[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband kerala — Broadband service is not functioning properly

I am using Bsnl broadband service ( 750 unlimited plan for around last 7 months, now changed to 250 / month) at home for home use. The Nokia siemens modem which i am using missing out the Dsl light most of the time. Some times blinking and get stable for another 2 to 3 hours again goes blinking , no internet connection. After 5.30 - 6.00 pm, its very difficult to see the dsl light stable and get internet online. I have raised a complaint at thodupuzha divisional office about the modem and phone line. Some off the officers came and inspected the line modem , everything. and they told everything will be alright from the day eve. Again the same complaint started happening from the next day morning. So i requested the junior office to check the modem. she told me there is nothing wrong with the line and modem.But at last she agreed to take the modem for inspection. its already 3 weeks , but no idea about the modem inspection. Today ,i met the divisional eng. and again repeated my problem. Again same reply, "dont worry we will check." I would say, i am paying money every month correctly Not for internet connection but for keeping the modem near my computer. Thanks to BSNL TECH team. Very good at service at least vocally. The same problem started from the very first month. Many times i called broadband help line 1504. But no correct solution. The best part is that one of the senior engineer told me that due to fluctuation in electricity at thodupuzha area, the modem is refusing to stabilize the DSL light ( electricity to modem = signal through telephone line). I am living and using the modem hardly 2 km from the bsnl exchange. My neighbor is getting the same broadband service at very good speed uninterrupted. I think these technical guys are not interested in old customers. Help needed.

BSNL BROADBAND-S-250 — Phone facility While using Broadband

Recently it has been noticed that phone facility is not available when internet is connected. Earlier little disturbaces were there however there was no problem for incoming calls and even I was able to make a call. Why this is happening?

In Varanasi, such complaints are to be addressed to whom?

My internet conection is not working properly, when i connect, it display message 'due to error no 815, server is not responding'. I am sorry to complaint that instead of my personal visit to your Ludhiana office, Rishi Nagar my complaint is not solved yet. you are requested to do the needful as early as possible, otherwise i have no option to quit your service.

BSNL — Not getting proper speed and service in BSNL Broadband

at my home i am not getting proper speed on the BSNL Broadband and many time it give error like username or password is incorrect even it is correct

i have the connection of bsnl broad band last two years, i pay all bill regularly but i dont get regularly service first six month the service is good but after that i have no word how to explain.

in a month never i recieve ADSL link continusly last 1.5 year i regularly complaint to office but i coundnt gate right anser or service so please please do needful in my favour.

If there is required the information about the officer or lineman i have everyones mobile or land number
but never get good answer
when phone call come, that time broadband connection disconnected

BSNL — not getting proper service

my self anas ali i am using bsnl broadbandwith iptv connection with RS 750plan and RS150 from last three months and i am not getting proper service.i have complaint so many times for last two months but they didnt response on this problem.
i am not getting the downloading speed which they told me and the iptv is also not working properly.
i hope you people take strick actions on this..

BSNL / Broadband Service — Internet service not operating correctly

The Braudband Internet service provided by BSNL for my land line connection at Pune Residance (Line # +[protected] is not operating properly for last 15-20 days. The Internet gets connected & disconnected very often for No Reason. The engineer incharge informed that it is a line fault - however the issue is long pending & has not been resolved. We have been using the bsnl broadband since the last 1 year. But we are the victims of continuous dissatisfaction. Our bsnl plan is of tariff 525 and also bsnl claims to get a download speed of 250kb/s but the speed we are getting currently is just 52kb/s. and also the net connection is taking too long to get connected and if it is connected then it is for sure that it wont last for the next 10 mins. now also when i am reporting this the net connection is breaking or getting disconnected. it is been a complete dissatisfaction for the customers like me who has been using bsnl land-line for last 25yrs. also it is said that unlimited internet is offered in the morning from 2 to 8, but we haven't been able to get connected to internet i the morning and has been an utter waste using this facility. also we havent been able to check our usage as when we try to check it, it will be written invalid code. please see to this matter as soon as possible or we will be forced to use another broadband network.

I am also getting the exact same issue which started since 3 months. BSNL team came and changed the line and still the faced. Now they found it is happening only in peak time. Before I got the issue at 6 to 9 pm. After the new cable fix, almost evry time the isse coming. still i am sufferung with the issue. now Engineers escaping by te tells issue due to therain.

Broadband — modem internet light is not glowing and dsl light is blinking

iam getting bad results from bsnl internet.same problem here.
I am a hapless customer of BSNL Broadband, which is very unreliable, and their service is awful. I have been running from pillar to post, for the last one month, with no results. They are very prompt in one thing ie. collecting dues for the service not rendered.
