[Resolved] BSNL — Broadband not working | |||
Nobody is attending to my complaint of BSNL broadband very unstable and noisy fixed line of number[protected] since last 12 days , I have taken BSNL broadband for my phone number[protected] recently 12 days back. The issue is mostly it is not working. Its speed is also very slow and it gets disconnected again and again. I have also logged a complaint for noisy telephone line many times but it is also didnt get resolved. I called up 198 , 1500 many times but the customer care executive doesn't pick up the phone. The customer care executives never picks up the phones in yamuna nagar haryana. I have logged many complaints with automated system like complaint number [protected] , [protected] etc , their status changed to resolved without resolving my isssues. Called the Nodal officer but they are not picking up the phones even at[protected]. Pls help to resolve both my landline and broadband problem. the broadband connection i have doesn work properly , every half an hour it gets disconnected. the signal to noise ratio (snr) is very low its about 6 . please respond at the earliest

Even after cont complaints from last 2 MONTHS Getting Speed marginally less than Dial-up Internet for my 256kbps Home 900 plan.
No appropriate action taken yet. and all the complaints are being closed without issue being resolved.

I have BB connection from 2005 onwards. Now i have changed my BB plan to Businees 4000. Now for last month onwards my connection is very poor. Somtime works fine and restof the time goes down.
Nowdays it automaticaly get restarts.

BSNL Broadband — not able to get a connection - > file is lost
i had applied for a BSNL telephone line and broadband connection at the same time, i got the phone but the broadband is delayed.Surprisingly!!! i recently came to know that my file is stolen or missing from their records.
i applied once again only for the file to go missing with in 20 min after applying. Nobody knew where the file was, , i had still not got the OB number ..
It's been a pathetic wait for 3 months.. even though the line is right in front of my place..
Its high time i plan to hack these lines :)
Cheers to BSNL for doing a wonderful job... ( dig roads for connections and do nothing, neither give a new connection or close the damm duggen road)

BSNL Broadband — They never allot broadband facility in my area
Dear Sir,We, the residents of Towlichowki - Sheikhpet area have been requesting BSNL to allot broad band facility in our locality for over two years, but in vain. Whenever we approach the BSNL office in towlichowki with our request, they dont even accept our requisition. It is as if, they are bound by accepting the form and hence they are highly reluctant to accept it. Every time we get the same answer - "cables have not been granted yet". Sify has become a monopoly in this area due to BSNL's callousness and is prodividing service of the lowest quality. The residents have to live with it as there is no other service provider to resort to. We request you to kindly help us in this regard. Thank you.

Dear Sir,I am User of Broad band service in Kumbazha, Pathanamthitta, Kerala. My Telephone no is[protected] in the name of Renju Aravind. I am using broad band service for an Internet Cafe since from last 10 months. Initial 2 months service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet.I have complained your local customer care service but they could not sole problem yet. Your service not getting at the time which customer came to my shop.So I'm facing huge loss.When customers came, broadband disconnected.
Due to your bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am paing more because of your bad service.

Every weekend, ON Saturday i visit the KR Puram telephone exchange and meet the officials seated there and they give me an assurance that the LINEMAN will look into the issue !!! Acrimonius that these people who warm seats have the Guts in them to face the customer and not even care a heck.. shameless people i must say

B S N L Broadband Line — Broadband not working properly
We are having B S N L Broad Bend Connection for our Bussiness purpose. But since last Eight months our Internet Connection is being Disconnected while working.
