BSNL Broadband — BROAD BAND CONNECTION NOT RECEIVED

I HAVE APPLIED FOR BROAD BAND FACILITY FROM BSNL A MONTH AGO. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BSNL. THE REPLY GIVEN BY LOCAL EXCHANGE IS IRRATIONAL. WHETHER IT IS WISE TO OPT FOR SOME OTHER BROAD BAND CONNECTION ( LIKE RELIANCE, AIRTEL,ETC).

BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband absolutely frustrating

I've applied for BSNL broadband as a non BSNL consumer on 23rd June,2007. They told me that they will provide phone and broadband within one month. But after two months when i went to Jadavpur exchange (Kolkata-700032) customer care they told me that due to lack of sufficient ports they are unable to provide connection and told me to wait for another one month. After that whenever i asked them over phone they used to tell me that they don't know when to provide connection due to lack of sufficient ports.
I went to Ranikuthi exchange (Kolkata -700040) to meet the Area manager but she/he was not there. But i gathered his/her phone number anyhow and called couple of days later but all are in vain. Almost one month ago i read in Anandabazar and Times Of India that BSNL will clear all pending connections within 15 days but i still searching for it. I'm totally depressed and frustrated.
I've also called "Public Relation Officer" - Nodal officer (Public Grievances) at[protected]/[protected] numbers but no one is picking up the phone, i also tried "District Officer" - Consumer Affairs at[protected] but all are fruitless.
I'm seeking your help and support.
I work in a company so physical visit all the time is not possible for me. I dont know why a telephone company not receiving phone calls? So whats the use of "Grievance Cell" and "Customer Care"?

BSNL Broadband — Broadband Service

BSNL service is not avialable for me from 2 pm to 6 pm..My plan is Home 500 and the bradband service is free from 2pm to 8 pm for the past 2 months i cant connect to internet from 2 to 6 bt after 6pm i can connect to internet it happens to most of the ppl in my area

People working in BSNL office are irresponsible of the work and support. They will not even received the calls to give information after there working hours, they think they are not responsible after there working hours, and even if they receive the call they will speak so rudely as if government is not in need of any kind of business.
They are simply irritating.
Government pay them only to sit and .

BSNL Broadband — No Internet Connection

I have not been able to use my broadband service from past 8 days. Even after repeated complain to customer service nothing is been done.We are not able to reach Tech support for BSNL its always busy and after 15 mins of hold the line automatically gets disconnected.Everyday i have been waiting to reach technical support for more than 2 hrs but no luck. Moreover the Customer Servivce is so rude that if we complain about the bad service and bill adjustment they disconnect the call.Being a government no WONDER people are so rude and have no CUSTOME SERVICE skills . They don't know how to speak to the customer.

WHAT a CRAPPY SERVICE BSNL PROVIDE.
I wish that there is somebody to listen to the Customers Grievances.
BSNL should probably be the worst in customer service. They have a low quality call center workforce who are unable to solve any issue really. Go for Airtel broadband

BSNL Broadband — BROADBAND NOT WORKING AFTER TELEPHONE SHIFTING.

I HAVE APPLIED 20.03.2008 FOR SHIFTING OF MY TELEPHONE FROM HOUSE NO. 55 SECTOR: 16, PANCHKULA (CHANDIGARH) TO HOUSE NO. 143 SECTOR: 15, PANCHKULA (CHANDIGARH). AFTER SHIFTING ON 28.03.2008 BROADBAND FACILITY IS NOT WORKING TILL TODAY (15.04.2008).
I dont have any complain but want the answers of following questions:
1 I have perchaged a broadband plan in which i got 1GB free down loading so how do i know about my usage of free 1GB? (howmany MB i have used and howmany are left from 1GB?)

2 What is the rate(price) per MB after free 1GB?

3 If i see the videos, images, if i visit any email site, or if send email or chat with someone, are these actions about Price or Rent? If yes then howmuch

Hi, This is muthu from gummidi poondi, I have applied new BSNL Brad band connection before one year also i have personally asked them so many times, still now no response from them, they are not talking any action for it. they are providing some business people but not providing us. I don't know when the govt employees will work. they are simply sitting and getting salary.
customer care works don't have any knowledge about internet
or bradband they simply sitting, bsnl sending for instalation

BSNL - broadband — NONWORKING SINCE LAST ONE WEEK

My Bsnl broadband is not working properly and i heard that bsnl is cheating with us . I heard that bsnl is very good but is is so poor and dull connection . Also my bill was also wrong . My wrong bill details are :-
My bsnl home plan is 500 C
1. In 500 C plan there is no fixed monthly charges but my bill has invalid monthly charges was Rs. 280/- Rs so why this happen
2. And i am cheated with over billing that there is 175 free local calls per month but the bill has 50 local calls so why my bill is incorrect and my total bill was Rs 497/- . And when i go to exchange the officer deals with very bad manner ... Then i want to dicontinue the service of bsnl .
3. I can't check my broadband usage ..

So i hope that you should correct my bill and take steps to avoid mistakes .
inspite of contenuos chasing with the exchange technical team and lodging complaints by phone i think none in the BSNL do really bothers about the customers or their probs of the broadband, this always through me out of my opinion that BSNL is completely different from the other Govt. dept's. hope they awake and put a little effort to throw away these change of opinions from customers.

BSNL — Sheer Negligence and no Customer care

I have a Bsnl landline. The connection was dead for last more than four years despite many requisitions. Six month's back, I was askes to pay about Rs. 4000 for reactivation. I depositted the money and the connection was reactivated. After less than one month from the day of activation, the connection got dead again. Surprisingly I am continuaosly receiving bills for last about five months since the phone remained dead. The BSNL have no right to operate the landline services with so much of poor performance and no customer support. On their Cellular service, OH! you can hardly listen to the caller. Jai HO BSNL JI.
I want to sue the company for their fraudulant attitude which has caused freat inconveniance to me. Please guide.

DEAR SIR,

I was not able to use broadbad internet connection for 2 months instpite of taking 25o plan. I have been charge huge amounts without any up load or down load by me. Some one is using my internet connection for uploading and down loading and I am paying the bill. If this is the case with bsnl its better to take any private connections available in the market. I have given a written complaint to the head office and even then no action is taken after a month. Today when everything is at the tip of the finger why is bsnl taking more than one month to check one complaint and take any action? This is real neglegence towardscustomers.

BSNL Broadband — Bills not yet received and no Internet connectivity.

Hi. My name is Tuhin Chakravorty. I am from Bangalore. I had applied for bsnl broadband connection in the month of Dec. '07 which I had received in the month of Jan. '08. Then, I got the broadband connection in the month of April '08.

From Jan. '08, I have never received any telephone bills till date which has resulted in the discontinuation of my telephone line several times. I used to get the duplicate bills from the bsnl office and asked them several times about the original bill. They said that it was dispatched on time. But here, I have never received it on any point of time. But still, I continued clearing the bills. Last month, they have discontinued my internet connection. Again, I did the same thing and cleared it off. Issue is, still now I don't have internet connection. I called up all the possible numbers in vain. Somebody please help me with this non-sense government activities. Their behaviour is also not very good. Please help me in this regard.

I have been using broadband from the month of May. I can't open the broadband 'Usage' area for the past 3 days. This gives me the inconvenience of not knowing the usage of broadband till date. Hence, I request you to rectify this problem as soon as possible.

I got the telephone(LL -[protected]) connection on 19.06.2008 and got the BB connection unlimited (Home), on 23.06.2008. Since than no service is provided and I am keep asking concerned people in our exchange, later complained to the SDOT at taluka place many times. it is more than 15 days I got the connection but problem is not yet solved. I am ending up in paying the fees for having become BSNL customer without getting proper service from them. If this trend is not amended, many customers in this area will be forced to terminate the relations with BSNL. As it is a national entity and serving the rural areas we were proud of BSNL. Since the private players have enterd the field BSNL need to look at its strategy towards customer care.

it is to inform you that 1 month back i applied for the internet connection, and now, when the connection is activated, i am really sorry to say that the connectivity is very poor just after connecting the net, within 3-5secs it gets disconneted.the yellow light of the modem which is supposed to be on..keeps on blinking (which is the indication of connectivity break).after so many reminders on 1957 no step has been taken..

i request you to take some strict action and help me out.

BSNL Broadband — no action on complaints

Hello,
I recieved a BSNL broadband connection in May 2008. Within a few days o[censored]sage, their modem has stopped working.
It has been at least one month since I have tried everyday in one form or the other to get my complaint addressed, but without success.
I tried their call center at 1500, 1957 and a toll free number too, but all ask me to book complaint at a local number[protected]. I have made multiple requests at this last number but no action has been taken.
One person visited my premises last week and said he will come back with a spare modem to test and that I may have to pay to buy another modem. This is within 1 month of operation.
Isnt there any service guideline which BSNL follows? No warranty of their equipment?
In our building there is reallly a monoply of BSNL as no other provider is allowed to install equipment.

For the month of June in my VIEW USAGE DETAILS as provided by bsnl for their customers on their website dataone.in, the Usage details they were showing as " 2538 MB ", but in the bill they mentioned my usage details as " 2760 MB " and when I booked a complaint to them for that extra usage they showed in bill and the extra ammount they have mentioned in their bill, then after that the nexxt day when i saw my usage detail for the month of JUNE they changed it from " 2538 MB " to " 2760 MB ".
And their service for VIEW USAGE is the WORST SERVICE i have ever seen.Once in the same month of june they mentioned in their VIEW USAGE DETAILS that i have used 10 GB in 6 seconds which is IMPOSSIBLE and when i booked a complaint they changed it later.
And now i want the justice to be done and sever action should be taken against the BSNL for their FROUD.

Net accessing becoms slow ofter every 10 broad band net conncting connectivity is present but accssing slow so i need rectify this problem
God... BNSL customer care is really bad, every time you call them u will get a response like we disturb there sleep, by chance if they pick up a call they will not register a complaint and if they register the complaint they will not provide you a complaint number to follow up...

Our internet is very slow, given complaint "n" number of time but not rectified my sincere suggestion is not to go for BNSL broad band...

Hi, I have opted for BSNL broadband connection 2 weeks ago. from the day one I have problem in connect to Internet. My telephone number is [protected] and complaint number is 23080515. It was given around 22nd August 2008 . Even after calling customer care every day I get Irresponsible respone saying that SNR is low thats why u have a problem and it has been forwarded to the local exchange.
One more thing is that even after specifying the alternate communication number. These people insist us to use only bsnl. Where as this connection is oppted only for Internet purpose. and the person who calling back also wants us to attend the connection which is connected to PC. As of now there is so less SNR allocated and after connecting the parallel phone there is no link at all.
Can some body help me how to get through situation. I think in the next 10 days I will receive my bill of 750 Rs. where as I have not been served properly for.
Why should a consmer go behind these people, do these people think that the consumer doen't have any work to or not.

BSNL Broadband — Telephone is out of order

This is to inform that my BSNL line is out of order for more than week. I have informed the JE who is in charge; he is not giving the proper answer why the line is down. Further he is not behaving well with the customer. If this going be the scenario then I near further BSNL will go off. Private sectors are giving proper response for there customers. This is a scenario from Guduvanchery telephone exchange.

Every time if the telephone goes down it takes a minimum of 10 - 15 days to be rectified, but they are sending the bills correctly.

I have been using BSNL broadband from past 3 years and recently, from past 6 months, I am experience a 'weekend connection out' problem with the broadband.

Atleast 2 times in a month (2 weekends), the broadband connection does not work and when we call up the BSNL authorities they say the server is down or some other problem. This is very irritating and no idea why the server should be down so frequently! We regularly and promptly pay the 500 rs bill for this and is this the kind of service given?

Request a strict action against the authorities and fix the problem soon as that the customer breathes easy.

'My name is P.somi reddy I am a resident of oldbowenpally(samthanagar colony). I have been a BSNL subscriber for more than 2 decades now and that’s the reason in spite of my glitches with it; it still opts to continue with BSNL in spite of so many better service providers.

How I get the Broad Band usage details and what i will do for getting the same. What is the Website name and portal name to get BB usage detials. How I can open it?
I'm paying for the broadband connection since 6 months and this is what happened:

First there was a link problem ad there was noone to resolve it after so many complaints, lineman came 3-4 times but went back in a typical sarkari manner leaving it to be the problem from office end

After all frustations i stopped paying them and thought something can happen now, but alas the number became out of service and there was none to follow up as to why it has been done

after a month when i was left with no option as airtel and reliance did not have line in the location, i had no choice but to go back to BSNL and deposit all bills for no usage even a sum of around 3000 Rs. even for the period when the phone was dead for 1 month and there was no dialtone as the complaint could not be booked for out of service numbers

finally after 4 rounds to the office and continous follow ups with line man and a bit a bribery line got up and after some days the ADSL link but now ...the username and password is told to be invalid and there is noone who can resolve this...please suggest what to do here, , , , , , , , mail e on [protected]@gmail.com if i have some way out...need to be on internet on an urgent basis...is some BSNL employee is listening ...i can pay you to bring me out of this black hole

my tele no[protected] last 07 days my phone is dead two time i make complain and complain no 24785 dt: 16/10/08 and second 25186 dt: 19/10/08. now this time is festival time at that time they come for Diwali Bonus. how we can do that if they do not serious for our complain last one week. i also passing today dt : 21/10/2008 from one sub branch they told me you go main branch this is not in our hand. How it can possible sir? when need new connection any branch we apply when some problem why we go main branch ?

But answer is that we have noted down your complaint and will work on that. But of no use. No person has came to rectify the problem but the monthly rental bill had reached the home in time. Is this the way of behaving.

BSNL Broadband — No internet connection yet

I received the Wireless Router (Modem) on the 10th of September until now 24th of November, almost 2 months passed by nothing has been done and I am damn sure of nothing will be done. Even though I have visited the customer service center in Hosakerehalli like a fool every week and asking to fix the unknown problem but in vain. I used to call up daily but nobody has time to lift the phone call and even if somebody lifts it up, I used to get an assurance of fixing the problems for the internet connection. I really wonder why people don’t work or it is just a sheer negligence.

I had tried the BSNL EVDO connection which is damn slow. I was happy to hear at first from my friends regarding the service being provided by BSNL, but everything seems to be untrue.

I really pity on the system, which nobody will be able to change. People work only when pressured or bribed or with influence. Even though BSNL is India’s biggest telephone networks, people still having problems with a simple silly connections. I would like to treat this as a lesson learnt and I would make sure not to recommend anybody.

I have a broad band connection at my home since around april 2008.
It has been giving regular problems regards connection but was working fine.
However since saturday 22nd november 2008 as I tried to connect the screen showed error 691: which says either my user name and/or password is not correct.

I had got my broadband connection on April 2008. MY telephone no. is 25654658 is working properly. But broadband is not working properly. My modem is D-Link ADSL. It showing 678, 691, 619 & more. The main problem is not continuous link in modem.But I confirm that there is no problem in my modem. It working properly in other line.

I have unlimited broadband service on my Ph. No. [protected]. In the last month (Nov. 2008) my broadband service was not working for one week. After many complaints it was repaired and this month it again went out of service. My complaint doct. No. is 27051 dated[protected]. Againg I am requesting the concerned officers for restore my service. I have consumer right to get the interrupted service as I pay the bill for whole month. The service of BSNL broadband is worsening day by day. If it remains so I have no option other than disconnection of all services.

    BSNL Prepaid Mobile — now available on scheme facility

    i have subscriber of bsnl prepaid moble from last 7 yrs. I recharge mobile time to time but when i cant get validity on recharge then i ask to coustomer care then they inform me that my card is life time scheem but i have reguler prepaid scheem then i ask about the change of plan. then care centre did't reply me properly. i tried 3 times but every time the try to avoid me with keeping a phone side i hold it every time more than 19 minutes..so pls informe me were to complaint ..about that.. all matter..

            when i logged into usage detail portal i couldn't find the option "View your usage"
            what can i do?
            the b s n l is national service provider for internet under broad band
            scheme but its service is worst . if your broadband go out of order
            you file complaint with the department but no response is given to the customer beside regular follow up with the department employee. even in my case I have to bear the problem upto 3 month while they are regular in sending their bills for serivce hired
            by me ( but note render by them ) they do not bother the problem of customer and his mental torturness due to non availability of service of department to the customer

              I have BSNL Prepaid connection [protected]. I am getting some questions from this number and being asked to answer them.

              When I called up customer care first time he asked me to send a message (UNSUB NN15) to 53030. I sent the same and for this message they deducted 2 Rs. But i got a return message that the key is wrong.

              I called the customer care again and this time he asked me to send another message (UNSUB FILMY) to 53030. I sent it and again they deducted Rs 2 from my account. After that I got a reply that your request could not be processed at the movement please try later.

              above calls to customer care and the messages were sent on 24/02/2010.

              I am not sure how to get rid of this message.

                In the past six months my BSNL Land line Telephone[protected] was DEAD for most of the times. Everytime I complain to BSNL helpline they resolve the problem after 5-6 days but again after 3-4 days it becomes DEAD. Nobody listens otherthan helpline complaints. This is frustrating and unethical. I have to pay rentals for dead periods.

                Please look into this.

                Our telephone connection has been dead w.e.f Jan 4, 2008. Numerous complaints written in this matter has fallen to deaf ears. The complaint started after the telephone lines were disrupted due to expansion of the Bangalore-Tumkur Highway.

                Most of my neighbours who were in the same boat have given up and disconnected your service.

                  My Pre Paid Mobile no. [protected]. Many times I found that my Balance amount lost without any reason. My age is about 70years so I write down that on 10/02/10 I recharge my cell with TopUp of 110 ang got Balance 100. But after two days my balance was zero rupee. On 12/2/10 I recharge with 55 then after some time my balance was 00.00. On 13/02/10 I recharge with 110 got balance 100. I made only 2 outgoing calls of 2 or 3 minits but after some time I was on 00.00. On 14/02/10 I again recharge with 55 and got balance of Rs. 50 but making after only 4 call I was agian on 00.00.
                  When I contact to Custmer Care 24365 after a lot of try i was able to contact them. They say you make call on a number about 300 seconds The number is [protected]. But I never dial this number.
                  What should I do to take my balance again.
                  My hand phone haved a lots of call to number [protected] and [protected] and [protected] on the Feb. I don't known about that number. What's kind that number?

                    I am using a BSNL prepaid connection. The company is charging more than what is applicable according to the plan. I'm am using Rs49 tariff according to which all my call and sms charges should be 49 paise. But on certain numbers, specifically on the numbers starting with "8", I am being charged Rs1.50 per minute. This problem also persists with many of the others of BSNL.

                    I tried to call BSNL customer care, there was no response and no reply for a long time.I dont know why govt. pay these people because they are not doing their job properly.I lost Rs.17, Rs.12, Rs.21suddenly and i dont know why.Customer care executive did not get me, i would never be wrong if i say that BSNL Customer Care Center are the worst centers.                       i purchased a bsnl evdo card . 6 months over but i converted it to ten digit number but there is no use of the bsnl evdo card . i have given enough complaints to bsnl office. but no action is taken against it they just re configure the evdo card . i request you to take siviere action against it .

                      The downloading speed is very low. It takes too much time to load. There is also a lot of fluctuation in speed which is creating a lot of problem for me.                         A specific sample case (3) is brought out for perusal of every human being for appreciation of the extreme difficulty faced by a disabled person who cannot move to attend office for chasing and getting his official works done, had to depend on modern technology i.e. E-governance but miserably failed to get his problem solved through the system introduced. The very intention of the Government of India by providing computer set including internet connection to every officers and office will be totally defeated in case e-mail communications are neglected and inevitable cases like PWDs are over looked / neglected. Attention of the Government at appropriate level is invited. Too many articles on the issues are already available at different web sites
                        In the instant case BSNL admitted by way of correcting / rectifying some defects pointed out in a manner not in consonance with the factual position and in pursuance with the prevailing official norms. Thus the disputes / differences and claims pointed out during the long spell from 12.03.08 to till date lying unsettled and references made by this disabled person through e-mails from time to time are all neglected / ignored.
                        The intention of bringing this article to the notice general public is not to settle my case but to establish that E-governance communications by PWDs, cannot move to attend different offices for chasing had to face extreme difficulties and find out a suitable way so that PWDs need not face such troubles in future. - Chinmay Kar[protected]

                          I request for the necessary action against wap.handygo.com for changing Rs. 8 per week for an unknown service and not responding to any call / sms made for inquiry about this deduction.

                              I am trying to stop auto renewal every month with charges Rs,10/- and receiving sms reg, stock updation from 54000 and have lodged complains with BSNL custermar care thrice for one month docket nos. 4016153, 5047187 dt.24/1/10 and 5181659 dt. 23/2/10. Till now no positive outcome and misguided me.

                                  I recently recharged with the new BSNL GPRS unlimited
                                  plan Rs 274 hoping to get unlimited GPRS.
                                  To my surprise, it instead started charging for both
                                  browsing and downloading.At first, it didn't deduct from main
                                  balance but later on it started to deduct even from main balance.I
                                  found out that this was because it was first deducting from the 274 which it
                                  didn't show since it was a recharge voucher and later on after this is finish, it then starts deducting from main account.
                                  I've already tried this 274 twice and it didn't work on both occasions,so
                                  I've lost more than Rs 500 total.Now isn't this cheating since
                                  the 274 plan was actually for unlimited GPRS and they are instead
                                  deducting money.
                                  Before this, the 230 GPRS unlimited voucher was working fine.

                                  My name is Pratik Tiwari. I am holding an Prepaid number [protected] in the name of my father "Subhashchandra Tiwari".
                                  My location is "Nagpur".

                                  I was using the GPRS to browse the internet on my Sony Erricson W700i handset for quite a long time. But since 28-Oct-2009 it suddenly stopped working. I have already contacted the Customer Care (docket no. 3394434). But till now the problem is not soved.

                                  I have already checked the GPRS setting with the help of your Customer Casre Associate and the settings are correct.

                                  Whenever I try to connect internet it gives me the error message "Connection failed. Contact your service provider."


                                  I have contacted the Customer Care several times but I did not get the satisfactory answer or the reason for the problem I am facing.

                                  One more thing, I have shifted to the 1 paisa plan few days back. May be that is creating some problem, but I am not sure.

                                  I here by request you to please sort out my problem in urgent.

                                  BSNL Mobile — NEW BSNL GPRS UNLIMITED Plan 274 Activated but still DEDUCTING While using GPRS

                                  I recently recharged with the new BSNL GPRS unlimited
                                  plan Rs 274 hoping to get unlimited GPRS.
                                  To my surprise, it instead started charging for both
                                  browsing and downloading.At first, it didn't deduct from main
                                  balance but later on it started to deduct even from main balance.I
                                  found out that this was because it was deducting from the 274 which it
                                  didn't show since it was a recharge voucher.
                                  I've already tried this 274 twice and it didn't work on both occasions,so
                                  I've lost more than Rs 500 total.Now isn't this cheating since
                                  the 274 plan was actually for unlimited GPRS and they are instead
                                  deducting money.
                                  Before this, the 230 GPRS unlimited voucher was working fine.

                                  I have also the same problem. I used the gprs voucher of 274 rupees on 7th March, 2010. On 13th of March, More than 100 Rupees was deducted from my main balance. i am really shocked. I spoke to [protected] people. They have no idea and no answer. I requested them to look in to the problem. They say that they will connect me to the senior officer... and after the line cuts. its horrible!!!

                                  We all know that there are few PSUs in India who deliver convenient service to the customers. However I have been looking out for this 274 plan. I suggested you all to opt it if it is a 3G service as 3G service delivers a thunder like speed. However many GSM players are about to introduce their 3G services. So we can wait for a while. However Tata Photon is grabing many users due to it's fast speed which is some how eqivalent to 3G!! For money savers, Aircel Pocket Internet or Airtel 98 pack for surfing purpose is much sufficent. Reliance GSM has a range of packs but it's data access is slow during peak hrs.
                                  The Choice is yours. Pls confirm anybody if the BSNL 274 plan is a 3-G plan or not.

                                    I got Bsnl internet connection in ahmedabad before 6 months, the Bsnl Evdo advertisement says u will get upto 2 mbps speed, but i never got more then 256 kbps, this is very rubbish internet service, i m very re grate to purchase bsnl evdo connection worth Rs 4300. pls do not purchase this Rubbish internet service, pls go and purchase internet connection from some private company, this is better way for u.....

                                      hi,for 1 month i am suffering from continues disconnection of internet. i cant use the net continuously, so that i have to reload the web pages and also cant download data.
                                      i have notified this to BSNL people but when they come to see the problem they cant find any thing. Also they checked the wires,but nothing. They said they cant do anything!!!!!!!!! saying that this may be due to cold weather.
                                      my friends in my locality have the same problem,they suffer these all..........
                                      May be this is due to the BSNL server problem or may be their HUB problem,but they ignoring this fact and saying they don't know..........

                                      what can i do......,i cant browse normally.

                                      Sir, I am facing the broadband problem from 15th of July for which I had requested to all the concerns thru telephonic messages and other ways. The problem contents the error 691 continuously, for exceptional it has 676 and 718 (sometimes it connects also and works properly up to disconnection but after disconnection, it is very difficult to coneect again).

                                      The telephone numbers which were addressed are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], the online PG complaint (no. HAR/C0/2008/2158) and mails also sent to the Authorities (Some of them delivered and some undelivered).

                                      It is very strange that a customer is making complaints regularly but problem is not solving.

                                      The mails ID are also blocked or wrong which are given on BSNL SITE, as mails are not delivered to all authorities.

                                      My problem is with bsnl office located in Vasai, Papdi(w)
                                      the employees are highly paid for no reason because they never do things ontime, my BroadBand connection is not yet send to my house, i don't know why, but everytime i go to office they say the connection is not established and Mr.Singh is incharge and when i talk to him he say that check in a month or so, and tell me to leave the office, all my friends have BroadBand connection who ordered later than my order, my order no, is 1160 and from month of Apr.2008 i did not get the Connection

                                      I have taken a BSNL broadband connection in the month of November'08
                                      under 500 combo plan. Although my broadband service has been activated in the
                                      month of November'08 (received user id and password), till date I am unable to use the service. Whenever I try to connect, I get the message error 678. I even went to Ranikuthi Exchange,
                                      where I was told that my laptop is infected with virus due to which this problem
                                      cannot be solved. But now I have formatted my laptop and reinstalled Operating System, but
                                      still the problem persists. I have written a mail on 12th Jan, 14th Jan, 16th Jan and 25th Jan regarding this to their consumer grievance but till date no one responded.
                                      I took a broadband connection from BSNL, but it is often getting dis-connected or getting struck.. i could not get continuous connection even for half an hour.

                                      Every time I dial the numbers I am either asked to wait and or I am told, sir I will check and will tell you- then there is a total silence for a number of minutes and then the line is cut off with out saying anything.
                                      I was fortunate enough to have some favourable response some times when I am told that in 48 hours your connection will be restored. Sometimes one tells me, “I will call you on your phone”. They even take my alternate phone but no luck. It so happened that there was a call back but nothing worked.

                                      I have lost so much of my valuable time and also lots of my professional business. I don’t know what should I do now.

                                      Could someone help me restore my broadband connectivity?

                                      My BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION works only intermitently and the modem switches off intermittently.Kindly look into the matter and rectify it at the earliest.
                                      I am using BSNL broadband plan 750 but i am facing problem of discontinuety. we have work on VPN discontinuty will cause demage in work
                                      we are not able to access usage detail thought entering valid ID and password.
                                      I have intermittent broadband connection. I tried calling several bsnl numbers of our local bsnl office which was provided by them but all in vein. No one attends the call. Even if you try thousand times, no one bothers to attend the call. I wonder if anyone is employed in our local Avadi bsnl office. Service is pathetic. Even my landline device is not working properly and when I took the device to the office, they sent me back saying no one is there to attend and asked to me call and come. When I call, no one attends. Its really frustrating.
                                      I really request any BSNL higher official to overlook whats going on in our local bsnl office in Avadi, Chennai. Also please help me out in resolving my problem.
