanagar office which did not happen. I had already shifted my Home in the month end and was concerned my connection would be misused.

      So I walked into the commercial office Jayanagar on 5-Mar-12, to check what was holding it back. There I noticed that the file was just lying in a pile of similar files without anyone acting on it and there were other customers there for the same reason. When I navigated with people there, they kept directing me to one another and never took steps to action the file. I want to bring to notice the lethargy shown by employees in doing their job and also ignoring customer requests of safe custody of their connection.

      Today is 7-May-12 and even after me walking into Jayanagar office to expedite the transfer, still the connection has not been disabled in my old location. I am completely unhappy with BSNL and would be more than happy to discontinue my connection and move to a different provider.

        Dear Sir,
        I live in Dumka at bypass road, dudhani. I have purchased my 3G prepaid SIM from Singhania Marketing, singhania katra,Dumka, dated on 02/04/12. My 3G SIM No. is [protected].The problem is that when I open/connect internet at that time tower strength shows good and the speed is so good with 7.2 mbps but after some time it shows disconnected and therafter it is open with Gprs which is too slow with 86.5 kbps.
        Therefore, I request you to look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

        BSNL SIM — Poor Service

        Sir, i took a connection form BSNL Ernakulam Circle last month and i made an offer Rs. 300/- worth so that i can call all bsnl mobil and land @ free of cost. But there comes the problem, i cant utilize the offer effectively because of poor service reception. All the time the network is jam and i cant hear the voice in clear. I will have to call more than 5 times to connect a single call. A very few times i charged also to call to a land number. This is a serious fraud i think. Actually i have taken the connection for to call BSNL phones. I have some clients and friend they are using BSNL.

        I lost my money and time take and use bsnl. Whne i try to contact their customer care but i didn't get in line all those times, so i drop it. My number is [protected].

        I have taken a sim from BSNL DIDIHAT almora circle on 18th Nov. 2011, during taking the sim all documents and photo
        deposited, initially 2-3days working properly, but after that incoming and outgoing call barred, I have done topup on that sim as well
        circulate this no. to all relatives. what will I do Now.
        The BSNL didihat staff has given this sim his name is Govind. His number is [protected],
        from many days i want 2 make a call, but all times mobile was switch off.
        The BSNL staff is doing business and make foolish to subscribers.
        what will I do Now.

              As you know, most o[censored]s or atleast some o[censored]s are gamers who play online. What we search for in an internet connection is the ping, not speed.
              Unfortunately most BSNL connections are having 300+ ping on Mumbai servers (50 is considered playable ping) After 10 am and before 7pm daily, making it impossible for gamers to play games.
              It has been going on for quite a few weeks and for numerous people around india. What should we do? BSNL never picks up calls so we are helpless through landline and they don't have a complaint registering website.

                BSNL — without information deduct money in my account

                the company has deducted rs 16 in my account without any information when i recharge my prepaid mobile with rs 55 and when i tried to talk with bsnl customer care i did not any response please consider on it

                BSNL — Deduction of money from my prepaid account

                I am receiving on my mobile phone one joke daily entitled ‘Masalajokes’ from Phone No.[protected] and one rupee is automatically being deducted from my balance with BSNL pre-paid services. All these are being done without my consent for the same. I never consented for being charged for these jokes. Initially I received a message on my mobile offering free Masalajokes for five days some time in the month of April or May, 2010. I subscribed for the same. But thereafter to my utter surprise, the service continued and without taking my consent one rupee per day is being deducted. No information is being given along with the message as how to deactivate this service.
                Sometimes the person who picked up phone on customer care got my complaint lodged also. Every time the complaint was lodged, I got a message that the complaint is resolved. But still the service is continuing.
                As a customer I pay money to BSNL and BSNL is diverting my money to someone else without taking consent from me. It is misappropriation of customers’ money lying with BSNL. Such unfair practice be stopped so that customers should not be cheated of their money. I am suffering a lot of mental agony as I am finding mysel[censored]nable to deactivate this service despite my efforts for the same. Sir, Kindly do the needful from your end to stop such unfair trade practices.

                immediately and maintain your correctness and request you not to follow MNC
                habits. They rob their customers. Just now for other mans complaint against Airtel
                regarding porting, I have suggested to port to BSNL as you are rendering excellent
                service and not like earlier and absolutely no cheating.
                I PORTED MY AIRTEL CONNECTION TO BSNL BOTH BRAOD BAND AND 2 MOBILES RECENTLY
                AND AM ENJOYING BSNL. SERVICE OF BSNL IS NOT LIKE EARLIER.

                and do the needful and keep up nations integrity by solving this type of complaints. STAND TO THIS NATION.

                i have made this complaint several times but no action.

                          I received a call from BSNL [protected] and call person is i think Mr.Sumit,he told about NexG Tv.He confirmed me without activation amount will not deducted but soon after sending the message on my mobile [protected] amount deducted from my balance and in this message already written that you have activated this service with a link to activate the service.I not activated the service but BSNL send the link with the information about the activation of service.I called back 4 times to BSNL call centres but all in vein.With such attitude received from BSNL i strongly feel BSNL have the tendency to loot the customer by such mean practices.

                          so i want to lodge my complain to refund my amount.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We have applied online through BSNL website for a new broadband connection. We were provided with a lead id for reference. The next day a guy came and collected the documents and Rs.500 as deposit amount. He also told us the connection will be provided within 8 to 10 days time. Its already been 10 days and we still did not get any acknowledgement or status update on our application. The person who collected the documents is not even picking the call. we are not getting any response from Customer Care even. We had been given 3 numbers already by customer care which doesnt even work. Our Lead id is KABAN[protected].
                              Please let me know how to proceed.

                                I requested to shift my BSNL Land line along withe broadband from Jayanagar to NS Palya.I submitted theis request on March 29the and its been more thean a monthe and notheing much has happened.When I call thee helpline or thee SD I don't get any response.Also yesterday one person from thee BSNL came and connected thee line but theere is no dial tone.On top of all theis today I got a bill of Rs 782 for thee monthe in which I did not get any service and my Landline was disconnected.

([protected]) of the exchange no body is picking the call and after that when I calles to the SDO of the bsnl exchange regarding the complaint he said me to call at landline no. then I again tried on the landline no. but then also no. body is picking the call after that I again called to the SDO and then the SDO shouted on me and abused me when I said him that I want to know about the broadband he start speaking on my status and level that he will show me my level he will show me what he is that he said me that how I dare to call him and all blaha blaha blaha in short he abused me and talked in a very rude way I want that the strict action has been taken against him and tell him that how to tackle with the customers and plzz tell him that what rights every lay mam have in India so in future he never talk about any ones level or to show anyone anyone's level.

                                    bsnl postpaid mobile — Unwanted Caller Tune

                                    i have postpaid connection of bsnl 100 plan which is free on a single no.but from last two months they have charged on that particular no.
                                    according to me the bill has to come 200rs only in last month but it has come 1614rs.i have complained for this but nothing had been done.
                                    they have told me to deposit this amount and it will be adjusted in next month.but this month it is again exceeded to 1141rs.and this time,
                                    according to me this cant be exceed from 200rs.i m a poor man and i cant afford this.please help me out.my mobile no.is [protected].

                                    I have post paid connection, I have choosen one old song but another song activated on my mobile, in this connection I have contract call centre so many times, as advised I have sent message so many times for deleting the hellow tune but no action has been taken. Then I again contacted Senior of BSNL posted in Indore thrice they have intimated that my request has been considered and my request for deleting hellow tune has been registered and the service of hello tune will be deactivated within 48 hours but no action has taken by BSNL after 48 hours. The services of BSNL is very poor in comparision to other company.

                                    sir, i have a bsnl connection [protected]. it is with my father who is 65 years old. he is annoyed with the caller tune marketing calls......they deceive by asking to press nos.... A caller tune that has been downloaded by mistake .is vulger. ........... i have been requesting frequently to the BSNL costumer care to stop the tune. but no action is taken ............. moreover they are deducting Rs. 25 per month. it is rediculuos that the govt co also behaving like the private people i hope it is addressed timely

                                      I am a resident of Indira Colony, Bani Park, Jaipur. I was availing the BSNL Broadband 750 Unlimited connection. From April 18th, 2012 my broadband connection started giving trouble so I launched a complaint on 1500. The complaint no. given was 706135 and the person assured that the problem will be resolved within a day but the problem remained as it is and whenever reminded on 1500, the person reassured again and again that “the problem will be resolved within a day”. Finally on May 2nd, 2012 I re-launched another complain on 1500. The complain no. given was 7615463 and the person assured me with the same dialog “the problem will be resolved within a day”. Half an hour later I got a call from[protected] and the person assured that we are sending a service engineer within an hour. A day has already passed and neither had I seen the service engineer nor I re-heard anything to confirm the problem resolution till now. Ironically, today when I called[protected] hoping to talk to the concerned person I heard on the other end “This Telephone no. does not exist.

                                      I wonder that are we supposed to get such type of services from govt. sectors despite when the bills are paid on time. Its pity …..

                                      I would be highly obliged if anyone get this problem resolved.

                                      BSNL — complaint is not being attended.

                                      Sir/Madam,
                                      In April 09 my phone no. 2794921 and 2793921 gone out of order and the attended of the complaint toled that the cable inside the house no. 1817, sector 7 is melt and due to this it is out of order. The attendent repaired and told us that the cable will be repaird soon. Again in May09 I gave a written complaint to Sh. Saini, then JTO, who assured to get it done very soon but till date nothing has been done. Yesterday my Ph. 2793921 has again stoped working. I again lodged the complaint and today they have assured for the repair of cable but has not done anything. I have noticed that the STD on my phone 2794921 has been disconnected, reason is beyond my knowledge.
                                      Pl. intervein and do the needful done. A line of reply on my e-mail will be highly appreciated.

                                        Sir,
                                        With respect due that , I am a customer of your BSNL , Gurgaon branch, Patel Nagar, H.N-1059/5 having Telephone Number 2301305 with your broad band plan 625.

                                        Since near about 1 month , phone line has been disconnected & we are unable to work through
                                        this internet facility. Nobody is taking responsibility for working it properly.

                                        We have already complained so many times, but the result is zero. We have to pay the BSNL rental charges only.

                                        So, I request you to kindly necessary action to the concern person & should be working properly for which we can get the net facility soon.
