In bsnl site there is no complaint registration form. where to register complaint on bsnl site.

Sir/Madam

I am customer number [protected] Acc.No. [protected] availing the facility of BSNL Broadband plan name BB Home Combo ULD 750.

I am facing severe broadband connectivity problems since the month of may .2012...I have notified the concerned authourities many times regarding the poor performance and connectivity issues I am facing, but so far I have not got a satisfactory response from them verbally nor have anyone visited the site to inspect the issue and rectify it and still the problem is persisting .

Being a unlimited plan user and daily in need of internet I am terribly dis-satisfied with the situation where, I am not able to use the service at all but being billed 900 INR every month .

My phone connection number is also not performing properly, I have already alerted the concerned the proper authourities of poojappura telephone exchange, but not got any solution to my problem till date

As a last resort I am forwarding this complaint to you failing which I ll have no option but to cancel the connection totally and go for a better service provider, as I feel terribly dis-satisfied on the concept of paying monthly for unusable services and repeated complaints .



Hoping that you kindly look into the problem and do the needful to solve the issue

BSNL — approx 500 minutes

sir, i have recharged with rs.786/- three months back and after 2 months i saw my balance was zero, actually at that time my bal was approx 500 minutes, how my 500 minutes deducted by you ? my ph no.[protected]. HNTikandar

I TAKE BROADBAND CONNECTION ON JULY 2012. PHONE NUMBER[protected].IT WORKS ONLY ONE MONTH. AFTER THAT IT IS NOT WORKING TILL NOW.I SEVERAL TIMES COMPLAINT IN 198, THE DSL SIGNAL IS NOT STEADY . IN MANAKKAVILAI EXCHANGE THEY TELL MODEM FAULT. BUT IN THUCKALAY EXCHANGE THEY TOLD MODEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION. THIS MODEM IS SUPPLY BY BSNL OFFICE THUCKALAY . FOR THIS WIRE LESS MODEM THEY CHARGE RS 3600. I GIVEN TO DEE (PA SARAVANAN) . THEY GIVE BILL FOR ONLY RS 625 . I CLAIM FOR WARRANTY(REPLACE)IN COMPANY THEY CERTIFY NO FAULT IN MODEM, FAULT IS IN CABLE.TILL NOW THEY NOT RECTIFY, BUT EVERY MONTH I AM PAYING RS 702. PLEASE DO FAVOUR FOR ME.BECAUSE OF NO NET CONNECTION IT AFFECT MY STUDIES ALSO.

I paid bill amount through BSNL quickpay service. After 5 hours I checked same message comes no such receipt no. Eventhough I had receipt no and transfer no. This is one example of poor and negligible service from bsnl /

i have been a customer of bsnl for the past 10 years and a regular user of internet for my personal and official purposes. i can say i cannot move an inch forward without the net connection for my official purposes. and i have been sticking to bsnl as my service provider for two main reasons:
1) the service has been good
2) the service is reasonably charged unlike the private operators
but unfortunately, the service has been proven pathetic in the past 3 to 4 months. i've been charged enormously for the internet which i haven't. i wouldn't blame the service provider, the chances of some one misusing my connection cannot be ruled out. so i changed my plan to an unlimited one. and the result has been shocking. i never could fathom that unlimited for bsnl meant no connection at all. and the bills keep coming promptly. should appreciate bsnl for such promptness in sending the bills and the sms for the same with such clarity. i dont mind paying the bills if i even could use the internet to the minimum . the line trails off while i'm working on the computer, demanding a retyping and redoing of the whole work over again.
and when i tried registering my complaint over the telephone in the number 12678, the complaint that has been registered a month ago has not received redressal. the female voice responds that the status of my complaint is work is still in progress.
once in a blue moon, i get a customer care person on line, and the procedure is to go to the dsl router and click on lan and next and next and next... and finally reboot. then comes the question, "does it work well sir?" and when the answer comes, "no, it doesn't", then comes the soliloquey, "there's some problem in the cable line. " then to me, " we'll check into the matter and call back".this has been going on for the past 3 months. sorry to tell you sir, you are digging your own grave, lets not push bsnl into oblivion. am i demanding too much, i guess not. word of mouth spreads and people like me who never bothered to listen to any, have started lending a ear when the experience becomes bitter. as and when i speak, the connection has timed out, and if i log out, i'll have to retype the whole thing. am waiting for all the lamps of the modem to blink steadily, and if i am lucky enough maybe, my grievances will go through. i would consider myself lucky, if it happens to fall on some ear that would care to listen. hope there is somebody out there who has some feel for the money they take home as their salaries and do the needful
also, this is to remind you that i would be proceeding for court in case this letter does not bring in redressal for my grievance for which i have been paying a very dear price for the past few months
