    I USED TO MAKE CALLS FROM MY BSNL PREPAID MOBILE NO. [protected] TO MY SON AT MALDIVES (SAARC COUNTRY)IN HIS MOBILE NO.[protected] WITH CHARGES @ Rs9/min. AROUND TWO MONTHS BACK , ONE DAY I NOTICED THAT THE RATE HAS INCREASED TO Rs30/MIN WHEREAS THERE WAS NO MENTION OF SUCH INCREASE OF RATE IN THE WEBSITE OF BSNL. THEREAFTER , I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO BSNL THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO.24365. ALTHOUGH , AGAINST EVERY COMPLAINT , IT IS ASSURED THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED WITHIN NEXT 24 HOURS, NO SUCH THINGS HAPPENS. OF LATE, I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHENEVER, I DIAL THE NO. OF MY SON (i.e.[protected] , SOME VOICE MESSAGE LIKE," PLEASE CHECK THE NO. YOU HAVE DIALED." COMES AND I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CALL FROM THIS MOBILE NO.(i.e.[protected]).ALSO, WITH CUSTOMER CARE NO. 24365 , THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING. MAKING COMPLAINTS IS NOT PRODCING ANY RESULT. NEED YOUR URGENT ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARD TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST PLEASE.

        I have given an application to shift our landline and broadband (landline[protected] in december 2010. I got a letter /order no 4280 dtd 13/12/2010 from BSNL this is like a work order. Till date the nothing has happend. I am paying rent and Mr Vitankar of Model colony exchange says that we will get it reverted once the transfer happens.

        My request is to shift the phone in the same exchange but BSNL says the area is isolated. Prabhat road Pune is a good revenue area for BSNL and so many new apartments are coming in that area. Wonder why this does not make a business sense for these guys.

        Hope this forum will help me get the phone.

          my name is (rikabchand c p) am using bsnl NIC card.. last year that is (2010) august month i had paid five months pending bill...

          per month 286 my rental..

          two months after i got three months bill.. one bill excessly came..

          i had made a complaint in bsnl office with my bill..

          and i had paid the three bill also..

          there is no response for my complaint.. so only i made complaint in this site..


          i kindly request you to // refund my one month bill or reduce it from the pending bill..

          Respected sir,
          I Venu gopal reddy.pulagam one of the customer the BSNL internet service (USING NIC CARD) bearing service number[protected] got the excess bill of total amount 300(nearly) for first 3 months from the date of my service activation.(approximately form the month of December/January 2008/2009)when I immediately consulted respective person who is looking at this section he told me that unfortunately a voice service has been activated for which I have not requested and he told me that the amount for the service which I haven’t requested will be returned in the next month bill and he requested me to pay the bill and he deactivated that service, but the amount did not returned when I use to consult him on this issue every month he is post posing it for the next month continuously .so I venugopal reddy. pulagam requesting to verify my account and the service which I have not requested and kindly return the amount .

            hello sir
            i had sent a request - "GPRS E" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 20/2/2009. I got a receipt msg asking me to wait for confirmation msg. It didn't come till today -22 Feb 2009. I called up the customer service [protected] and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRS E msg again. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent. The customer service is of being no help at all in this matter and they keep repeating the same - "Sir, please send the GPRS E msg.."
            End result: GPRS still not activated
            I am using an nokia 5300 mobile phone. I wonder when this issue will be resolved.

            i an a bsnl customer with mobile number [protected]. I have subscribed for gprs on dec20, 08 by rs.197. But due to networks's technical reasons i were unable to use this service from jan.7 to jan.11.Due to this problem i have complained again and again(Complaints numbers A[protected] rekha 8jan 7.05am, A[protected] rakesh 9.23am 10jan A[protected] rahul 12.30pm 11jan Since this service is for 30 days, it is clear that i faced a loss of 5 days. But when i contacted customer care, they were refused to extend my service by 5 days. This is the case of cheat and fraud. Please do something.

            I am facing the problem with GPRS. The GPRS works fine within my home circle (UP WEST) & outside the home circle except haryana. I complaint to the customer care representatives sevral times but they are unable to fix this problem. Several times I am within haryana from my official work & I face too much problem without this service. Please ask Haryana BSNL department why they do not connect UP West roamers with GPRS. Although it works fine in Delhi, Punjab, Himachal. Please take this matter to the department, I shall be thankful to you.

            The GPRS APN address of BSNL east zone is changes as gprseast.cellone.in since 27.05.2009. Previously it was www.e.pr
            I have set the APN as www.e.po and working till 9/6/2009 evening.. then it is not working anymore even though I have change to gprseast.cellone.in

            I am using GPRS service on BSNL 2G Network, and guess what I was unable to receive incoming calls during my browsing and to my surprise i got the following reply " I can't use GPRS and Voice at a Time" from BSNL authotities.
            the bsnlnet access point is damp slow. download speed of 3g phones has come down to 21kbps whereas gprseast.cellone.in can go more than 1mbps
            I have recharge with rs. 98 gprs pack on 19/12/2010 and whose validity is up to 17/01/2011. but BSNL is not providing me appropriate services as the connection fails many times telling 'package data connection not available, temporary network problems, etc.& due to which I am facing many problems.               This is kind infomation that my mobile no.[protected].on 01/4/2011 i recharge my phone Rs.100/-.yesterday i will observed that Rs.12/- deduct from my mobile,then i contact with customer servic and talk with customer excutive he told me that i look in to matter and complain lodge.Docket No.DO6CD411567.Today morning i observed that Rs.24/- deduct from my mobile.i know that no any coller tune,no any type of activate with my connection.what is possible?
              Therefore,i am request you that pl look in to matter as early as possible.This is too much hardship labour money.

                First of all, this is not a city specific but has concerned with consumers of whole HP State.

                BSNL HP has introduced a pre-plan for Rs.175/- pm recharge, giving Rs.100/- as talk time and whole BSNL network (Mobile, LL, WLL etc.) is unlimited free. From Rs.100/- consumer can make call to any network local / STD @ per second pulse rate with charges 1 pc. & 1.2 pc respectively. Many of existing customers either from Post Paid, or Post Paid Employee Plan or other pre-paid plans started using this plan. But all of sudden BSNL started sending SMS alerts that the plan has been changed w.e.f.[protected]. Now according to changed plan BSNL is giving Only Rs.50/- for STD on BSNL network only. For Local calls/ STD on any network consumer has to TOP UP extra. Call charges: 90 Pc./ min LOCAL and Rs.1.2/- per min STD (As claimed), because I have been charged Rs.10.50/- for 6 min.54 sec. call.

                This way BSNL has cheated his many existing valuable consumers. Is it not a crime.

                  my telephone no is 2555009 is having braught band also but i am not satisfy with their servic e since 10-month my phone is not properly working it will work only 3 to 5 Days in a month rest of all the days is not working were as we R paying every monthly.
                  If it is not working then why we hv to pay either we hv to discunnect the phone if not work in furture please advice what is to be done.
                  Now a days is phone no it means Degital name of the person and we do not knowne that who R having my nos.

                    ab mai ye chahta hu ki bsnl mujhe is baat ka proof de ki jo service mere no par activate hui hai usk liye request maine ki thi.............nahi to mere account me mere paise wapas kare...............

                        I had applied for transfer of landline/ Broadband connection in January and based on the request the line was disconnected on 24/01/2011, but till date the transfer has not yet been effected and moreover I am still receiving bills generated without even having the connection.                         BSNL — Transfer of Landline/ Broadband

                        I had given a request for the transfer of my land line/ broadband no[protected]
                        to BSNL Rajajinagar branch, Bangalore on 18/06/09. It has been more than 2 months and the same has not yet been transferred to Hennur Cross, Bangalore. The services of BSNL are pathetic.

                        BSNL Broadband Landline connection — Billing errors

                        I had applied for BSNL Broadband connection transfer in the month of january 2011 from West Tambaram to Selaiyur. Based on this request my connection for number 22263432 was disconnected on 18/01/2011. (PFA the transfer order), but the connection for the new address was given only in the month of May 2011 with the new number as 22293487.

                        The following are the issues I have regarding this transfer:.

                        1. I find in my online login account that bills have been generated for the entire period for which I did not have connection i.e Feb '11, Mar'11, Apr'11 for which I cannot pay.

                        2. The new bill generated for the month of May'11 is in the old number i.e.22263432 for which I need to pay but the number is wrong.

                          This is one complaint on which BSNL Officials sleeping for past one mont. They are making me constrained to file complaint before consumer forrum for a dispute of less than Rs.500/-. Its cause may be the unholy nexus between officers and franchisee owners of BSNL to loot the customer.
                          I do hereby bring the following facts in to your consideration seeking immediate action and to file dispute before honorable Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum on its non compliance.
                          I am a customer of Celone since its launching time. [protected] is one of my connections taken as Jodi connection of [protected] and used by my staff at Office. As the BSNL has changed the tariff structure of Jodi connection, it becomes uneconomic and due to this I converted the same as prepaid connection. I have already filled a complaint due to the unwanted delay caused from the part of its conversion that has made heavy loss to me.
                          After conversion to pre paid plan, I have opted magic plan and selected the same by paying Rs.300/- to one of your agent or sub agent carrying on the business Dill CDs, Kalliasseri. That deal was in between your agent and my staff both of them are known to each other for past several years. Two days after the plan selection, my staff approached the same agent for top up talk time of Rs.100/-. The agent loaded the connection with top up talk time of Rs.55/- and a plan change voucher of Rs.45 to opt second billing plan without knowledge and consent of me or my staff. When she noticed that the top up talk time loaded was for Rs.55/- she contacted the agent and then only he explained that he charged plan change voucher of Rs.45 and for second billing and he added that, it may not affect the Magic plan valid for one month, opted three days back from his shop. But after this, the magic plan became de-opted. This has created loss to me.
                          It is the duty of BSNL to provide proper training to its agents and sub agents. BSNL is bound to prevent unfair trade practices of its agents by all means. If it is caused due to failure of proper training, BSNL is bound to compensate the loss sustained by its customer due to it. If it is purposefully done by the agent or sub agent, the agency through which this unfair trade practice is executed must be terminated to protect the reputation of BSNL.
                          Therefore I do hereby request the General Manager, BSNL, Kannur to conduct a detailed investigation on this complaint, activate the magic plan on my connection that was de-opted through an unlawful act of your agent, allot top up talk time for Rs.100 in spite of Rs.55 charged earlier irrespective to my demand and to take legal action against the agent if the incident was purposefully done by him to gain un due profit by miss selling BSNL product.

                          BSNL Broadband — unfair trade practice

                          BROADBAND TELEPHONE NO 26382221

                          upon not receiving broadband service I lodged complaint vide docket no S9982 DATED 29.12.2008.
                          I got a telephone call from Shibpur Exchange, Howrah and asked to bring Modem to there.I went
                          on 31.12.2008 with Modem. Mr. Himanshu Biswas told me after checking of Modem that the same is
                          defective and can not be replaced/serviced in view of the fact that I got the connection under special
                          plan introduced for Dial up customers wherein there was provision of rent-free modem by the department.
                          I was told to start paying monthly charges of rupees 60 per month to be able to get the modem exchanged.I am paying broadband monthly charges.Since the special plan was offered by the General Manager, Calcutta Telephones and accordingly I accepted the terms and got the connection in the month of July 2008.This is unfair on the part of Calcutta telephones now refusing to render services inspite of the fact that they are taking monthly charges.Incase I do not receive Modem services I shall have no option but to take up the matter with TRAI and Consumers Forum
                          I have broadband connection of BSNL through your franchise Posh communications at sector 20 Panchkula (Haryana). Iam a senior citizen but i am not getting 20% rebate as is available to other bsnl costomers. This is unfair trade practice. please rectify and refund excess charged.

                          Its unfair for prepaid coustomer in bsnl to paid costly watching youtube or download something.                           BSNL — Unfair Trade Practice

                          Sir,
                          I am receiving on my mobile phone one joke daily entitled ‘Masalajokes’ from Phone No.[protected] and one rupee is automatically being deducted from my balance with BSNL pre-paid services. All these are being done without my consent for the same. I never consented for being charged for these jokes. Initially I received a message on my mobile offering free Masalajokes for five days some time in the month of April or May, 2010. I subscribed for the same. But thereafter to my utter surprise, the service continued and without taking my consent one rupee per day is being deducted. No information is being given along with the message as how to deactivate this service.
                          Then I contacted the customer care. Every time a new person picked up the phone and suggested me to send a message to a number given by him. I sent 8 kinds of messages suggested by them. They are as follows;
                          ‘CAN Masala jokes yes’ sent to 56505; ‘SUBFMJ’ sent to 52906 on 16.5.2010 at 1.50 p.m.; ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ sent to 52906 on 15.6.2010 at 11.24 a.m. ‘MENU’ sent to 52906 on 15.6.2010 at 11.26 a.m.; CAN Masala jokes yes’ sent to 56505 on 23.6.2010 at 10.18 a.m.; ‘UNSUB MJOKES’ sent to 52906 on 25.6.2010 at 9.06 a.m.; ‘UNSUB 10 JOKES sent to 52906 on 17.6.2010 and ‘UNSUB MASALAJOKES sent to 56799 on 17.6.2010.
                          Every time the message was sent, two rupees were deducted from my balance except the last one which is perhaps the toll free number. However, the service has not been deactivated till date and one rupee is being deducted daily from my balance. All these charges have gone in vain because of the misdirections given by the persons sitting at customer care. Will BSNL compensate for the same as it was due to the fault of their officials ?
                          Sometimes the person who picked up phone on customer care got my complaint lodged also. Three of such complaint numbers are as follows: 6254563 dated 4.7.2010; 6260653 dated 10.7.2010 and 6266705 dated 16.7.2010. Every time the complaint was lodged, I got a message that the complaint is resolved. But still the service is continuing.
                          As a customer I pay money to BSNL and BSNL is diverting my money to someone else without taking consent from me. It is misappropriation of customers’ money lying with BSNL. Such unfair practice be stopped so that customers should not be cheated of their money. I am suffering a lot of mental agony as I am finding mysel[censored]nable to deactivate this service despite my efforts for the same. Sir, Kindly do the needful from your end to stop such unfair trade practices.

                            My BSNL broadband internet connection is faulty from the last ~1.5 months. I have made multiple complaints at BSNL fault booking service (198/1957) and my last two complaint numbers are – 03566 and 03587.
                            I’ve sent more than 100 messages (SMS) to the lineman of our area (Annish Khere) about the problem & have also talked to him personally many times regarding the same. However there is NO resolution to the issue has been made till today.
                            I request you to kindly look into the issue & do the needful ASAP.
                            I also request you to provide me necessary rebate/concession in my next bill.

                            BSNL Broadband — Internet is not working from last 1.5 months

                            Hi,
                            This is Dipika Majumder, residing at UV-21-3D, Udayan The Condoville, 1050/1 Survey Park, Kolkata – 700075. My customer id is[protected]. My telephone no is[protected]. I am a broadband user almost last 2 years. I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. It’s been 1.5 months since it is not working. I had place several complain during last 1 month and according to the officials there would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. It’s disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. I am a senior citizen and my son is in abroad. I can not communicate with him. I took the line because of this communication reason. If this is the service then please discontinue my line because unnecessarily I paid the monthly charges but it has no use.
                            I agree with all the complints, I too had a problem with my BB connection for the last 1 month & nothing rectified. Pl. discontinue using BSNL and teach a lesson to them, that's only we can do. Go for reliance or Airtel.

                            We all should teach a lesson to irresponsible BSNL people.

                                I bought a new BSNL 3G Data Card and paid Rs. 4000/- for the same (incl. usage plan, sim card, misc.) and as guaranteed by BSNL executives that this is the best in market and only BSNL Data Card provides 3G speed in Ratlam I bought this useless data card. I was guaranteed a speed of 2-3Mbps for the same whereas I never get a speed of 256Kbps even. Also, it gets disconnected everytime automatically and network keeps on fluctuating. I used it in an open environment in city area standing on one place but the same issues persist. Please if you can't provide proper services then better don't do such business. I want my refund from BSNL and also an apology for selling such useless plastic piece and charging me so much. They should better stop providing such services when they can't keep their words also should fire all the staff who can't even manage to check the issues and keep giving excuses.

                                bsnl dats card 3g is worst at market. The staff at Bhiwandi Thane Maharashtra attending the customer care do not have any know how of the 3g data cards. They simply sell the same and the service is worst. The signals are changing frequently and at every change the net connection is broken so I cannot do any business on net by using 3g data card.

                                  This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.

                                    I have purchased a BSNL 3G data card on 4 march 2011 but i experienced the improper signal coverage in the heart of city many times which resulted in poor speed .Now, it seems too funny "FASTER THAN YOUR THOUGHTS".
                                    Yes, I too experience the same. Signals are very poor in Saliyur, East Tambaram, Rajakillpakkam, Kamarajapuram, Sembakkam area.

                                    Many days, I am getting limited access. Even I tried to connect from the terrace (3rd Floor).
                                    Very poor connectivity.

                                    I have dropped couple of complaints to DGM - Chrompet, GM- Guindy, the same was interanally forwarded to GM(MS).

                                    Very poor customer support. I am not getting any proper response.

                                      i have recharged with Rs 399 for bsnl blackberry internet services on 1st april . But till now i.e 5th april

                                      what the benefit am i getting using the bsnl neither do any cc executives respond humanly nor do they let us do something humanly the worst network along with the system upgradation on their cc service call them whenever you want to waste your time

                                      Most useless tech support people .When i called for password reset to be done twice it was not done and the old password was sent many times to my cellphone ..when finally the 3rd time I called, they said that it could not be done as I had not lodged a complaint number and it was past 5 !!most ridiculous service provider !!
                                      My Blackberry service is not working since last two months and i have made complaints since its stopped working, till now it could not be resolved and i am sick and tired while calling to bsnl personnel.


                                      I had made first complaint on 13th Jan 2014 to till now my issue is not resolve.

                                      Kindly help me in this regards and do let me know exactly where i can make the complaint to get this issue resolve.
