Dear Sir I Mr,Fazal Khan Bearing Telephone Number[protected], last 10 years old Customer in BSNL , i want broadband connection , i am contact local telephone office (Niali office ) and i am agree the plan of 500 ( Un Limited Use) + Telephone Bill is 60 that means 560.00/per month , but after one month i receive a bill , the bill amount is 1861.47, Bill No is 77376867,Bill Date 06/02/2012 , then i am contact local BSNL officer Mr.Sahoo Babu he say i am send Unlimited plan file , and he say to me contact to SDO No [protected], i am contact this number and SDO Say i report to you after enquary after some day i contact SDO but he do not receive my call then I contact BSNL Complain No 1500 and 198 BSNL Customer complaint Service and Service Executive response my call and say to me i do not generate complain number on Billing matter , please help me

wrng activation of girl love guru pack by number 59595007, my mobile no. [protected]

on 22/02/12 a plan is wrongly activated by bsnl , I have not activated, Please deactivate all plan. At present I am in Pune and customer care is not able to deactivate and not able to help about Jharkhand Shim. I am not able to talk jharkhand customer care. Please help & deactivate all plan. message came from 59595007 , Rs 7 has been deducted and love plan renewed for 7 days , please deactivate immediately. I am help less in pune.

I am using the BSNL CDMA service for last 2 months and I am highly unsatisfied with the service and the attitude of the Customer Care Executives of the BSNL service. My Mobile No. is [protected]. Today, on 23/02/2011 between 10 PM -11:30 PM around 19 Rs. of my balance was deducted while I was calling on the BSNL local no. I have recharged with 210 rs. unlimited BSNL to BSNL pack. So, my main balance should not be deducted from my account but it was happened. This is not the first time, it was also happened with me before couple of days. I really don't know whom to contact to resolve this issue since the Customer Care team is highly unprofessional and impatience. I even can't connect to CDMA Customer Care team at 1502. The call is disconnected as I deal the no. Please help me out with this problem.

1. I have not been finding my Telephone Bill for more then one year.
I have met many offices for it and have given written application.
But all in vein. I have gone Bill section SDO and GM Office Mission Compound
But it is of no use.
2. Due to this I can’t know the counting of my calls ,I can’t take the
Benefit of my Free Call.
3. I need Telephone Bill ,It is an Address Proof.
4. When I have all dues of Telephone Department then why Bill
Has not been providing me.
I believe that you will consider my problem and will take
Action to remove the problem.

a. When neither I call a no nor I receive any no there is not a
reason to subscribe any pack.
b. When we call Costumer Care , Different Person give us
different information, they also misbehave us, they cut

Ji cut my call during conversation .Disciplinary should be taken such
Costumer Care Officer who cut the call during conversation.
Officer should provide correct information .One say your
Balance will be refund then other says your complain
Is not made for refunding ,it is only for Deactivation.
4. Now I want ----
a. My balance should be refunded.
b. Disciplinary action must be taken to the Costumer Care Officer who
cut the call during conversation .
c. There should be provision ,No service should be activate unwontedly.
Balance is kept for our call not for Advertising Company.

I have a BSNL Pre paid Mobile connection which no. is [protected] on 22/02/2012 I had E recharged my account wirh Rs. 50/- (Fifty Only) which ref no.[protected]. Ihave a hand set Nokia 1616-2 in which ther is no facililty of GPRS or MMS, but the balance of Rs. 50/- deducted from my account on 22/02/2012 at 14:15 I submit complain on BSNL Complain center FOUR (4) times but they cannot give a satis fy reson thats why I wish to draw kind attenetence of your in this matter please help me to solve the problem for which I will ever great full to you.

Please take necessary action to resolve my problem at earliest.

Sir, This is B.Vasudev Reddy from Hyderabad city having cell No. [protected]. On 6/02/2012 on line payment of Rs.110 towards topup for my mobile No.[protected] vide tnansaction of bill No.Bil/[protected]/PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE of ICCIbank Nallkunta branch Hyderabadhas been done and confirmed from the ICCCI bank.ABOUT 6 TIMES I have given complaints to the customer care ICCI bank and Cell one A.P. helpLINE. The reply is that the :system is not responding. On enquiry from the ICCI bank, they gave Cell one transaction of operator No.[protected] dated 6/2/2012. Inspite of repeated compaints tothe bank and cell one, they gave evasive reply and being looked in to it. Nearly 15days gone, nothing has been done.

Recently I had applied for BSNL boardband connection online.

The next day one person called and told he will collect the documents from me at my office([protected]). On the same day one more lady called([protected]) and told they are from BSNL and please submit the documents to their person. I had submitted the documnets and some money to them (Karthik - [protected]). Next time onwards they are not responding to my calls properly. It looks like they are doing cheating in the name of BSNL.

Please do the needful sir. I have lot of respect for BSNL. But these people are doing disrepect for it

I bought the Bsnl 3g data card 2 days back in Koramangala 4th block from Bsnl customer centre, Bangalore and since then I have not been able to connect to the internet for 5 minutes at a stretch. It gets disconnected very often and speed is mostly around 10-15 kbps , often going down to 0, whereas my roommate has Airtel 3g which works perfectly fine. Even connecting to intenet in laptop via phone has better connections.
Is there a way out??

GPRS activated on my mobile no: [protected]. in 7-8 months i have use 2g inetrnet service. as per slow service i have not use it properly.........

The land line No. [protected] is out off order since last two month. I have lodged many complaints on 198 &1094 ,but all is in vain. I personally contect to the operator but he do not give any attention to this problem.The BSNL Dept. will awake after reading this text/ complaint.

I am using bsnl broadband with Rs.499 p/m plan. SDO promised me for 100kbps speed but i am receiving 30 to 35kbps.
So i want toget full speed promised by bsnl authority.

My cellone no [protected] have been bombarded with cricket astro n other alerts without my activating it. I have tried to deactivate it by sending deactivation messages which does'nt work and calling customer care but no concrete action has been taken yet. I have been using this mob no since 4+ years and hence cant stop using it due to its wide circulation among my relatives and friends. Kindly help me in deactivating all advertisement messages and subscription services.

one sms has been coming in my mobile which is ' THANKS FOR RENEWAL TO RE 1 STORE AT 18.02.12 . YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 5 TO UNSUBSCRIBE SEND UNSUBONE TO 54646. and Rs5 is being deducted since 18/2/12 everyday
i registered a complaint to this number docket number is B18HP2793030 but after that again 5 rs deduce from my balance. . .plz help me. . .

I am using BSNL prepaid mobile No.[protected] for last 08 years. On 16 Jan 12, I received a message from +55678030 saying thanks subscribing xplore pack from Handygo and debited Rs.30 instantly for which I never subscribed. Then I sent two messages to 55678 for unsubscribing for which Rs.2 were deducted per message. Again on 16 Feb 12, Rs.30 was deducted towards renewal of the same Handygo pack. I could not get BSNL customer care on line. I do not know how reimburse the money for which i never subscribed. kindly inform me to [protected]@yahoo.com
