it is real fact, i have been getting this problem every month. i made complaint towards broad band, , from there, no responses till date from 9.10.09 . But there is no solution for this.if we want good service better go for other services like relience, air tel tata etc.it is bad status of Indian telecom services.if this conditions are continue like this that is fate our country.

BSNL Broadband — not connected at night
it is very difficult for me to connect my computer to internet through bsnl broadband services at night.it takes more than 3 hours to connect at night.so kindly solve my problem with immediate and apropriate actions.BSNL Broadband — over bill
I was using bsnl broadband for more than one yearMy broadband plan is H-500
I got over bill for this month (period 1/9/09 t0 30/9/09) as 1028 rupees
I have installed a broad band usage meter in my pc and it is working properly it shows that my usage is around 2 G.B but i got the bill and it shows i have used 447 M.B (i.e 2947 Mb) more and it is charged 357.19 rupees
I am sure i haven't used that much

got BSNL Broadband connection in Aug 09 but till date i'll not able to check my account usage. Whenever i suppose to give portal id & password it shows "Invalid Username & Password", whereas i have not changed my password. Pls help me.

1.From Day 3,the speed is getting slower & the connection is also getting disconnected automatically within every 3mins.Due to this,its very inconvenient to work 4 a longer time..

BSNL Broadband — Broad Band Tharif dedection for the Govt. employees certificate
Sir,I am a BSNL Broad Band user in kollam,with the Home plane of 250+tax/month.My Land Line number is [protected].I am working in a public sector in govt: of kerala, iam alredy submited the Employee certificate to Puthoor(kollam Cercle) for the conssesion. I awere that the Puthoor Telephone Exchange athority alredy send my employee certificate thru the proper Channel to kollam axccount offcer for the further needfull..I received my latest telephone bills from your department.Kindly note that there is no connsssion amout less in the recent Bills.still the 250+ tax is there.
Kindly do the needfull to give the conssision as per your norms.

BSNL Broadband — Extra unit charged
In the month of Oct. 2009. My broad band usage crossed the free limit of 1.5 GB in the 500 (C) plan. It was very much doubtful to me. So I calculated from the data being provided to me in (data.bsnl. in) and found that the mistake was of BSNL in calculating the total data for the month of Oct.2009 . I went to meet Mr A.k Roy, Divisional Engineer (Broad Band) 4th Floor Telephone Bhaban, Kolkata. I gave him the detail but he replied that You have to pay what Machine says. He did not have any interest to look into that matter. Nb: According to data provided by BSNL the total usages can not be more than 1.317 GB with in the limit. There is no Internet connection since two weeks . Inconvinience caused due to no connection kindly rectify it immediately.
BSNL Broadband — worst speed, frequent disconnection
I am a very new user to your broadband service just six days back and from day third I am dissatisfied with it .This my second complaint regarding th following:1. Speed is very slow.
2. The Dataone connection is frequently getting disconnectedwhile using.
I cannot check my account details and usage as I have not been provided the PORTAL ID yet.
