I AM VARUGHSE MATHEW ,KARIMALATHU HOUSE, PURAMATTOM ,I HAVE PHONE WITH INTERNET PACKAGE,I WIL PAY CORRECTLY BILL WITHOUT FAIL.BUT MY LINE IS DISCONNECT ALWAYS FOR EVERY MONTH ,I WANT THE PROPER REASONS FOR THE DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION,I WII TALK BSNL XCHANGE IN KUMBANAD MANY TIME THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED IM SUFFER FROM FIRST BILL,PLZ RESOLVE MY PROBLEM ,SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSIBLE,I[censored] DIDNT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITHIN THIS END OF MONTH,HEREAFTER I WIL NOT PAY YOUR BILL,I WIL DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION

BSNL — Low quality modems
I have been using BSNL broadband services from past two years and with in this two years, I have changed 3 modems. Now, in the month of july 2010, i brought another modem from bsnl worth rupees 1600, and it is not working now. when i consulted the exchange for replacement, they are refusing to replace the modem because of the reson that modem is burnt. the modem is under warranty, the seal is still protected, there are no physical damage but even then they are not replacing the modem which is shame on bsnl company (India's best telcom service) but for me, it is india's waste telecom sevice.
