sir,
we have taken bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. we are not satisfied with your services.worst service tht i have experienced..we are trying to change the password and tried to open the site....www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.but this site is not at all working since last 1 month.there is no correct responce from the customer care.whenever we try to cust care there will be no response from them.we are fed up with your services.recently we got bill amount Rs6091 which we never expected at all.our usage per month will not exceed more than 30hrs.please give correct website details to change our password as soon as possible.otherwise we will disconnect the broadband connection.

Dear Sir,
I had originally opted for Home 250 plan on an annual payment basis.
Later, I requested Customer Care Office to change my plan over to Home500
from 1.8.2008.

Now, what actually happened is as follows:
The Home500 plan was made effective from 1.7.'08 without my knowledge. I had restricted my use within 1GB in July last as per my earlier plan but I had to pay Rs.500/- extra for July'08. A copy of my letter to Customer Care is attached.

What happened to my Rs.2, 500/- paid in the beginning of the current year for Home250? Is it running simultaneously with Home500 now? Clearly
that was not my intention as would be amply clarified by my attached letter.
May I expect an early reply to the points mentioned above?

i am not getting the usage details for the last one month. since i have opted a particular plan i must know the usage of internet.so pls let me know how and when i can avail this facility.
the internet is not wroking proper downloading is to slow speed is 100 is not wroking as speed while downloading something its stops in between in frour month i am not able to download a single movie some time asses stops please do some thing or i will take out inter net

The given link http://www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in for selfcare and view usages is not working. Please send me correct info for accessing broadband usage details.

we have taken bsnl broadband connection on 23-dec-2009.We changed password correctly, but user name is coming as Aftab Mohammed, Phone no:23340471, Account no:[protected] but correct user name is praveen and Landline phone No.[protected] & ACCOUNT NO:[protected], IDA Jeedimetla Telephone exchange. .Kindly rectify the problem and do the needful.
Sir i have bsnl broadband connection but i can't know my portable id & password.
Bsnl officers say U only create id & password but i can't know. Say how to create it?

original bill for the month of january not received ph.no.[protected]inter net).on incquiry the area bsnl office santoshnagar, amount as per duplicate bill rs.685.84 against it should be rs.600/- only as per 20%exumption order no [protected] dt.[protected] .furnish the detail immediatly to make payment with in the due date i.e. 1-3-2010.
