I have been using the broad band connection of internet from last one year. from few days I am not able to use the internet. So I contacted bsnl office. Two staff members came to check and informed us that Modem is no more working. So We need to replace it. But they said they dont have stock of the type 2 modem. and we need to wait for 3-4 months. Or they know a dealer from whom they can get the Modem but it will charge 2000 rupees. Then I asked for type2 modem on rental basis but they said they dont have stock.

This kind of service BSNl office in Padmanabanager BSNL brank is carrying out.

Because of such a service people go for private sectors. Please consider the same as complaint against them,

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using BSNL Haryana post paid connection with No. [protected] for last 4 months which I had purchased from Ambala .
    As per BSNL, roaming is not applicable on BSNL Nos in Faridabad , Gurgaon , Punchkula & Chandigarh. Before purchasing post paid connection , I had used BSNL pre paid No. in Faridabad for 3 months & never faced roaming issue before. Roaming starts only when we cross Badarpur Border

    Now with this post paid No. I observed that roaming charges are charged starting from Ballabhgarh and in complete Faridabad. In Month of Oct’11 Approx Rs.800/- were charged for roaming charges out of total bill of Rs.1161/-.

    I had discussed with customer care over phone but not received any satisfactory answer. Also given written request in this regard in BSNL Exchange in Ambala city on 28th of Oct. with no update till Now.

    Request you to pls have a look & do needful at the earliest

      I am Mr. Amar Kumar Das, using BSNL mobile no.([protected]) of W.B Circle, fade up by the speed the BSNL SIM([protected]) giving me. Now I am in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad-15, Gujarat; and I am using Internet from here. I am using BSNL 2G but the speed I am getting is half or one third of BSNL 2G SIM of Ahmedabad. From the last 15 days I am facing this problem. I have also made complain against this to BSNL customer care many times but instead of my repeated request my problem is not solved. That's why I am getting problem in my work.

      So, in this situation I am requesting you to take necessary action against BSNL W.B. as soon as possible.

        I had bought new gsm sim card by submitting my identity proof and photo copy although my sim card was blocked by saying that "your documents not received at bsnl office,so your outgoing had been blocked. I contacted the retailer and discuss the matter ,he said he has sent all the documents to bsnl office although i submitted all my identity proof 2nd time to bsnl office although my outgoing service has not been resumed,
        its been more than 24 hours.

        i am afraid someone may misusing my identity proof. my bsnl no. is [protected]

        I am expecting to take strict action against the person found faulty in bsnl group.

My Unique Porting Id is AA11354A Expiry Dt.[protected]. I submitted necessary documents with the application. Same day I received call from BSNL THAT YOUR MNP REQUEST REGISTERED SUCCESSFULLY you can come and collect BSNL SIM. BUT AS ON TILL DATE 3 FEB MNP NOT DONE. Everyday I am interacting with BSNL customer care on [protected]. As I am unable to get the proper feedback & every time whenever i called to BSNL customer care. EVERYDAY THEY ARE SAYING THE SAME REASON "WITHIN 24 HOURS YOUR NO WILL CHANGE TO BSNL". Today they told me “You have to wait for another five days”. I asked him what is the process of mnp and how many days it took. He told me we don’t have any information you contact bsnl office. Since last 5 days same story is repeating. I don’t understand as per TRAI clearly mentioned 7 days why the companies take such longer time to resolve the query of customer. When my No. will port?

            On 11th July i have update the Airtel MNP Form transfer from BSNL to AIRTEL, but its already 10th day and there is no confirmation or any message from both the service provider. According to the rule MNP should be done with in 7days.
            Kindly help for the above matter.

            We have a postpaid mobile connection of BSNL now i want to port to Tata Docomo, I have applied many time but each time my request is rejected by BSNL. Then i have gone to BSNL office then he said that they do not know about this.                       BSNL — Unwanted Backup Service

                      Unwanted Phone Backup

                      I have never wanted or opted for BSNL back up service. It seems that by means of any undesirable call BSNL has activated the service without my knowledge.

                      I am being charged Rs 30.00 every month. Deactivation mode is not suggested anywhere on the BSNL site. It proves the BSNL has chated me by unwanted activation.

                      I want to registed my complaint on Consumer Forum.

                        Sir, I have BSNL landline 044 - 27934971. The broadband connection is not working . I complained on 26.9.2011 and the docket no. given was 59131754. It was not attended to. BSNL official enquired the problem over phone and we said that the modum on off button is not working. They said that we have to go to the Telephone Exchange at Minjur and get it changed. It is 4 KMs for us and we both are not able to go, as we are aged. So, we requested them to send a line man and change it. There was no action. Again I complained on 30.9.2011 and the docket no. was 59132021. No action was taken. Again I have complained on 9.11.2011 and the docket no. is 59134417. There was enquiry about the defect. This was informed. At least this time I request BSNL to be responsive and send a person to change the modum. I am paying the broadband charges every month. Urgent pl. How the previous two dockets were closed without setting right the grievance is not known to me. What is the purpose of giving docket nos. if they are to be closed without attending to the problem and getting reply from customer about satisfactory working. I need enlightenment.

                          Regular disruption in internet connectivity. Eeven after complaing twice no one from bsnl took action. Blunt answers will be given, If we call any number mentioned in bill. After 5:30 and in weekends no one answers
                          call. It is not worth paying 820 Rs every month for such worst service.

                              My landline phone :[protected] is dead since from[protected] and the complaint has been logged with the firm on[protected] under the docket No:0771. The complaint is not attended till today. The frequent follow ups with concerned Divisional Enginner do not fruitful and most ofthe times no one is available to attend when i tried to contact Area manager and General Manager. Totally I feel it is negligience & attitude problem towards customer satisfaction, beacause to attend the complaint it should not take more than a week in worst condition.
                              I hope atleast now the authorised people will awake from their deep sleep and satisfy the customers like me who are facing one or the onother problem with regard to servive in this telecommunication line.

                              BSNL Bangalore — Telephone Dead since 25 Oct 2007

                              Sir,

                              The telephone :[protected] allotted to my father, B L Manohar is dead since 25 Oct 2007. Docket number for the complaint lodged at Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore on 25 Oct 2007 is 1007/417.

                              Every blame on the telephone not working is credited to BWSSB, who knocked out the underground telephone cables while laying Cauvery Pipleline.

                              Our telephone number[protected]allotted to my father) is dead since 25 Oct 2007 and complaint was lodged on the same day at 1600 hrs. So far nothing has been done by BSNL - Kengeri Satellite Town telecom office.

                              The underground telephone cables were knocked out by BWSSB to lay Cauvery pipelines.
                              The docket number for the above complaint lodged on 25 Oct 2007 is : 1007/417

                                From Last 3 months, This number has a lot of problem, Mostly it is dead and other times there will be ring but no sound from reciever end.

                                We have complained it our exchange-TadasaRamahansa pur, there we + no response.
                                One or two times they replace the reciever but this same issue exist.

                                As we all r staying outside and my father is not able to visit regularly to follow up for the same due to age concern.

                                  Past two months after evening our link goes down, everyday we need to contact customer care and book a complient, after this the BSNL peopel calling us and taking the same status and once we give the status simply they kept the phone, in a next day again we need to contact customer care, after this we tried to talk with Rajajinagar exchange incharge Lakshmi regarding the same issue, but from her also no result, we fed of the service from BSNL, bcz after evening we can't do anything, i hope you got our problem and please try to resolve this problem ASAP,
