im am using bsnl brodband service last 4 month alredy. currntly my plan is home 500. monthly 500 rs. and i m request 19 at july for plan change and selct new 750 unlimited usage plan. as per your new plans - my order no is BG1400064 raise by 1504 callcenter guy mr. kunal. he said that 1 auguest your plan change and for confirmation see at our website. no any change my plan at web site of 1st auguest for this matter discuss with 3 and a more time confirmation for my plan before auguest . but not setisfied answer given by call centers excutivies. kindly give revert back of my plan change issue.
