respected sir,our land line is dead that i have complain two times but no one responase my complain infact they ingore my complain, they dont recive the phone in office time, my all business depend on land line connection so kindly take some strick step . my dead land line no is[protected]

BSNL is showing wrong usage time in my broadband plan home 500C. . for eg, till yesterday morning i used 1480 mb and i have 20 mb left for this month. and i started my free download at 2 am and ended correctly at 7:59. but i continued browsing till 9. but they are showing as i used 450 mb from 8:25 to 9:06. this is wrong. so as by them i will get extra bill for what i didnt used. so, i kindly request you to help me and reply to my mail [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you

i have broadband connection of bsnl and from last two-three months i am facing a problen with the status light. the status light should always blink but it gets stable like either it gets off or remain on and during this time i am unable to surf or to access the internet. the only option left is to swtich the power of the modem off and switch it on again. i face this error after every 2 to 5 minutes. please tell me what is the root cause of the error? is the problem with the modem or its a problem in the exchange office or any other problem. i complaint about it many times but no as such response was shown.

This is to bring into your kind notice that I have a BSNL broadband connection, it is not working since three months and i have registered continuous complaints against it in BSNL office, but no action took place since three months and I have been paying the bills sincerely.
So, I request you to please look into this matter and solve my problems as soon as possible.

Broadband Service of BSNL — Connection not working since 22.5.2009
D/Sir,My broadband connection installed on my residence phone no.[protected] is not working since 22nd May, 2009.
Despite the fact that BSNL is charging the tarrif/rental for this period and I have been depositing the same
with BSNL, Shimla - 171009 Counter.
I have been complaining and reminding them time & again
But they are not listenign or bothering about my complaints.
The call attendants deployed on their nos. 1957 & 2627000 bhehave in such a manner that it appears that the consumers are like their slaves one roped in they have to be at their mercy.
Please get my complaint redressed immediatley and punish the negligient officers/officials.

Dear Sir,My Broad band is not proper working still begining. In-spite of so many complante in 1500 no or written complante submitted in M.I.Road but problem is still pending no body come to home to check the same. I have submitted two bills dispite of not satisfactry for BSNL services.

I have never been satisfied in this 2 and half year of my broadband connection. Each and every day I got suffered, since I have no alternate choice, thats why I am bound to continue with it. I got the connection name Broadband, but I got the speed of not more than 50 kbps which is equal to dial up speed, although the bandwith is 200-250 kbps the downloading rate is 20-30 kbps. Not a single day I had got more than that downloading speed. I had complaint all the mentioned office of bsnl and all the related officer but they are having no interest to solve this matter. Its soo true, it's a horse out at "bbservice.bsnl.in" they r charging unwanted amount at our bills n we do'nt even know nor can check n confirm with the department n get the refund for the unwanted usage charged to us its jst pathatic, sad that we still are been so unorganised, unreliable, irresponsible department service users the GOVERMENT service what should be so promptat all
b b connectivity is poor, so many times in a day we try to connct b b but bsnl did not co-operate

i have bsnl broadband 750 plus plan. whenever i connected to my internet through adsl modem then after a few minutes it's get disconnected every time. and also this happens when dsl light starts blinking in my modem. so, please solve this matter as soon as possible...
BSNL — BSNL broadband.
I went for a plan change from Home-250 to Home-500 for the month of October.They always told me that the plan switches at the start of the month i.e. at the 1st of every month.It also showed that way in the website.But when i checked the usage details they started the plan from 3rd October.I have been billed for the night usage of 1st and 2nd October which amounts to a huge download.Please look into the matter and help out.Thanks... I AM AGREED THAT BSNL SERVICES ARE VERY VERY POOR. I AM RESIDING IN DOMBIVLI city, THANE DISTRICT, TALUKA; KALYAN, MAHARASHTRA STATE (INDIA) AND SINCE LAST 2/3 YEARS PASSED I HAVE NOT USED THE SERVICES EVENTHOUGH PAYING MONEY AND WORKING ON OTHER AGENCIES BROADBAND BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE OF RESPONSE.
I have a no. [protected], on this i got 2 message one after another, first show related with caller tune and second is related with activation of caller tune, while i did nothing for such type services. Approx Rs. 35-40 has been deducted from my balance. When i want to De activate that service, customer care person not interested to listen my problem and hold the line approx 45-60 minute, but no resut
found.
To Deactivate service they are unable to give me proper word ( Code), they said they are not update and they did not know how can i Deactivate this services from the INTERNET.

inspite of giving several complains in bsnk office and on telephonic conversation there is no responce from BSNL BROADBRAND department my complain number was 143 and till date the complain is not solved i dont knw wht the hell bsnl people are doing
