BSNL Broadband — change of password

My name is Vinay Rajr .I am using broadband for the last 3 years. recently my computer was formatted . we lost the password .i have made several calls to 10-15 bsnl numbers in aluva and ernakulam .But there is no response.connection is in the name of my father Mr.Ranachandran Nair and number is[protected].location West Kadungalloor near aluva.exchange is thottakattukara.i would like to reset my password .please do something so that i can use net connection as early as posssible.

I am Sumit karnik, Virar(w).I am recentely having the broadband connection.I want to check how much I use the internet, but your site www.service.bsnl.in is not open so far.Is there any other way that I check my useage or my account details.Please let me knowe ASAP.

Dear Sir,
I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months(Home 250). Now i have a repeated problem in net connectivity for last 50 days(25th july '08 onwards). I logged the complain in the proper way and I also visited concern SDO several times and told about my complain in verbal and also in writings but till date it is not corrected . Still this connectivity error ( ADSL not blinking or fixed ) is coming continously. Can you please rectify this issue at the earliest, as I am paying the rent for this in regular course without getting services.

Bsnl offers broad band connection within 15 days of appln. Since work order issued on 21/07/2008 to concerned exchange, there is no action from the dept.

Sir my name is Archana Dass. I live in Jankipuram, Lucknow. My phone number is[protected].
I have a start up Plan as my Broadband connection.
My problem is that when I wish to disable it I am receiving a message that 2 protocols are receiving the connnection or maybe 2 users are using it.
I have lost me password so cannot even change it.
I am really worried, please help me out.
I also wish to upgrade my connection to an unlimited one.
