[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Faulty Broadband connection

I , K.B. REGHUNATHAN Nair, writing this letter to get your attention and practical help for the internet connection problem with my BSNL Broadband. My phone number is [protected]. I am living at kanjiramattom which is 2- 3 km from the bsnl thodupuzha exchange. I have reported many times the bsnl thodupuzha office that I am not getting bsnl broad band connection during evening and night time. At the same time with same phone wiring, modem and computer, I am able to get net connection during day time up to 5.30 to 6pm without many disconnections. 2 times bsnl officers came home and inspected the line phone, computer etc. The last modifications done by them are 1. Phone line from the post is directly connected to modem through a splitter. Only one phone is connected to the splitter end. 2. The DSL light become stable far better than before (during the day time). Now I am using the testing modem(DNA-A201BEi, in Bridge connection mode) from bsnl since my modem (nokia Siemens type 2) given to bsnl officer for inspection. My neighbors (anoop [protected]) are easily getting the same broad band connection during evening and night. In my case, the modem , line , computer , everything working fine in the morning time and gets internet fast, suddenly fails to connect to internet after around 5.30 pm or 6pm. During this time (after 5.30 or 6.pm and up to late night 1.30am or more) DSL starts blinking and gets stable then internet bulb starts blinking. Within 40 seconds internet bulb and dsl bulb goes off. Again within in 5 seconds same process starts. Even if the modem is not connected to computer, same thing happening during the problem time. I don’t know why bsnl officers are not able to solve my problem. I need to use my internet connection in the evening and night time. Also I have given a written complaint to the Divisional engineer, bsnl thodupuzha on 18.08.2010. Please provide a solution to my problem so that as an end customer I will be able to use internet connection normally since I am paying 750Rs every month for it.

BSNL Broadband — FAULTY REPORTS OF UASAGE DETAILS

I am a present running customer on BSNL Broadband home 500C plan... i haven't used the broadband for 2 days but i have received increased usage reports from them... when i stopped using before 3 days my usage amount was 2.04 GB then later without using my usage has been increased to 3.8 GB in 2 days... though my modem was kept switched off...my usage fare has been increased about Rs 2959/- which is not a good result for our trust on data one connections

I here by request the authorities to take proper action against this and provide me a satisfactory result.

I am Owing a broad brand connection of your telecom since past few months. Since I am facing several problems past one month such as Dis-Connection of Broad Band at any time. I, have Complained our regional telecom office several times but they are unable to solve the problem. They are telling to use the Lap-Top and Observe (which is unaffordable to me ), to remove the Anti-Virus from the Systems which can internally harm my Hardware and slow down the systems .The Telecom Officers are not Solving the Technical Problems but blaming to me .
As I am facing problems to my business due to Dis-connection and loss to the business, I, kindly request you to solve the matter as soon as possible. I am Totally Un-Satisfied with the Service Provided by the B.S.N.L Telecom. I have received two bills from Broad Band section with no business done for past two month. I Kindly request you to Discount the Bills for the In-Convenience Caused by the Department and Solve the problem Permanently.

This letter is in reference of my complaint no-26985 dated 13th July 2010.I have been complaining about my slow broadband connection and faulty DSL since 2nd July 2010 but no one has come to even see what the problem is? I have been continuously complaining to them( the phone no.is1504) but sometimes they even hang up without listening to my complaints.I have been devastated by their behavior and request you to please look into the matter and solve my problem. And if you also can't help please suggest as to whom i should convey my plea to.

when we call our nearest phone repairer he says
we are busy!! we are busy!!
when they come they just come and fix our connection after 2 days it will get complaint again so plase solve my matter
