Whenever trying to connect the Broadband it shows error 691 since last about a month.Whenever the same is informed to the authority, inspite of repeated complain followed with reminders the said problem has not yet been solved.This shows the sincerity of the department in solving the consumer's problem.

Dear sir i have taken bsnl broadband new connection but it does not working proparly. it indicates error no 691, i have tallad about this problem to bsnl exchang botad-364710 but thay are not able to solve my problem, my telephone no is[protected],my demand id is [protected], and broadband ordar no:[protected]-demand not.my ddn no:[protected]. i pay all charge for new connection,
so pleas as early as posibal solv my problem.
