[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — Horrible Customer Service | |
I had the most horrible experience dealing with BSNL for the three months that I took the connection. I finally got it disconnected after waiting for anyone to help me when my net was not working for 15-20 days.No one came to resolve the issue for 20 days. The representatives at the customer care centre(baner centre ,Pune) are downright rude and talk to you as if they are the "Kings of the world". They have a typical Sarkari attitude and will even go the extent of screaming at the customers as there is no complaints department or procedure that is followed. I have been trying to pay my bill but they refuse to adjust the deposit amount.I am told that a cheque will be sent to the address where I dont stay and they cannot change my address. My only suggestion - Any self respecting person who commands a bit of service or any respect when dealing with the service Representatives should not even think of BSNL. It STINKS big time. that is very comman problem with BSNL.
my telephone no is[protected], i am using corporate 5000 plan bt it not working properly, some time modem problem some time line and the excutive not come that site they will come after 3 or 4 days later. and senior officer not recive the calls from phone or mobiles.
that is really fustrating atitude from BSNL.
plz do the needfull.

i am from 193 Andul road, howrah West Bengal.broadband has horrible customer service any complaint could not be launched for the last 2 months
We placon Filters Pvt Ltd have BSNL connection No.22414608 along with Broad Band Connetion.
Last 7 days we are having many problem with Broad Band Connection since it is not working properly
We have made morethan 7 complaint to BSNL Customer Care but they have not taken any response
till th date. We regret to have such a poor reponse and services from BSNL.
We have been approached by Reliance, Airtel they are ready to replace BSNL. This is compeitive world
if loose one customer then BSNL will suffer near future.
We are operating busines with foreign customer regularly but such type of poor services and response
will lead our thinking to change other services.
We hope to solve our problem immediatly without delay.

I can't agree with you more. They really suck. I called them couple of times and they are so rude. If we ask them their name they give the most ridiculous one and some say that they have been instructed to not give it out. Also they cut the line when ur conversing with them. They absolutely don't have manners and there service is the worst I have seen in my life. I went for airtel and they are really great. BSNl gonna land up in the same coup as ITI if they don’t do something about BSNL.

I am User of Broad band service in Hubli, lingarj nagar. My Telephone no is[protected] in the name of mahesh S Badigannavar. I am using broad band service since from last 7 month. Initial 4 month service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet.I have complained your local customer care service but they could not sole problem yet. My brother is staying in Marutias we are contacting him regularly throuh broad band but due to this bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am paing more because of your bad service.
Sii i am very much proud to be an BSNAL user but i am not satisfied with service. Hence i request you to kindly solve my problem. I hope you do the needfull.
