my tele no. is 27487259......in your broadband connection usage page is not opening from last 8 daye.........how can we know usage ?

I have purchased new BSNL Broadband service. it is not working for 15 - 20 days every month. and no one listens to the complaints.
all give another to another to another numbers to call for complaints but no one answers my complaints

from last 2 months i am having the net i asked several times in the BSNL office of how to check my data usage but no one told me... is there anyone who could tell the answer to my question??????

login into the gateway server on port 8080 like in my case it is 10.0.0.1:8080 and know the stats.

I have purchased new broadband connection recently.But it was not working for last 20-25 days.I submit complain to our local exchange.But they do not take any nessesary steps to cure the problem.My exam is ahead and for this internet is very nessesary to me for study.pls do something.OUR LOCAL EXCHANGE NAME IS BARRACKPUR(LALKUTHI) EXCHANGE.

i have complained many times but no person has come here. I have broad band 6000ul+ connection. And it never works proper from the date i have purchased it. No proper respose given by the BSNL office they have given one small modem Siemens C2110 it not gives the link properly. The link of the modem is not in continuty. After every 5 minute i have to restart the modem. Our Branch is online we do all work on the internet. So, we have taken this connection. But it is useless because it is not working properly. So our money is going use less.

Take the proper action.

i have purchase new dataone broad band connection and DSL modem is ZTE ZXDSL 531b. it works only one user but i wants to connect it my other pc & WiFi. and other problem is that our company mailing server (www.theonpharma.com) is not connecting. please send me mail for it setting & soultion of our mail server

I got internet from BSNL but last more than two months its not working, in the morning works for few minutes than get disconnected, again i have to swithced off and on then works for few minutes, as days goes on its time duration of running is reduce and after 5.oopm everyday i cant able to connect so i called inet services so many times thay says its fault by land line phone so go to line man and tell them, when i go to line man they says its inet fault, so pl guide me what to do next?

broadband connection plan 125 not working properly please attend complain

Hey guys i too was having the same problem when i took the internet..
the main cause for this problem might be
1.the distance from the exchange
2. the cable from exchange might be damaged which you cant make out from the phone, the phone will be clear but you have to complaint for the exchange cable check engineer to check the cable quality.
Out of 100 cables of BSNL the proper ones which can be used for the broadband is 25, so try that.
3. the modem settings might be wrong try this.

I HAVE A BROADBAND CONNECTION, I HAD TO SHIFT IT TO ANOTHER PLACE WHICH IS 6 KM AWAY FROM THE ADDRES . IT TOOK ONE MONTH FOR THE BSNL OFFICIALS TO TRANSFER IT . AFTER THAT AGAIN PROBLEM STARTED ...

My user id is skv[protected]. This is for the third time i am complaining about view of data usage. It is observed that after complain it works for around 10 to 15 days and there after we get error message as data not found.

I can;t understand why it can;t work continuously without any complain.
