I have forgotten my Bsnl poratl id and password.I need to check my internet usage account.I tried the customer care of my area but they gave me another contact no. Now I tried contacting on the other no. but they never pick up the phone or the phone is busy.pls tell me my portal id and password.

i have broadbrand connection and its not working since last 15 days.and nobody is coming to solve it our complain number is BI 2300599.and try to solve it as soon as possible and try to strat it . my number is 26927834.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband speed is very low
My BSNL consumer number is [protected]. (SHOLAVARAM TELEPHONE EXCHANGE). I am using this broadband service for the past 3 years and i am happy with it. Now for the past one week, the internet speed is very slow and the pages are not opening at all. I tried to book the complaint in he toll free number 1500 and 1504 as mentioned in the monthly bill but the operator status was busy and my line got connected continuously. Kindly do the needful and help me out to register a compliant and to provide service for the connection at the earliest. My portal ID provided by BSNL is not working.
Its giving login failed details and no one from BSNL is taking care of this.
I am now very disappointed that no one is helping me out from this issue.

My BSNL broadband portal ID provided by BSNL customer care is not working.
I have contacted many sdo's, je's, customer care executives, however, everyone routes me to another person.
I am very dissapointed because My portal id is not working and I am unable to check data usage.

I've changed my Bsnl portal user id..and i can sign in my account..But couldn't check my usage details and couldn't view my profile too.. When i enter my profile there is an error report showing like this ("This error may prevent further successful operations.Please Logout and try to Login after some time. If, the problem still persists please Contact System Administrator.")...and when i click the usage link there is also an error report showing ( An Error occured while getting the remote connection
)...
Please tell me a solution...

BSNL Broadband — ABOUT INTERNET CONNECTION
I have applied for broadband connection in the month of june. i have got adsl link after 4 months just i.e 10 days back.It is showing error 691 user id or password invalid. I have called kalyan exchange as well as boisar exchange. kalyan people asked me to do a test by some other id given by them still didnt work.In boisar exchange no body is responding what should i do? BSNL Broadband — Connection not stable
Land Line no [protected]. The double rent paid no Phone & broad band. Broad band link not stable (error stated 676, 678, 718 semultaniously) since 20 Aug 2010. complain submitted on phone many time[protected],232381) & email on 28 Aug, 08 Sep, 11 Sep & reminder on 14 Sep. But no any action taken by BSNL HISAR.Please rectify it.
