Dear Sir,
I have not activated the above said service on my telephone no[protected]. I talked on toll free no of bsnl hungama [protected] today, your excecutive told me that I have activate the above said service in Dec 2011 , but I have not attented the telephone & not make a request for this service, which is not required by me, the time told by your executive today. So, I will not pay the charges of HMOD. I want the recording of that call, on which this service was activated. Kindly provide the call recording to my Mobile No [protected]. I am not going to pay the bill of this service (hmod). The Time of Call is 11-09 am Day Time, At this time no body can attend this call, because nobody stayed at home at the time given. We are 3 persons in our house, at day time my wife goes for service and daughter goes to her college. I might be go to consumer court, if these charges will not be back.

BSNL — Telephone Out o order
Our land line number[protected] is not working since last 3 months and totally out of order fron 8th Dec.2008. We had complained several times ( comp. no. 31890, dt7/8, 38702, 42909 dt21/10, 45928 dt 13/11, 47182 dt 21/11, dt 8/12 & 15/12) but no one had come and still we are suffering same problem. Pl. depute somebody to solve our problem.
