BSNL replaced our landline (number[protected] assured us that it will provide all facilities in the landline is provided to CDMA which number is[protected].
Repeated request rejected by the BSNL Kolalagiri and brahmavar office.
they cheated us by miss guiding while replacing land line.

Sir, I beg to state that I have been taking very slow speed on "Dial-Up Connection" to using the internet at my Location i, e, Village- Bhandardaha, P.O- Antisara, P.S Singur, Dist- Hooghly, India. Pin- 712223. Landmark Bhandardaha Pry. School at Nasibpur Rail-Station. Using Internet Phone number is[protected]CDMA)

I am grating Slow speed on Data Transfer Rate at 2KB/s is Maxium time. My Local Exchange is SINGUR and SERAMPUR.

So, Please Solve the Situation as soon as Possible.

    BSNL telephone service — irregular connection

    I m Shantanu Srimani, address is 44/H/2 D.C Dey Road Kolkata-7000715.
    Now the problem is we have 2 land line numbers[protected][protected] most of the days it not work properly... and we submitted complain regarding that so many time but the ultimate problems are never solve and bills coming as usual where as are unable to use it properly... So what should we do please help us.

    Sir,
    I am one of your service-users with the customer ID[protected]. I have opted for ‘Broadband’ facilities at my home also some 3-4 years back and enjoying the mentioned service. This service is unlimited 24 hours and I am paying the bill annually in advance.
    But I am now disturbed to find that almost every day the broadband service is not available for a certain. It opens for a small period and the dialogue box shows error 678 and or 691.
    Each time I complain to[protected] to have a complain number and only once the concerned engineer visited in the noon and asked me over the telephone that this is normal as there is a parallel connection.
    This is no solution to my problem. I am user of the normal telephone service since[protected]. I applied for Internet service only few years back. I am not supposed to know how your technical person connects the internet but it must not be at the expenses of my normal telephone service.
    What I need is ‘Uninterrupted Internet Service’ at time of my conveniences.
    I applied for the service to pursue my ‘academic necessity’. Though retired but I was an ‘Associate Professor’ in chemistry and still now I require the net service badly as I am not in a position to avail the service from my old Institution.
    I would highly appreciate your intervention as early as possible to get me out of the difficulties I am facing to get the net service.

The day one onwards, we have lot of problems . to continue the connections. But the Bill comes regularly. I fed up with connection. I would like to disconnect immediately.         The above cell number was given to someone else for some time in June 2010. I called from another cell to my above cellnumber and it was answered by someone when the cell with that SIM card was next to me.
        Now i get nuisance sms and I have spent money on sms just to unsubscribe or NOPUSHPL to some numbers like 57777, 552906, 51819, 55365, 53030. Yet I get sms from other numbers. BSNL is a real nuisance and since it is government owned I have to conclude that the government too is the same. I have registered a complaint with BSNL customer care [protected] and the complaint number given to me is CH[protected] dt 19/8/2010.

          I am using broadband plan. Now i am thinking about changing my plan to evdo card. But then I knew that there is no concession for govt employers in evdo card plan. I am really depressed now. I will be very grateful to BSNL if they give this concession for govt employers in evdo card. I am requesting BSNL to activate this offer as soon as possible.

                  I had submitted an application in prescribed format for shifting of my telephone (landline) from Sunabeda, Koraput District to Koraput Town along a month ago. Subsequently I had received a call from the BSNL authorities asking me the place where the telephone is required to be installed. After that it is now more than 3 weeks none turned up for installing of the telephone. I had repeatedly rang the phone no. of the BSNL requesting them when they will be installing the equipment, but, all my requests felt on deaf ears. I had been charged monthly rental of Rs. 500/- towards the land line and broad band. Further, it is pertinent to mention that both the places fell in the same district telecom circle. Yesterday i.e. 20/8/10 I had personally visited BSNL office of Koraput, where I was informed that they may not in a position to provide me with the telephone connection as they are not having vacant slots on the pole.
                  It is not forthcoming, as to how they could deny an existing customer with his rights for his entitled telephone connection. I am not asking for a new connection, but, installation of my existing connection.
                  As such, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to get the needful done.

                  I have applied for shifting of telephone (local- same locality) 21/05/2008. Now it is almost one year, and no action has been taken yet. I have contacted PGM's office last month and they said, they will direct the concerned person. Nothing is happened even after that.
                  I have applied for transfer of Telephone No. 23472751 from Yeswanthpur to Nagawara in April.09.Even after 5 months the same is not tranferred. No proper response from officials at nagawara.

                    This is Dr.A.N.Mishra having a bsnl prepaid connection no.[protected]. I have charged my SIM with a magic voucher of Rs.500/- to enable me totalk to any bsnl number in India.
                    Astonishingly whenever I dial any mobile no.of bsnl of my home town Darbhanga a recorded voice system replies that the no is not in use. But on the same nos I am talking with other service providers. Some people have tiold me that there is a system software developed by bsnl which automatically bans all those nos which are frequently used by the customer availing the said magic voucher of Rs.500/-.
                    Is it not a breach of trust and contract.
                    Pl look into the matter and oblige.

                    BSNL/prepaid mobile — prbt is not working

                    i am a user of bsnl, but from last 4 days onwards the prbt service is not working, even if we dial 56700 for setting new ringtone the phone is picked but there is no reply form the other end.but the charge are cut of monthly further the ringtone is not always heared by the caller usually the get the old tring tring only.

                      My landline bearing no.[protected] is not working from the 19 August 08. I had booked the complaint in your Head Office via the fault booking service no. 10 almost 2-3 times. Every time they will right off the complaint in register as and when the complaint reaches the 10th or 12th day. I had also complained the matter to another number, but all in vein but no body responded. I think BSNL is not willing to maintain the landline. My last complaint is now02 September 08. Now tell me To whom I had to complaint ?????

I have got mail from BSNL saying that NON FEASIBILITY AREA!! in city itself non feasibility how you are connecting to village. I think BSNL is not willing to maintain Land line.                       I Bejoy Mathews now working in Qatar. On my last month leave time i made a request for disconnection of my land line ie. [protected].So am I submitted Telephone to Kidangannor Exchange, at that time Kidangannoor Exchange in charge requested me to don't cancel this number, you can choose Assem pack, so your line will be live. with due respect I accepted then I went to Kezhencerry office on 1st July 2019. On the same dated they collected RS 177/- for the charge of Assem pack. But till today not connected to BSNL mobile. While I am calling they are not responding at all.

                      So at this stage what I have to do?

                        I often get messages in my prepaid BSNL mobile phone --+91 [protected] like one quoted "Thanks for subscribing FEVERoffer from Handygo at 14/05/2012 04:29 PM for Rs 8 valid till 21/05/2012.To unsubscribe send UNSUB FEVER to 55678."This message I got recently. In the past also they sent same type of messages and once I send a message to unsubscribe they deduct Rs 2.00 more from my mobile prepaid A/C.Once in the last month they deducted Rs.30.00 from my mobile balance. This is uncalled for from a company like BSNL. I seek your intervention to protect my interest and help a senior citizen so that he is no more cheated.Thanks.

                            BSNL mobile services in Nizampet Village especially Bhandari layout is very very poor the coverage is failing almost for 8-10 hours there is no signal available the signal completely fails during rain and Power failure.
                            BSNL is boasting of coverage and good quality services should feel shame there is no Land line coverage, NO land line service is available, besides mobile services is going bad to worst the SDO and other officials sets in thier chair for passing the time and taking fat salary, without doing any good to the public.
                            The residents/ user has to depend on Line man why, why cannot the engineers and higher officials do/ take any corrective action. when other services tile airtel and other services are providing services BSNL officeholders intact the entire team are simply sitting in their office, allowing other operators to grab the bussiness.

                            I acn agree 100%, even BSNL is selling 3G sim cards, but in Nizampet village, Hyderabad.There is no 2G signals at all.This complaints I can see from past 2 yaers
                            It is very very poor, i can't even send SMS also, i could never make calls, life is hell with BSNL network..i have nothing say about that dead service

                              A month ago I bought USB Modem (NIC) from BSNL with assrance that the product will work effectively in the specific area as I quote. But after installation experience is bad as In my bed room ( Ground Floor) there is no signal for proper functioning resulted into disconnection after use every time. regarding this I lodge a verbal complaint to Sh.Kuldeep Singh (connected with Broad band) Ranjit Avenue Headoffice in Amritsar. Sh.Kuldeep Singh deliver me a Mobile Number [protected] saying that You told your problem to this number.After a long waiting Shri Niwas listen my problem and assured that he will visit the location but aftera week I am sorry nto say that no body visited nor problem solved.

                                      I have been using BSNL pre paid service for almost 4 years. Today morning when I woke up I saw a message saying THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING AT GOVERNMENTJOB.COM. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 20 SO AND SO. I have not received any message to activate such services. I am enough aware of prank calls and messages, I am sure I haven’t received any such message. But today morning I saw above message saying you have been charged Rs 20. I call customer care for the details. I called up them three times, but no one was able to give any information who and when did the service was activated. Even one guy told me that the charge deducted for the caller tune you deactivated before some time but not able to say when. RIDICULERS!!!!!!!

                                      I am damn sure these people are deducting this money from so many customer like me. This issue should get addressed otherwise this telecom company will steal money from our pocket and we wouldn’t do anything.

                                      Appreciate if this would be addressed and get resolved.

                                        The monopoly of the officer of billing section Athagarh BSNL office, making mistake with bill . As per the advice of the connection officer I paid ( deposited) Rs250/- for a WLL new connection & Rs750/- for onetime advance for internet is enough they told.
                                        But with my first bill the amount revised as due upon me, which is added to current bill, ( copy of 1st bill & receipt of Rs 250+750 attached with this).
                                        I think the officer making mistake of deducting my onetime payment. Before connection they committed me that the total amount will be Rs1000/- ( 250+750) for new connection plus internet, & now they saying that I have to pay Rs750/- more is with my bill.
                                        I think it is wrong,
                                        If it is right, - then the officers cheating people to make good target for department making false statement with public.
                                        MY REQUEST TO BSNL WLL DEPT.
                                        If my complaint is right, please take necessary action soon.Deduct my extra Rs750/- & the service charges, as charged on it.

                                        If I am wrong, please write me the process to get return of my deposited cash & take action on the cheating officers who presents false statement to new costumers.
