i want solution of this sim card registration problem as soon as posible...
Hi, my sim numbered [protected] ( Karnataka) is getting a message "sim card registration failed" in between some times. At that time, who ever calls to that number will get a message that the number has been switched off. Can you please solve this issue>

BSNL — problem in registration

i tried to register my broardband connection to selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in but it failed again and again. i complainted about it to the local office but they also felt helpless

    I am Rajesh patel from Indore .I bought EVDO from BSNL .According to advertisement speed of INTERNET should be 2.4 MBPS but this is too slow around 128 KBPS. Please take some action.

    Yes thats right its true BSNL is so bad, some one have to take action on it they said 2.4 MBPS on advertisement and speed so slow 128 KBPS, really bsnl sucks and i am from orissa and 2 yrs ago am using EVDO and i had paid every month Rs : 607 but now it hiked to Rs : 707 what is this and still same speed no change ? It means No Speed but more price how can any one adjust with this situation ? Please take some action about it.

        Dear sir/Madam,

        This is to bring to kind notice that I have paid my BSNL telephone bill Rs.2648/- online with my SBI Visacard through HDFC gateway on 15/05/2010. By mistake I have paid twice on the same day and it has been debited (please refer SBI card May 2010 statement which is attached herewith). Till date it is not been credited in BSNL account(please refre attached BSNL bill). During that bSNL was changing there servicer and they have informed me that the amount may be credited if the new server is updated. I have visited many times to BSNL office and found one day that they have not received the amount. They asked me to contact HDFC bank. Then I written to HDFC bank on 16/11/2010 and expecting some favorable reply from them. Yesterday I came to know that HDFC cannot help me in this regard and asked me to contact SBI Card.

        Please do the needful as I am running after this for last 7 months. I am attaching the letter to BSNL, SBI card statement and my BSNL bill for your ready reference.

          prepaid mobile connection — not started

          till now airtel was known for its services ,
          but it get worst as it is getting bigger and bigger as bsnl.

          ask yourself it is or not,
          if i m making this complaint after a long conversation with ms. nisha at appelite vishal guru's address, still no response from any one about my connection

          no one is having any responsibility abt any customer

          the worst thing is now airtel is the only company charging its customer to talk to their customer care helpline, and its amazing that even appalite level person is also not having any responsibility..

          I have rounded to mobile store wasai (E) three times to submit my doccument but everytime the doccument were rejected & at last my documents were rejected on the basis of stamp unclear on photo at my residential proof, ask somebody what is the importance of stamp on photo on residential proof.

          one more amazing thing is that my same doccument were accepted for another numbers as [protected]


          no one is having any knowledge of doccument processing, then why the hell the customer care is established, if no one is knowing any thing


          each time i call to customer care they told me to re-submitt the doccuments abd that solved nothing happens till date..

          every one is unaware of question what doccuments& how to submit and how many times it have to be submitted,

          even i only called to appelite for talk to them but even i was not attended by anyone for more than 1.5 hour for three times but then, also they charge me over Rs.100


          overall rediculus services

          if some bdy can make me know where i can make can complaint against appelite also.




          it is my final complaint & after that i will make an FIR against Appelet about useless charges & no response to my previous compaints.

            Hi SIr,


            This is NAGA SAMPATA RAO KATEPALLI, I applied for broadband connection online on October,2010, after 1 month they called me for the connection, I said its not required now. They didn't say anything, they said ok. But 22 December,2010. I got the bill with my name and address amount of 1300 rupees along with making call details and the number they allot for me is[protected]

            My problem is, even now i don't have the BSNL land line in my home. why they are sending the bill to my address and I do not know the process with out having my documents and with out giving any connection, how they make to allocate a number for me and send the bill for that.


            And my question is They did not collect any documents from me and did not sign any application form, How they do this. Same things i talk to the Customer care people, they are saying first I need to go to WhiteField along with the bill and i will take the letter from the Officer and Again will go to Indira Nagar, show all the relevent documents for cancelation of my BSNL.

            My question is, It is not my fault and this is how our BSNL people are working. why i need to go for all the offices with out having anything (LANDLINE, BROADBAND).

            I Request you please give me the solution

            Land line — Bill without land line.

            Hi,
            I have received bill without any land line number.
            The number given to me is 26489574. I am not able to contact BSNL. I am not able to find a sutiable number. Please help me out.

              I have recharged SMS booster value Rs.13 during 5th November it worked upto 4th December per SMS 1 Paise charged I have sent around 250 SMS. When i tried recharge the same booster in the 2nd week of december it was blocked. Then i recharged Rs.31 booster on 21/12/10 which is also SMS booster for 2000 free local SMS and 1000 National SMS. But it is not working for each SMS i send Rs.0.50 is getting detected from my account.

              Kindly helpme to resolve this issue. I am not getting the proper service for the money i paid.

              The detail of confirmation message i received is as follows :

              " Your a/c is recharge with denomination Rs.31 from no.[protected] no 21.12.2010 at 06.16.11 pm Ref. No.[protected] Sender : 58082."

                CHANGE OF BROAD-BAND PLAN FROM 500-C TO BB HOME COMBO UL 750 UNLIMITED PLAN --- OPT FOR ANNUAL PLAN
                MY BROAD-BAND WIFI CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING IN TWO CONNECTIONS.
                REQUEST TO CHECK THE BRAOD BAND USAGE. I DOUBT THAT THE USAGE METER HAS BEEN JUMPED OR THERE IS ANY OTHER DISCREPENCY IN BILLING---INFLATED BILL.
                CONSUMER HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED THE CHECKING OF BROAD-BAND USAGE NEW PROCEDURE.
                SPEED OF BROAD BAND CONNECTION IS VERY SLOW.
                Sir,

                1. I have been using my BSNL Broad Band connection of 500-C Combo plan, Now I want to opt for Annual Unlimited UL 750 Plan. Kindly adjust my advanced deposited in the 500-C Plan and send me Demand Note after getting adjustment for the annual plan o[censored]L 750 Plan

                2. I want to connect with wireless router to my Lap top. As I have Wi-fi Modem but the said Modem is not working in operation of two sets at a time.

                3. That the service Engineer Mr. Sushil from Phagwara Telephone Exchange 210555 could not rectify the problem. Kindly get the problem fixed.

                4. That as my Sony Laptop has latest features of Wi-fi Software so it can be connected to any Wireless router but due to the faulty Modem the Lap top is not connected with the said Wifi Modem at a time.

                5. That the procedure to check the Broad-Band usage has been changed. But the consumer has not been provided the information regarding the change of check of Broad-band usage. I have doubt in my BSNL Broad band usage charged from last three months from the date the procedure of billing has been changed. I request the Hon’ble officials to kindly check the usage as my usage has never been jumped so much as it has been from the last three-four months.

                PRAYER:

                1. Kindly rectify the inlated bills sent in the last four months as the usage of Broad band has been miscalculated.

                2. Wi-fi connection is not working.

                3. Speed of Broad band connection of the consumer is very Slow.

                4. Change plan from Limited to Unlimited plan.

                5. Checking procedure of Broad-band Usage kindly be intimated.

                    Respected sir/madam,

                    Our residence landline number[protected] was provided with STD facility. We used to make STD calls by dialling "95" code instead of "zero". From the time "95" code was banned, we are not able to make STD calls.

                    I had contacted the BSNL office several times. But the secret code option they give to unlock or lock STD facility is not working in our case.

                    Kindly restore the STD facility for our telephone number.

                    BSNL Telephones — Phone not working for three months, have complained to authorities in vain,

                    My BSNL phone with the number 24768145 chennai is not working for the past three months.. i have complained 4 times but in vain.. i have given a written complaint to the JE incharge(Porur Chennai) but no action has been taken.. when i spoke to him today he responded vrudely.. If phone not rectified in time i will have to go to consumer court.. my recent complaint number to BSNL is 85157451.. More than the distress of a dead phone, the rude and irresponsible reply of the JE Porur BSNL exchange chennai has caused me great mental stress. will the higher authorities look into the matter as soon as possible?

                    My earlier telephone connection no. 2575102 was shifted to new location and no. 2368435 on[protected]. STD facility had not been restored to my telephone. A written request and number of telephonic requests have been made in this regard.

                      My telephone 26870970, has been dead from the 23rd of November 20008, till date.

                      Although I have repeatedly complained, and even gone to the telphone exchange there seems to be action being taken.

                      My telephone has been repeteadly giving problems sicne the past year, and inspite of repeated requests even to the General Manager, by phone and in writing, no action is being taken.

                      Is this how a Public Utility Service hold the public to ransom? We pay for service which is never available!

                      The telephone number 2225561 is lying dead since last many days.i lodged a complain with 2221222,somebody picked up the receiver after a long time ,heard my complain but did not give me the complaint number and did not wait to hear what I was saying,he kept the receiver back.After that I tried many times to contact him to know my complaint number but the record kept playing that the number was busy ,yhen it said that the subscriber was not responding and finally it said that the number was temporarily disconnected.
                      This happened yesterday also and today also.

                        MUSIC ON DEMAND HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY PHONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.THEREFORE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF RUPEES 149.00 ARE ADDED IN EACH BILL. PLEASE DEACTIVATE THIS AT THE EARLIEST.
                        I am also using BSNL broadband for the past 12 months. My BSNL landline number i[protected] Last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.175/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com and it is one time charges. I didn't contact for this service and the service was activated without my knowledge or approval and i didnt get the activation details for this service.

                        Even though its not my fault i was generous and paid the bill, but this month also the same amount added again bill as one time charges.

                        It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

                        I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this and how to get them punished.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have a land line telephone connection at my home, I have taken b.s.n.l. broadband on it with giving cost Rs.1625/- (including modem charges + one month deposit).unlimited plan.
                        After that I have applied for new telephone instrument in one year advance rent.
                        scheme but they have charged rs.1500/- inspite of rs.1324/-. And in my telephone bill they have added one useless scheme for me without my proper consent. and are charging rs.149/- every month in my bill.
                        I had called the toll free number of B.S.N.L. and requested to deactivate the scheme., but the b.s.n.l. authority has not taken any action on my request, and the charges are still continue.
                        Further they are not adjusting my advance rent in my bill.

                            i had registered complaint for my landline telephone no.22778712 before 20 days, after seveal reminder to bsnl customer care, my complaint is unsolved
                            now monthly bill produced, and phone is dead since 20 days, i can i pay my monthly rental charges?

                            there are 5-6 landline and mobile no already given for complaints authority in the telephone bill, not a single person (i.e) supervisor to area manager could not received my call. why this mobile facility given to them?

                                this is regarding balance deduction of my cell no. i.e. [protected], i am calling customer care since 4 month my balance getting deduct automatically, i this it is due to some service activation but used to customer care representative tell that problem will resolve in 48hrs and will get money back too. i never seen such poor services. Reallly now i understood i am using government mobility services which will take long long time.

                                itni ghatiya service hai bsnl ki CCE ko baat karne ki tamiz nahi haiproblem solve nahi kar pate to call disconnect kar dete hai half n hour hold pe lagate hai mera bal aaj tak mujhe wapis nahi mila mere no. ka PUK no. nahi mila...3 times se zada call karo bsnl ke costumer care pe to call nahi lagti...over all BSNL is the worst network...thats the reason private companies are very good in comparison of BSNL...

                                    Yesterday at 7 pm I have made online payment for recharging(top up) my BSNL prepaid connection ([protected]) using net banking facility o[censored]nion bank. The amount Rs.220 is immidietly deducted from my account. But the top up not done yet .Instead received a message..'.Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries'. According to that I had already send a message to you. But there was no response till now even after 48 hours. I have also contacted the customer care also, but with no response. says that they cant receive complaints. Are you cheating the customers? please make necessary action immedietly to make my top up effective or to refund back the amount to my bank account

                                    Same thing happened to me also .I have paid an amount of Rs 110 for my Mob No:[protected] through UBI ottapalam on Yesterday(24/09/2012)at 7.35 am.The amount is still missing.Even though I have filed a complaint there was not a positive response from the service provider.

                                      We are BSNL Customers having 1 landline[protected], 2 cell phones([protected] and [protected]) and Data one unlimited broadband internet connection.

                                      The land line is not functioning for the past 3 months (from Sep 2010), I have given complaint regarding this through phone, in person so many times but no action has been taken yet. The said the connection was broken due to rain and will be restored soon but i has not been restored till now.

                                      We were paying Rs 1000 (700+300) per month for the internet and phone; We were paying this amount in-spite of the telephone/internet are not working. Is there any way we can get refund of this amount as the connection is not available for no fault of ours. So far we paid Rs 3000 for nothing (didn't get any service). Since there was no action taken so far we have changed the internet plan to Rs 250 per month, so that at-least we will donate less money to BSNL every month.

                                      Please help us in this regard and let us know how to get the connection restored and get the credit for our unused payments.

                                      I am complaining of my Dead telephone for a week but there is no one to hear . the internet connection is not working for a week and lot of my work is pending as i have to do my works from home.

                                      I have applied for having a broadband connection of BSNL on my telephone number[protected] in the name of Mr. Rajat Rajvanshi Flat No S-3 Plot No-24 Sector-3 Vaishali, Ghaziabad (U.P.) on Dated 27-March-2008.

                                      Its hard to say but fact is BSNL officials are least bothered about losing business even after giving several reminders not even a single person has taken initiative to get it installed or let me know what exactly is the problem is why broadband connection has not been installed from past 2 months or so if the OB is issued (Number is 12037) on Dated :10/04/2008

                                      Now I have opted for Broadband connection of Airtel, their customer care number connects in seconds, if I require any service or assistance from their part they arrive at our place in few hours and it all happened due to courteous behavior of your staff members and ability to take upresponsibility,

                                      I don’t think that service like this will make BSNL exists for a long time in today’s competitive market One can never expect such a terrible service of BSNL to their customers.

                                      Now I am so much fed up that I don’t wants to carry on with this landline connection with BSNL and Government must have to take some serious action against these ir-responsible peoples working there who don’t have any accountability for their job.

                                      Request you to kindly disconnect the above mentioned landline connection at the earliest.

                                      BSNL/DATAONE — billing not according to the plan selected

                                      myself nishant kumar from patna bihar.my no.is[protected]. i have taken broadband connection with home 500 plan.it was automatically changed to home 250 plan from 1st june.i submitted an application regarding the issue and after much running across it has been corrected. but now i have received a bill for the said duration which is according to some other plan. i am fed up of saying 'sir sir'' to them. kindly help

                                      BSNL/DATAONE — Bandwidth comes down to zero

                                      I stay in Gill Nagar, Choolaimedu in Chennai. We have unfortunately subscribed to BSNL Dataone. Unfortunately, the bandwidth is pathetic and the speed drops down to zero and then then suddenly picks up and again drops to zero.

                                      Alternatively, BSNL wants me to come to their office for every small problem...WORST SERVICE

                                        I have applied, online, through BSNL web portal, for Broadband connection. BSNL sent there agent to fill form on 16 Oct 2010 and agent got it filled and took Rs 500.00 for registeration fee. BSNL did not issued receipt till Oct 22. After that, phone connection with number 2280203 installed but broadband still not provided till Nov 08, 2010. inspite of my daily repeated request to their SDE.My last call was 4.45 PM on 08-11-10 and SDE replied that wait, men are just coming. When his men not came and installed broadband, till 7.45 PM, I approached private Internet service provider and their person cam, filled form and my internet was functional withing three days.
                                        Have I paid some money to BSNL employees,,I must have had their connection, well with in time but not paying resulted that I have to get connection at costly rates from other ISP
                                        On the one hand Govt say do not pay bribe and the other hand, if bride is not paid, innocent people are harrased and are forced to run piller to post and pay more than bribe for running one pilller to other post, apart from time wasting.
                                        My several complaints to BSNL gone waste as all officers shelltering the faulty staff because they are part of their Gang bang activities.
