BSNL — Where's the connection???

Hello sir, I haven;t got my phone(landline) connection from 2 weeks.They say its cable is under repair......I have complained many times...........yet no action found.........my no. is 25571018 I am also an internet user..............PLZ help me out.

BSNL — BSNL-BROADBAND

Don`t go on smooth look of Pretty Zeinta...BSNL IS THE SAME...in past..in PRESENT AND IN FUTURE regarding Service matter...

They take more than 7-10 days if you have problem with BROADBAND...

Bsnl Broadband Connection — BSNL charged Rs-12000/- for only two month without giving complete details.

Dear sir!

I, sujeet kumar.son of shree Ramji sah (residing Q.No- 5-B-167, shaktinagar, sonebhadra(UP), pin-231222 ) complaining against excess bill for internet broadband connection for two month(Rs-12000/-) for phone no-[protected]. BSNL officers didn't provide details of bill in spite of written request.

please solve this problem as soon as possible and send me details of bill for verify your bill authenticity, otherwise i will be forced to go in consumer court.

BSNL - New Connection - Broadband (500C) — New Connection - Broadband (500C)

I have applied for new connection on 27.11.2008 vides PTV No. UPWGZB[protected] and personally visit 2-3 times My wife meet SDO or your officer in Partap Vihar Ghaziabd office and I personally meet Mr. S. C. Tyagi (SDO) on 3.1.2009 and he commit me you will get Connection by Monday or Tuesday. When I ask for reason than he told me by misunderstanding our people transferred for WLL but now you don’t wary I will do it till Tuesday.

They use to call me daily and asking me that is ur net working fine but no one visited to chek the problem I am very disappointed. Please help me..

I have bsnl landline connection-(i) since 26 Mar 09 my out going call has been stoped because of non deposit of bill. But I have deposited my bill. I have submitted xerox copy of bill deposited slip to my nearest exchange chabua.But no reply.(ii) Telephone ofen dead no dial tone please do the needful I will be thankful to you.

I am availing bsnl broad band services at my residence (Tel.No.[protected] for the past 2 years. We are using internet only for surfing webs, emails, and chatting with my son who is in USA once in a week for an hour. we are not down loading any data from the web sites. We have been getting our monthly telephone bill including broadband charges not exceeding Rs.1200/- to Rs.1500/- and have been regularly paid by us. We have not received any bill for the month of March, 2009 and on our enquiry, we were shocked to note that our bill amount is Rs.12, 822/- which appears some mischief. Our usage of internet is routine as usual for the past one year and there is absolutely no scope for excess usage.

I request the authorities to kindly intervene in the matter and have my usage of internet thoroughly checked and send me a correct bill immediately for making payment. I have sofar not received any bill for the said amount of Rs.12, 822/- and is only ascertained over telephonic enquiry.

Incase the authorities do not send me a realistic bill, I have no other option left but to request for immediate dis-connection of Broad Band connection.

If your BSNL landline is down, complaints will be registred only on toll free numbers, which is again only reachable by another BSNL landline.

Means, you should always have 2 BSNL land lines, one is for calling and another is for registering complain if 1st will get down.

or go to a STD booth and ask him "bhai sahab aapka connection kya BSNL ka hai" if he said yes, then get your complain registered. PATHETIC.

applying for a broadband connection from my phone [protected], i got my the modem & other accessories.i got my user id and password through my telephone on 1 may 2009.i have completed the necessary installation work on same day .then few days broadband connection worked but not in the proper way.now its creating problem since five days the broadband not connct when its required.everytime it's shown erroe-678 and dsl light is start blinking.i already booked complain in the department, they taken the step checked in exchange changed telephoned wirig but still it's giving problem error-678
sir actually my brother's daughter doing job in stockbridge in usa.she left india on april28, 2009.there is
only net facility.when we want to contact the broadband connection not connected and its shown error-678, phone line is busy and dsl light is blinking.
it's humbly request to you that please slove my problem as early as possible.boz my mother is in old age, she is worried about her grand daughter

I got the bsnl broadband connection unlimited plan for 750/ month and the speed is 256 and but the downloading speed is very very slow so plz try to rectify the speed

BSNL Broadband — CONNECTION IS BUSY ALWAYS

I HAVE TAKEN BSNL BORAD BAND CONNECTION IN FEB 2009 AND IT IS SITUATED IN TANDUR A.P. 501141 IN THE NAME OF BANVARILAL SHARMA AND TELE NO. +[protected]. MY PROBLEM IS EVERYTIME I CONNECT INTERNET IT SHOWS LINE BUSY. SOME TIME IT TAKE 2-3 HOURS I HAVE DONE COMPLAINT IN TANDUR THEY HAVE GIVEN ME COMPLAINT RECEIPT NO BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO US FOR IT.
SO I HOPE I GET RESULT NOW...
