[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — data.bsnl.com

sir we r having lot of problems regarding speed of o[censored]r broad band service.lot of fluctuations in band width .we r unable to receive videos due to these fluctuations.we r in 750+broadband plan.we advice others not to take bsnl broad band.

sir m havin a lotta problems with my donload limit so can somebody help me as to where and how can i check my usage bytes for the month. this would help, me a lot inmy cost cutting thankyou

i have taken ma own modem.. i didn't order for any modem and i haven't recieved any modem from bsnl but in bill, bsnl have charged me modem deposite of Rs 500 and 1x dataone modem ty-1 f.c of Rs 30.97... i haven't ordered of any modem of rent even... ( i have ma own type-1 dataone modem ) how can u guys charge.. and second problem is i have order bsnl for Home 750 UL plan to this no. and you have given me start up 250...
u have charged Rs 129.03 has data start up 250, inst.fee.broadband 250, sep 08 usage of 1422mb 876mb=788.40
u have debited so much incorrect excess bill .. u have to change this and please send me a correct bill... deducting all the excess

sir my bsnl broadband's speed is low please repair it soon

My telephone number is[protected], Soon after installation about two months back I have tried to contact them on some problem, so far I have not been successful in talking to BSNL people here. My problems are:
1. I dont have a caller ID and the password so that I can access the default email ID.
2. On many occasions the speed is too low that bowsing becomes impossible.
Please intimate to me my caller ID and the password for my use.

I have never seen such a poor service by BSNL, Though its a Government firm its just behaving as usual. Let hope we will have next generation taking the lead and serving the customer promptly

How to change the user name and password

I have received a bill amounting to Rs 1700 for the month of Sep.08 . The pnt connection was dead in that month. Can it be varified to find the actual reasion.

i cannot access my account

i am using bsnl evdo card- internet through wirless speed 2 mps. fix plan 550 + othercharges. At the time of installation your officials said that it is very good plan n i can gain a speed of 2 mps . so i have opted this plan . but now i feel it was just a fake promise.i am not attaining even 256 kbs speed. many times my internet cant connect due to poor signal problem. i[censored]r network does not support such speed why do you cheat the consumers. i m feeling very difficulties. so please take it seriously and resolve my problem.

This is the best service I ever seen but hangs down when we need it. Specially in morning its speed and connection status make me angry allmost every day. and its hepdesk is hopeless and unhelpful. wish you very good luck.

In customer service just nobody seems interested to assist. at bangalore I call 25514444 ext 9 after waiting endlessly the person disconnects rudely. So much so for bsnl. old habits diehard inefficiency the age old MOTTO of govt undertakings.

i had applied braudband conn. for last 15 days but yet i dint receive the actual username password and i suffered the jto & sdo all oficers are only giving golis nd no one is listening our problem
