[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband Services — UNABLE TO LOGIN TO THE WEB PORTAL TO CHECK USAGE

I was using data.bsnl.in web portal to check my bb usage till few months back without any problems. Recently when bsnl has changed his web portal i am not able to check my usage though i gave correct password. i am able to login to data.bsnl.in, successfully, but the web page request to use some other site to know about usage. in this new web page it doesnt accept my passowrd. i have tried plenty of time 1504 bsnl help line, but no executive picks the call and call gets disconnected. daily i am trying. i tried online complaint registered and no action is taken till date.

BSNL — check usage

I could not check the BB usage for the last 5 days. I dont know why?
i couldn't see my broadband usage from last 2-3 days
i couldn't see my usage of broadband from last 3-4 days...
sir,
i couldn't see my usage details since a week. is there any other website to check the usage?

BSNL Broadband Services — Providing no information on the scheme of 20% rebate to government employees

I took BSNL broadband connection around 2 years back.
I am an government employee.And there is a scheme in BSNL which provides 20% rebate to broadband customers, which I came to know few days back.
Though I am submitting the form now but can i request for the refund of 20% of money of past 2 years?
I want to ask the BSNL officials that don't they have an "automated" system which would tell their customers about the scheme, while submitting the Application?



Please provide me the information regarding this.

BSNL — Not able to login

I am not able to check my account usage.
Sometimes it'll show error message as Forbidden and sometimes it will say invalid username/password
I agree with you.
i am not able to log on in to my bsnl.in email account

B.S.N.L Broad band service — usage view problem

Sir,
we have been bsnl customers frommany years.with that faith we opted broadbans connection for our system.But the broaadband service is not satisfactory.the bsnl connection getting disconnected frequently and from last 4 days i am unable to my usage data.So kindly take some action and get my problem solved!

Online portal — Not able to login through online portal

Not able to login through online portal since last 2 months. During F/Y end not able to download premium payment certificate. It is very very urgent.
