[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — lost portal id and password

i have lost my portal id and password.i can't check my usage.plz help me out.

i also dont know how to check my net usage...
n dont know the portal id...
can anyone pzzzzzz help me...

I am kamya mitra.I forget my portal id and password.I did not recive any letter from bsnl after getting the connection. i am using bsnl almost 1.5 years.but still I have to remember my portal id & password, which is a large no.
