[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — No connection at night time

Sir,
I don't know why the BSNL exchange people simply took more than 20 days to solve the problem. My broadband is not working from evening 6 to morning 7. The DSL blinks through out night time. My complaint no. 622655. The BSNL people says that my modem is fault now, but I checked with 3 other modems with my line, the same problem occurs. But the BSNL modem works fine through out a day & night. Now they force me to buy new modem. It is too funny to buy a new BSNL modem, I bought my compex modem before 6 months only, still good working condition.

Sir, I am a webdesigner and I want the broadband connection 24 hrs. So, I planned to take the Home 750 plus. But now it is working like the other limited plan. The broadband is working only from morning 7 to evening 6 only. I pay Rs.844/- per month regularly, now it becomes loss for me. If the problem continues, I am unable to pay in future. Please help me with this problem.

BSNL — No connection at night time

Sir,
I took broadband connection (Home UL 750plus) 6 months before, till today I am facing so much of problem regarding the connection. Many times i pay to the line person (with his demand) as service charge Rs.50/-. But still I have problem in my connection, the ADSL link goes off and always blinking throughout night (Time: 6pm to 7am, nearly 13 hours per day). I booked a complaint on last friday dated 16.01.2009 over phone(1500) and my complaint number is 622655, still pending stage, nobody in the head office solve my problem. I paid the bill regularly as per the due dated. Kindly help me and solve this problem as soon as possible.

i took Rs500 plan in feb 10th which is having free night browsing from 2am to 8am. but i m getting net connection for only 12hrs that is from 6:00am to 6:30pm...
net connection will be disconnected from 6:30pm evening to 6am morning its showing erro as 678, phone line busy & error in connection this problem is since i took broadband connection.
i had complained several time for this problem to service provider & complained even to DGM Mr Mehuli but no action has been taken till now...i m totally fed up of this bad connection & ur service...
so i request u to take necessary action on these people for not providing good service & do correct my problem... so that i can asses 24hrs net connection
I have also facing same problem, I took broadband connection (Home combo plan - 645 new promotional plan)

I am also a BSNL BROADBAND user and I am also facing the same problem. Here is one solution switch OFF you modem for some time and then switch it ON . It works sometimes but not always.
