i have changed my portal id password. but now i am unable 2access my portal id to check my usage details.i even tried with my old password but it did not work.i am confused.i am now even afraid to change my broadband login id's password.Can u tell me details about the procedure. if i forget my password what will be the remedy?

on today on 29.01.2010 I visit your siliguri NIB, NODE, but you staff not respons propraly .there are so many people are standing there are same probliem .Bsnl broadband give wrong information in news that combo 299 plan is good plan and you get 1GB free down load. my first month bill come to Rs.2141/-has really touched heights, even though I had used it very low.

my office is seveok road near payal cenema hall siliguri. 15 days ago before we have subbimet our BSNL landline connection form and they given us a recipt and said that you got your connection in one week .after one week one man came in our office he cheack out all the thing like wire but after that he ask for some money .we have also complain in bsnl office .kindly please do something other wise we go in high court.

Siliguri BSNL broadband server 'Actully Sucks'... I am suffering for last 3 months... After numerous complains, I am yet waiting for them to make it alright...

On 25th March at 5L38:39 pm I got a message that WORD BSNL Alerts is active. Rs.25 per month. Dial *456*89#, if you wish to dct.@. Immediately I complained to your customer care vide docket no is C25WB354807 at 6:21pm. Without my concern how you are debiting my account directly. The message came from +51234025. Yestarday also I remind your customer care centre to get back my money Rs.25/-. So far I did not get my balance. Kindly look into this matter seriously else I have to complain with all documents to higher authority.
