[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — frequent disconnection

sir,
i have broadband connection for more than THREE years( home 750 plus)..Every month for a period of 4 to 5 days , i get no broadband ( it gets disconnected). I regularly contact my local authorities ,but there is no response from them. I losing hope on BSNL BROADBAND and waitng for some other service provider with good customer care. I also suggest my friends NOT to take BSNL broadbad .

sir, i am having BSNL Broadband from last 3 month. My connection disconnect regularly. we are not having underground cable. We are provided with overhead alluminium line. so i requested them to put underground cable. i have giver complaint to them many time.but they didnt put the cable. My phone no is[protected]. i am from puttur, Karnataka. please help to solve the issue..
This is the complain I am complaining since installation that my bsnl broad band connection gets disconnected very frequently, so many complains has been done but alas no necessary steps has been taken so far

i am a student, internet is very much essential for me.
for last 6 or 7 days my net is out of order, i have complained by calling to [protected]
2 times.1st 2 make a docket(no. k 3629)and then asked the reason why it was not recovered.
my land lind no is [protected].but in my mob no. [protected] a message has been sent that''my system is recovered''.
i am now callling to [protected] and i have not received any response yet because customer care officers dont take my call.
i want to complain very seriously that complaining 2 times is not fruitful, how this is possible!!
i have to think whether i should use broadband any more or not, sorry.
imagine how irresponsible one can be!!!
my problem is error 678, link failure after 2 or 3 minutes.

since last one week, am experiencing frequent disconnection of broadband service by BSNL. The most funny thing is, the network is still connected, even when am disconnected. Am just fed up of this negligence in service by BSNL.
BSNL BROAD BAND CONNECTION IS FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTING LODGED COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT NO USE.
I am using BSNL broadband for the past 6 weeks.In that period of time for the last 3 weeks I am getting frequent disconnections and cannot use this plan.So I have decided that I will discontinue.

BSNL — broadband out of order regularly

bill are regular coming &we are paying regular but broadband service only available for 8-10days in a month, after complain there is nothing care from bsnl authrity.
