[Resolved] BSNL Broadband Connection — BSNL Landline is not working since 1 week.

My BSNL landline is not working almost from one month and my broadband connection is not working from almost 1 week. Usually BSNL broadband connection workds hardly 3 to 4 days in a week. Most of the time it will be down. But every month i am paying 836 rupees as rental. I complained to the BSNL customer care hell a lot of times. They will note down the complaint gives me complaint number and that's et, no response after that. I[censored] check the BSNL complaints data base, you can find 1 complaint from me almost week.

I am located in the Munekolal, Marthahalli, Bangalore - 560 037.

Anyone please me in handling this indescent, non ethical, unprofessional, lazy to work BSNL employees.

My personal suggestion is never go for a BSNL connection, as there is no other provider in my area, I am forced to go to this provider.

BSNL — BSNL Land Line not working for one week

My landline phone[protected] is dead since from[protected] and the complaint has been logged with the firm under the docket No:484. The complaint is not attended till today. Frequent follow ups with concerned Divisional coordinator who picks the call at[protected]most of the times I get response that the line man Arjun is not traceable. Totally I feel it is negligence & attitude problem towards customer satisfaction,
I hope at least now the authorized people will take necessary action and satisfy the customers like me who are facing one or the another problem with regard to service in this telecommunication line.

I have installed BSNL broad band home plan 500 at my residence in the month of November 2008. I could avail the service hardly for one month. There after the Telephone connection got out of order, but I am still making the payments through ECS clearance. My Telephone number is 2660616. On 05.04.09 the person of BSNL came to check the connection and asked me to replace the Adopter. The instruments are hired by me and I am afraid another delay will arise to get the replacement.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband not working since a week

Dear Sir,

I have logged a complaint for my telephone number 2590995 a week earlier, but till date the same has not been rectified.

They have given me the commitment of 48 hours but it is not done as on today.

They don’t even receive the call when we call in toll free number [protected] & [protected].

Sometimes I repent a lot that why I have gone for BSNL broadband, I should have gone for some else connection.

In today’s date where there is lot of competition, BSNL stands there only where it was earliest, I don’t see any progress in BSNL.

Well, , this bsnl system is Sick...my landline always remains dead atleast for 15 days in a month nd sometimes for full month or two also ...i always registar complaint but there is no action taken for it ...last tym i had registerd complaint on 10th june 2009 and my complaint number is G-9775..and till date my landline is not working ...nad today is 14 august...well..i had been gone to many officers nd nobody listened to my complaint..well the problem with me is i m the only one in my home who has to do all the work ...so, i m not able to go frequently to the bsnl officers in their offices ...i m facing really bad situation.. i will nt disclose my no on net, but if nebody has to contact me, then mail me ...[protected]@gmail.com...i m waiting 4 ur response...
