[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband Services — Slow speed of Broadband connection

Dear sir,

We started a browsing centre with capacity of 3 computers in our village. We have applied for broad band connection in the planning of 250-b before 3 months and yet we have not get that.we had paid amount for modem instalation and other charges.when we ask for this complaint they are telling we are not renued our licence. There is not responcible answer.My feature is there.Please clear my problem.

i got new bsnl broad band connection and i am unable to check the data usage ,when ever i call to customer support they r not taking a chance to rectify the problem,they r saying to visit www.dat.bsnl.in but i am getting blank page

all my friends get an amazing download speed ,but i get only 35kbps :-(
i use the Rs:900 unlimited upload and download

I have taken boardband connection recently .plan is 500c+ that is for month 2.5GB is free and night 2pm to 8am, i am getting download speed only 10kbps . so please kindly resolve my problem.if you want to give me any information
