I have bsnl broad band 2 mbps connection from 2 weeks it is very bad i tried to log complaing am not able to reach them because when evere i call to the toll free no they will not lift the call or they will disconnect the call.I was on hold for more than 30 min.

I applied for BSNL BFone/BB 500 Plan 1month back
They installed only Telephone and no Broadband connection

I have shifted my residence from Whitefield to B Narayanpura and subsequently I applied for shifting my telephone to the new location. (Old telephone No. 28416240, OB No.[protected]
I approached the Krishnarajapuram exchange 20 days back and they assured me that the connection will be given in 2-3 days. From then onwards I am running behind them for the connection and till date the connection is not given. They are not giving any reason for the same and just keep postponing it.
Kindly look into this and take necessary action at the earliest.

I was searching if there are any ways to make my bsnl resume working at an earliest. Looking at these blogs this makes me feel this is the BSNL, culture of poor service. I think its high time to think of some alternative service providers then fighting with these people who dont have a work ethics.

My broadband is not working for last 2 days... I keep calling them but no luck.. none pick the call...only dam hell music.. person who give complaint will get pissed off...
at the end they took the complaint morning 8:00 AM and told it will be fixed in 24 hours... I followed up a call by evening...
Then the new answer... it takes 3 days... tech team works 8 hours so 24 hours means 3 days.. When does this meaning changes for 24 hours to 3 days...
Can someone rectify such pathetic BSNL customer service..

I tried to contact BSNL for the past 1 week and nobody seems to pick-up the helpline. My landline has no dial tone and I know this is easy to rectify as it happened to me before. Problem is to whom shall I forward my complaint when nobody is there to talk to. I wish somebody can help me on my problem. My landline is[protected].

i have a Broadband connection Business plan 700/- via Telephone No.[protected] in the name of Mr. Mukut Gogoi. sir, i have received one Brodband usage charge bill anmount is 65976/-and due date 28/08/2008 including 5th months. sir i unable to pay this amount becouse i am not getting any information about usage charge. now i want to change my Broad band Business PLAN 700/ to Business 3000/and please made the bill 3000/ plan basis with date of new connection.
please look the matter and reply me as soon as possible.
