I am not able to check my usage even though i enter my portal id and password in the usage checking portal


i called the bsnl guys...they say its ok here...but i cant ...when i tell them to see my usage and tell me...they say they cant do it

thats it...its really irritating..when u wont get the service u were promised
please gine me description bisuness broadband plan
I Can not see my broadband usage.
When i tries to see, it says that record not found.
What is this...?

      We Subscribe BSNL IP TV service on 24/01/2009 and we paid Rs 999/- for this.
      On 28/01/2009 19:00 BSNL Installed IP TV setup at our home now this time we paid Rs 380/- for cable wire (Rs 20/- per meter for 18 meter cable) and connector (Rs 20/- two connector) and they don't give receipt this time.
      After installing this IP TV its works fine only for 4 to 5 hrs that's it. Next day 29/01/2009 when we start our TV this was not working. We wait for 2 hrs but service not work then we complain this on Ph: 2771177 at 11:00 AM they said some problem is occurred this service and will be fixed soon and wait until 29/01/2009 17:00 PM. We do the same thing as instructed. But this was not fixed. We again Phone on same number and this time they said that we are sorry this service will be fixed by next day 30/01/2009 09:00 AM. We again for next day. but it not working again.
      Now we again phone on same number[protected] now this time they said that "we are shifting our sever from Delhi to Jaipur" please wait until 30/01/2009 19:00 PM. Then we again wait for this but as usual to this service “no problem was fixed”.
      Now we again complain on same number[protected] they didn't pick up the phone many times. But when they pick up the phone finally, they again said the same thing that we are shifting our server from Delhi to Jaipur please wait until next day 31/01/2009 11:00 AM. We have no other way so we wait until next day.
      But same as previous, service not working next day and we now complained on BSNL ph: 1500 (Complain no: 5778992) at 11:00 AM and they said this will be fixed soon "please wait".
      We wait until 31/01/2009 19:00 and we again phone on BSNL Ph 1500 and this time they said that please wait until 24 hrs after your complained so we wait until 01/02/2009 12:00 PM. More than 24 hrs.
      But no result we again ph on BSNL Ph 1500 and this time they said that we marked you complained on high priority and we will try to resolve soon.
      PLEASE HELP!!!
      I am using bsnl land line from he last 10 years and I am also using bsnl mobile from the last 6 years. I have never changed my connection because I belive in bsnl service due to the reason that bsnl has no hidden face like other companies. But I am totaly upset and my faith has shaken after getting iptv connection. I could not enjoy it for even a single day. Daily I complained to the bsnl iptv staff on phone that my cable TV connection is not working properly. Faults line waiting signal, network connection failed, etc etc are appearing regularly.But nobody is interested to listen my complaint.I had asked my previous private cable operater to disconnect the connection at the time of appoying for iptiv connection.But after my bad experinece I have again asked cable operator to install the connection again.As por my experince bsnl iptv service is completely failed.I have no other option but to disconnect it.
      Same problem I am facing.

      same problem I am facing since installation of my iptv on 03/06/09 my complaint No. is 6272484 dated 05/06/09 on 1500 after several call at 2771177 and mobile no. of engineer as well as on his supervisor No. no any respond regarding short out the problem
      sir, i want to say that installation of iptv is not easy procedure . after recieving payment of rs.999 nobody wants to work. in feb. i gave rs. 999/- to iptv private contractor nd they said wait for only two weeks but thats not true after two weeks i complaint to many no. they said wait for one week more. but after one month i gone to bsnl office and where i m shocked because my name was not registered in the iptv list. i m too shocked then i gave all the details to bsnl main head i.e recipt . then i add my name to bsnl iptv list... after two days iptv contractor came and install iptv succesfully. so i learnt that we should manaully checked our services in bsnl and not dependent on private iptv contrature. and the iptv service is succefuuly running but their is still one problem thats they not update thier " video on demand" corner thats so boring

      IPTV Company and officer cheat me again. Executive say me if i am recharge 600, so not include any Registration charges in new IPTV new connection. But it's opposite; I was recharge Rs 600 and subtract my amount Rs 250.

        I have given application on dt 27.12.08 at Panigate office for permanently clouser of my tele, 2518448, but on dtd 31, 1.09 your office had not close my telephone. Your office said you have free WLL instrument surender but I have no any other WLL instrument. You are requested to close my telephone immediately. I am not liable any bill from 27.12.2008.

        but till now no connection has been provided.

        We are regularly following the matter with concern persons at Savali and Manjusar since last 40 days and have requested many times to GM office at Vadodara also.

        Every time there is new excuse, new promise and new assurance, but we have not got the connection.

        Kindly provide the connection without further delay.

        BSNL — BSNL Telephone Port in car parking

        I am living in D - 15/4 SF Ardee City, Sector - 52, Gurgoan. I would like to draw your kind attention that in my car parking there is one BSNL Telephone Port ( Hut) which has been creating problem while parking my car and last week my car hit BSNL Telephone port and got damaged.

        Moreover, the said BSNL Telephone port seems to be non operational, therefore it is requested to send your representatives and arrange to get the same removed from parking so that we can park our car properly without any hinderance.

Even they dont pick the calls from the customers. They cut the calls of the customers. So where the customer make an complaint...?????

But I have to change my bsnl land-line plan into Rs.99/-per month rent in which Incoming & outgoing calls facility with 50 calls per month free is available.         Just do something, go to police department and file a legal complaint, or just call 100 for just any query or complaint. Don't be afraid.

        We are surprised to note that since beginning of our telephone installation, it gives us pain. It had never left us in urgency. Whenever we have some urgent requirement of communication the phone goes dead. Most of the times my telephone instrument is also become dead.

        I have lodged complaint several times in Makarpura Exchange but they refused to change the instrument, said that No extra instrument is available.

        Please help me in this matter and my one humble request to telephone exchange officer that please shift the wire laying in air to nearby my house poll. The wire at present you have hanged its so far away from my house.

          If ever any worst company award will be given it should be th BSNL company...Its one of the worst company in the world...I have a BSNL broadband connection, first month bill was corect of RS 300 but for the second month my bill was RS 4500. I checked my portal id total usage was 1.5 GB out of which 1 GB was free my extra usage was only 500 MB something which costs nearly RS 450 but they charged me nearly RS 3900 extra. No response was given to me when i complained 3 times...

          Please anyone help me & suggest what to do next for my problem...

              I am use bsnl broadband from last four month.
              First my plan 250, Next time i changed it and take 500c+ . For this i give a application to it .
              But when my bill com, i check that my bill come with 750 plan (unlimited plan)

              I pay extra 199 rs amout .
              So Please tell me solution about this.

I am using 750 plan which is mainly for broad band. But its not working from last Saturday. For few days i will accept. But its going like lot of days.               The Broad Band speed is very very slow.
              I stuck to BSNL because I have served Govt of India.
              The Usage recording needs to be checked.It shows more .
              I understand BSNL has gone into new software and hence many problems.Because of these, you should not charge me.I am not escaping paymeny.I request you to accept your faults and put only 50 percent charges for month of August as BSNL has not made the Broad Band available many a time in August.

              i am using home 500 c bsnl broadband.which is started from 22july2009 in kanpur. today i got bill, in which 114 calls are shown from 22 to 31july 2009. i have not made so many call in 10 days.Is there any hidden charges?               I am having a bsnl landline at my own house in Chennai bearing no.26581351. I shifted my place of residence to Coimbatore. On approaching BSNL as to what I should do to retain my number, I was advised by Staff to apply for "INCOMING ONLY". I was advised that I will have to pay rental of only Rs.99 per month.I applied and now I have got my first bill whereby BSNL has charged me Rs.180 per month.               I took bsnl conection in July 2009 and My Plane is Home 500 C + and i bought modem also. I useto use the internet in the limit only (i.e. Less than 2.5 GB) so i useto get bill of Rs. 661.

              In the month of August 2009 on 24 th i was applied an aplication regarding to change my plan from " Home 500 C + " to " Home 500 C " ( i.e. 1.5 GB Free Usage Except 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Free Calls : 175 per Month ). I was cliarly mentioned in the application that Change My plane from 1st September 2009. In the Month of August i have used only 1.4 GB and I did't Used any Free Calls Also.

              Now i got my August '09 Bill Amount of Rs.1, 193 ( Used only 1.4 GB ) Attached Usage Details of August ( August_Usage.jpg)

              Actually they have to Calculate the bill According to the Plane Home 500 C (i.e. Rs.661) + (or) Home 500 C ( Rs. 550 )
              But you have not take the Discount as Usage Charges. I absorved in the bill of July 2009 Discount was taken as same as Usage Charges. ( Attached The August Bill 2009 )

              I have applied for intenet connection in May ending (scheme Rs. 500 per month unlimited usuage), landline has been installed in June first week. After calling sevaral times to BSNL on 29th June I got inetnet connection . From 29th June to 25th July internet was not working during night time (7pm to 6am). Somany times I gave online complient and met your department people about this problem, finally they found problem with the phone line given by department. later they changed theline.now internet is working perfectly..

              Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I am using Home 500 c plan in which they offered me free unlimited usage between 2AM - 8AM in other Hrs 4 GB usage. Till April I was getting the correct amount as I use net mostly during the free Hrs. but from May it got changed. There should be some grace period for payment if not much but at least for one month. The penalty also which has been imposed is also quite heavy.If my records are checked I have paid money in advance also so many times.

When i have paid last month at GOWLIGUDA TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, HYDERABAD -500095. and also one form filled for plan changing of Rs.349/- unlimited calls and data plans. Whey they have not updated and i need clarity in this regard. If they have not change the plans their mistake and no question of paying of amount. Till such time.

                Prepaid Voucher — Talk time

                I had got an SMS from Dhamaka yesterday at 1.33PM that on a recharge of Rs.201, I can get full talk time. No service Tax and No processing fee. Jaldi karein, offer simit. I got the recharge done but got a talk time of only 178.89. Why has this happened. I have called the Idea Help line No.[protected] atleast a dozen times since last night but the line kept getting disconnected to got a message that all the Customer care executives are busy attending to other customers so please dial later..

                As per your SMS on 10/09/2009 I (Mob. NO.[protected] and [protected]) recharged my account with RS.200/= with the view that I will get talk value of RS 242=00 but sorry on inform you that i Got talk value for RS.181 only.Pl look into the matter and credit our balance amount RS.61/= The mob. recharge on 11/09/2009 at 1.33 & 1.49 PM.Pl reply immediatly.
                i recharged my mobile by moile recharge for the amount of Rs.550/- on 13-09-09 . Shop keeper told me that you will get Rs.498.64 and Rs.101.36 for bsnl to bsnl . but till date i do not recive any amount of Rs.101.36.I asked to bsnl no.[protected]. They are consoling me that your complain is in que, please tell me by sms when it can be solve

But till date i do not recive any amount and when asked to Shop keeper (A/Agent of BSNL) bsnl customer care, they are not in a position to hear me. Please tell me by sms when it can be solved and when I am going to get my recharged talk time amount???

                        I am not able to view the account usage site very often and it is not certainly not available during last week of every month. Now it is not available from to-day. If this is the case recurringly How could the consumer view the site and plan their downloading without over utilisation/Under utilisation. If the authorities are not ensuring its availability at all times /during last week of the month.the purpose of the site is meaningless.                             I am not getting internet bills from the date of connection -from Sept. 08. After disconnection without sending bill, I made payment of 1st bill by inquiring at tel exch Anekal. 2nd bill I downloaded and paid it. In between I made this type of complaints at each occasion. There was a mail replay stating billing fault was rectified. But I am not getting bills even for this month.

                            Why Is BSNL so much careless towards its Customers?

Due to non functioning of my BSNL mobile phone, i am unable to do my business. What is the solution to me?

My bsnl landline was dead for past 2months. I complaint to customer care 2times. But still now(19/10/2009) i dint receive any response from your side. Due to non functioning of my BSNL Landline phone, i am unable to contact my business People. What is the solution to me? So kindly send your people and do some needful.

                                  We took internet 3G connection, paying top up lost my pocket, bag and total finance. No BSNL who sitting in customer care doesn't know about the scheme. Where to get the details. Why people are getting salary in ERODE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE. I hate this BSNL because of this ERODE Customer care .

                                  Response of this edits is not making sense Below is the answer for my queries.

                                  Q: How much I will get recharge, if I go with 100 rupees top up.
                                  BSNL : 100 rupees but I dont know how much will get add.

                                  Q: I recharges for 800, with in half an hour every thing is over, how it possible.
                                  BSNL : How do I know check in online. ( He know, it is not working now)

                                  BSNL Senior officers please take immediate action. Pleask ask them to have complete knowledge about internet connections.

                                  I bought BSNL 3g, network is best, but the data card, Customer service, Technical support is very worst, as compare to private network, so totally Customer care is Worst in Erode

                                  BSNL WORST NETWORK, I have registered for broad band connection. An officer come to collect money immediately to my home. But when am asking for connection. There is man power shortage to give connection... Bsnl have officers to collect money... but no persons available for service...

                                  I have Landline connection [protected] at my home with Broadband connection under plan BBG FN Compo 500 and the bandwidth speed of the above scheme is 2 mbps. but I am getting bandwith speed of only 400 to 550 kbps. I have lodged complaints several times for the past two months with the BSNL department Sathyamangalam and lodeged complaints to Nodal officer, Erode circle, Nodal officer, Tamilnadu Cirlce Chennai. As per the advice of the BSNL officers, Sathyamangalam, I have upgraded the capacity of RAM from 500 MB to 1 GP and re installed and up dated the operating software and upgraded the Antiviurs and anti malware softwares. But I have ont get the speed of 2 mbbs. The BSNL officials at Erode inform that they are getting 2 mbps and the fault is with Sathyamangalam exchange. The Sathyamangalam BSNL authorities telling that they are getting only 500 to 520 kbps and even at Erode exchange the speed is only 500 to 600 kbps and not 2mbps. For the past one week the broad band is getting disconnected and reconnected with every 15 to 30 minutes. Because low bandwidth speed, it is taking 5 to 10 minuts to load the mail browser to see the mails. So kindly advice your people to solve this problem

                                  mi no[protected]x i have 2g student spl plan . i was usig gprs pack7 which is very slow less than 36k speed and i am not getihg contiues speed at all and will become 00speed download even not able to cheak even email. tnen i call customer care they said to use 3g datd then i use 3g data pack it is all so very slow in all place of chennai.. less than 23k speed ... then i went to bsnl ofice to 3g sim . they sad ur not able to this no to 3g.. then how to use bsnl sim without proper service ... waste bsnl in this india... better to close bsnl... ok... i will buy airtel, vedo for speed and super sevice even 2g... so no one will buy r use bsnl network worst network in india... whole part of tndia...

                                    my broadband connection is not working is last ten days. i have registered a complaint in vikas nagar barnch BSNL with Mr, Katiyar . My Complaint no.is 650236.
                                    after daily contact to mr.katiyar by phone & by phase but his behavier is not good & not respond properly.
                                    yestarday he told me. ( AGAR MAIN APKA BROADBANK CONNECTION THEEK KARTA HOON TO AHSAAN KARONGA. )

                                    so please take action earlier.

                                    i am user of bsnl phone number i.e 2481727 for the last more tahn 20 years and using your broadband services for the last 2 years. i had been lodged more than 10 complaints with your department in last 3 months and every time they used to gave me these two mobile number to contact which are 2000867and [protected] and both these numbers arre always not reachable specially in working hours which you can also try at any time. Till today my complaint is pending and nobody bothers to check the same. So my humble request is to contact the concerned person and asked why their phone is not reachable and why they are not looking into my complaints.

                                      i recently buyed bsnl prepaid sim and know i think that i hve made the biggest mistake after buying, i dont receive any sms from other network..i dont know why company issued this sim starting from 9455..., when there is irregular service..i requet u to plzz check out ur service properly and dont just bluff with the customer or it wont be a good sign for the company progress...well i think its better to use other network service instead using bsnl..thats all
                                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                                      I Activtied SMS voucher of Rs.56 on 5/2/2009 but from 7/2/2009 i cant able to send sms to any mobile.i m complenting from 7/2/2009 yet not solved.every day someone call it is solved but yet not solved the same they said"Mam, we r fwding u r query it will resolve within 24 hrs."Daily i m completing to Customer Care.
