[Resolved]  BSNL — Bsnl portal online recharge

i have recharge from bsnl portal on 24.04.2012 for rs 98 for 2g data. the receipt no is [protected] and the transaction id is TXE[protected] but confirmation message not comes on my mobile while the Rs.98 deduct from my bank account. after it i call on bsnl no[protected] on many times which is provided by bsnl portal but no response from them. After it i email [protected]@bsnl.co.in but it shows permanently blocked or out of order. then i call 1503 bsnl number for complaint and talk with two customer care but they have not solution of the same and now bsnl customer care not pick up my phone. kindly solve the my problem.
