Deduction of balance from prepaid account

Recently I am watching some fraud activity from BSNL. Without any sms they have started a service (Value Pack) on my mobile no-[protected] from 09.04.2012. Since then at least Rs 5/- has been deduct every day. When I realized I did a docket (CD1437732 dated 14.04.2012) on BSNL customer care for stopping this service as early as possible. unwanted services consuming money

bad internet connection

From the days I took Land line and broad band connection for my Internet cafe I have been facing both landlines and internet connection due to this i had to face complaints from my internet user ..... I lodged many complaints thrice in months ..sometimes it was solved again..same problem from next month starts..Its very ridiculous..The customer care of BSNL is not good ..they don't talk with us nicely and we know better that they get...
