Our telephone and broadband connection is not working since 1 month. We lodged compliant through 198 but result is bad.

we have submitted complaint many time.but problem not solve. our landline & broadband conection not work last 20 days.

My Telephone No: 22441657 is not working from past 3 months. I had given several complients, no response.

We have lodged many complaints in Dodballapur BSNl office.

I have made more than 50 calls but no one seems to be bothered. There seems to be a hand in glove policy by some staff members to promote private operators... by offering very poor service.
Cant understand why BSNL cannot maintain basic uptime to our connections.
I complaints are still pending.

BSNL/Broadband — non working

I have a broadband connection fron BSNL, my land phone no. is [protected], my telephone was not working on 19th of may, after lodging complain, they fixed it on 25th of may 09, but the broadband was not working. Since 25th, I have complained several times, even visited the complain section four times, but in vain. finally on 1st of july, they told me that I have applied for disconnection, and it has been done. To my utter surprise, when I said them that I have not applied for disconnection & demanded the application submitted by me (as they have claimed) I was informed that the request of disconnection was sent via telephone.

My point is :- a) Can a service be disconnected without verifying the authenticity?
b) what kind of service it is that can't be restored even after two weeks of complain?

More over whenever I tried the local help desk no for help, they suggest me to contact the land phone complain, the land phone complain section in turn ask me contact the helpdesk.

Is their any body available in the BSNL, which is the largest service provider in India to enlighten me on the issue?

Landline Connection — Landline connection not done since past one month

I applied for BSNL landline connection a month back. The connection is still not done. It really gets to show how lazy and inefficient are the people sitting in the government offices like BSNL. I am facing great difficulties because of this.

Since then I got my telephone shifted in a weeks time.There after still today my broad band connetion & telephone are not working.
Also my house owner too is having the same problem and for the past two months we are not in a position to acess net.
My wife is a software engineer.She resigned her job due due my daughters birth .
She had seeked a job with working from home option with google adsense due to this broad band problem .
She couldnot proceed further aprproximately she is loosing rs:1000/-day.Hope that, the issue will be solved in short period.

09.one officer of BSNL came to our home in person once and attended the issue eventhough we found no result...?

Inspite of allour efforts we have failed to get our service.

Mean while we have got our broad band bill no.[protected] for a sum of Rs.338

My complaint no latest[protected] for your reference.

landline,broad band — no broadband for 2 months

i am staying at delhi cantt and have been using your services for 2 years now, however it has been observed that every time the internet stops working there is no response from the customer care. i have complained twice already. even though i was not being provided with the broad band still i have been charged for the past two months for it, so i havent paid my bill. and now the phone is also dead. kindly inform the customer care to get in touch with me my number is [protected], will be available after 1730 on weekdays and any time on weekends. my landline no is 25687853.

BSNL — Telephone not working since 2 months

Hello Sir/Madam,

My Telephone number 23561896 is not working at all since last 2 months, even after multiple complaints and repairs it is not working. My relatives are in foreign countries and i used to get calls from US, Saudi and Dubai. Here I'm in terrible pain as im not in contact with my relatives.
Now its been 2 months almost im too scared that i would get a bill which i have not used at all.

I have bsnl plan home 750 plus. My line is dead for more than 7 days in this case may I get monthly rental exemption.
