I applied for the BSNL phone with broadband my BSNL reference number is 2300167.
I went to meet GM Mr Hooda he kept my 1 hour waiting and then end up with standard reply “ it will done within next week “ . its been already month but they are not taking any action and even not picking the phone .

i donot know my postal id that is why i am not able to check my usages please help me as soon as possible my telephone no. is[protected]

Atlest you got the reference, i got nothing(proof of payment) I was told that they will give the receipt plus connetion withinn two days. Now it's been three weeks. No has turned back yet. When asked repeatedly they were telling now new connection came to nearby exchange. When i threatened for consumer court, then they told my request went to wrong exchange. From your STD code it seems you are from small city/town. You know i am from metro city and these(BSNL) can't offer good QOS in METRO what the hell they are going to offer in Other places in country.

See BSNL employees (from lineman-chief director) no body is bothered about customers. No matter if anyone is going to get connection or not, I will get my salaray. This is the intension with they are working. BSNL should be privatised so these LAzy dogs will start actual work.

If you don't have any copy of your previous bill ask to one of your bsnl agent to know your registered email address try to find out the bill payments in email which you will receive from them for just confirmation. if they will say there is none information for your account and you will have to pay for this. so just go to court and let them know there and off course this is your right to do with the GOVT. employees. That legal notice is just for making a stress on you and don't be scare to this. So, do this first try to find out in your registered email and if you are unable to find it out so go to the court also give notice to the BSNL Exchange for giving you all the back dates bill copies and they will do everything in your favor and then calculate all the bill information according to you and one more thing please note: every single broadband company have their some rules and regulation.

if you didn't made any payment so last is this that you can ask this to in the court / in front of judge every broadband company will take an amount for the security. so, what is it meant by and if we didn't pay the amount of any month so they will also suspend our account after one month which means you might have to pay max of two months of amount. simply here is an example: if your plan was just of 999.INR / Mo so you will have to pay only 999*2 = 1998.INR, but also deduct you security from this 1998.INR as you have paid before receiving internet service.

also think better don't be scare to this. you are not a criminal. this is all just to make you a bull so that you will pay that all the invoices as how they will ask you.

so, that's why they will send this legal notice after a long. so, in that time we lost everything from our hand but this is the right way to do and don't worry it will take your some time but not enough money coz in legal notice they also mentioned the all the govt. charges will also take from you, so you can also do this same with them.

try to make this like a fun and give back them your response with heavy punch. so, that they will never do this same with you or with anyone.
