[Resolved] BSNL Bangalore — Telephone/broadband not working
My telephone number is[protected] is dead for more than 6 months. There was a metal pole near my house from the connection has been given. The line man removed the pole and sold it in scrap shop and connected my number overhead cable. I registered the complaint on line and visited many times at Old Madras Office. The reply was given to me by the Engineer there that to apply for disconnection. I am told that private service providers have booked these officials as such nobody want to take any action so that I can go for a private service provider. I have been paid bills for the four months hoping that this will be adjusted in regular bill. This has has not happened every month bill is initiated but no service has been resumed/provided. Three days back line man has called to my mobile no.[protected] through my land line number i.e. 5600093 intimating that my line will be resumed and asked for the location. On visiting my house he has collected Rs.300/- for purchase of new cable from my wife and earlier occasion has also collected money. whenever money is given to him he connects my telephone. Will authorities concerned look into this and take necessary action to restore the service and initiate proper bill after adjusting the payment made without availing the service and for the month no service is restored no bill is to issued. Please bring the concerned personnel under the law and stop these irregularities.
