MY TELEPHONE NO. IS[protected]. I HAVE A LANDLINE CONNECTION AND FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION OF THIS TELEPHONE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY TELEPHONE BILL AT MY RESIDENCE. WITHOUT SENDING A PERSON AT TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FOR COLLECTING AND DEPOSITING DUPLICATE BILL AT LUCKNOW TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED (UP EAST CIRCLE) IS UNABLE TO ENSURE THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF TELEPHONE BILLS TO THE CONSUMER, ONLY THEY GIVE THE EXPLANATION THAT WE ARE PAYING RS.5/= PER BILL FOR DELIVERY TO THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT AND IF THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING THE BILL TO YOU THEN WHAT TO DO?NOW I WOULD SAY THAT THIS IS YOUR INTERNAL FAULT WE ARE CONSUMERS AND WE KNOW THE TELEPHONE DEPARTMENT AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE BILLS AT THE CONNECTION ADDRESS.

Dear sir,
I am dipankar thakur mobile no;-[protected], account no:[protected], from gangapur, duttapukur, 24 pargana(n), 743248, doing several call to your customer care regarding my mobile faulte.
the particular mobile out going call was de-activated from 5th of march 09, but it was not solve by your people all though they dont inform me what exatctly happend.(only convey the message...

as im a lifetime prepaid mobile user of bsnl...my recharge date expire on 23 feb 2009 and company gives only single day margin ie till 24 feb 2009...only one day grace period...this was unknown to all life time user..as early we know that 7 days grace period but after 24 feb i came to know that in lifetime we get one day grace period...this is not mention anywhere...in my account i had 1336.70 but after 24 feb my account becomes ZERO..im totly in shock so plz help me out...if its possible then plz transfer my money in my account...reply

in my no. i.e.[protected] two nos.are activated for getting facility of 20 paise. these nos. are [protected] & [protected] activated on[protected]. plese deactivate these nos. because now i am using magic card of Rs. 225.

my Landline connection is dead around 2 Months. Many times i visited neatrest bsnl office. Still Connection is Not yet repaired. We are Facing so Much problems. If my connection Will Be not Rerpaired In 5 Days Then Iwill move towards Consumer court and i will inform Media Too. My bsnl gurgaon landline no[protected] has no dial tone since last one week. I have registered complaint at 198 but no one has turned up or rectified the fault till date.

Hi, This is Alak Manna, kolkata. I have BSNL prepaid connection with one year incoming free tariff. I am putting top-up to talk.BSNL is cutting the money without any reason by sending me the message like" your last call value this much amount money". when i am complaining to customer care, from there, i am getting nothing reply. once they are telling me like "you have done the call, " or" your caller id activated, " that is not true or they are telling that do the complain we shall see. but they are not doing anythig. this is happening since six to eight months. some complain no i am giving "3457728", "3136097", "3483821" etc. I am frustated about the incidence. I am thats why asking your help to do something for me like people who r suffering from this sort of problem.please help.

I have activate my Hello tunes on 17.02.2009, but it is not activated till 04.03.2009. I have complain a lot of time to their customer care, but I have not get any reply

I have UP East Pre-Paid (Mobile Number [protected], sim no[protected]) Connection. I want to know PUK number of My Mob number [protected].

I am a postpaid connection holder of cellone from thiruvananthapuram, kerala for the last so many years.My mobile number is [protected].I was paying the bill throuh ecs from Centurian Bank.Suddenly on 5th of march 2009 by 11 am while i was attending a call my call was cut and i could not make any outgoing calls or i could not recieve any incoming calls.
I went to the nearby BSNL office near Goverment Press thiruvananthapuram and enqired what happend.The officer who was there to collect money told me that my phone was disconnected and i should pay a sum of Rs2835.I told him that i will pay the dues for january 2009 by cash now itself and the dues for February 2009 will be paid as cheque since i didnt reciev any bill for the same .The officer didnt agree to it.
Then I went to the bank and collected money and went to bsnl office near Pattom LIC .There the officer was of the opinoin that i need pay the dues for January 2009 now, and the amount for February need be paid after getting the bill .
Any way i paid an amount of Rs 2835 in cash.He told me I will get reconnection within one hour.I waited till 7 pm on 5th and I didnt get reconnection.I called customer care and registered a complaint .Anyway till 10.am on 6th March 2009 I didnt get reconnection.Since i was very badly in need of active mobile connection I personally went to the bsnl office where i remitted cash and enquired the officer who was there to collect money .He told me that his job is only to collect money and if you have any problem you go to the second floor and tell somebody there.I went to the second floor of that office where i could find an accounts officer named Mr.Sanal and he helped me a lot and i got reconnection within 5 minutes.
Later I could understand that centurian bank was merged with HDFC bank and they had informed bsnl the factual delay that may happen.
I am a doctor and my mobile number was given to so many and so i was totally disurbed due to unfair attittude of your staff.The bsnl could have given me a warning that my mobile phone bill was pending before discnnecting both outgoing and incomming abrubtly.Please give your officers to atleast behave properly to customers who are genuine.
I request that I may be given a reply acknowledging my letter.

is still in pending state.

We are customer of BSNL for last 16 years and expect a little better
co-operation from your side.

Subject:Waiving of Rental and Broadband charges of 2412899 for the month of Feb-2009.

Sir,

I had applied to BSNL Udaipur office on 31st January 2009, for shifting of my telephone no. 2412899 from my earlier residence at Amrit Bhawan, old Station Road, Udaipur to my new residence at 50, Subhash Nagar, Udaipur. I had also requested at the time of application for an immidiate disconnection of the telephone from my old residence.

However, the telephone has not been shifted even till date (5th March 2009) to my new residence.

As such, the Landline and Broadband services have not been rendered to me for more than a month by BSNL. Hence, as per norms, the rental charges of my telephone bill for the month of February 2009 have to be waived, for which I am entitled.

I also request you to arrange for waiving of Rental and Broadband charges of 2412899 for the month of Feb-2009, as well as shifting of my landline[protected] at the earliest, so that I am not deprived of the services any further. Per norms, I will also be entitled for a waiver of rental charges for March 2009, if the services are not restored even uptill 10th March 2009.

Request you again to please do the needfull at the earliest.

BSNL broadband is horrible.it feels like a complete waste of money
The problem is that is fails to connect most of the time.due to the unstable dsl led on the modem.and even though it gets connected after 2-3 min agin there is a disconnection
i'm fed up with this.please solve my problem

Dear Sir,

I'm, lodging this complaint regadring my landline phone[protected], which has not been activated for usage, even after payment of bill on 2/3/09 at 11:30 AM. I was told that my phone would be activated by 4 pm on the same day, but my phone remains inactivated till now (2:00 PM, 4/3/09).

I'm unable to make any call from the phone, including toll free numbers like "198", "12727", "1095" and other compalint numbers of my circle "24012198".

Kindly into my grevience and get my phone activated immediately.

Further please note that, i have not been receiving any phone bills.

I am from JSW Steel Ltd, Bellary. we have CUG connection in our company but from last 2-3 months I am getting more bill than I expect I want my full bill detail till date (history also) and also verification regarding the bills.
Please take attention regarding this.

I have BSNL (UP east- Lucknow) post paid (525 plan) connection having mobile no [protected]. I applied for GPRS activation through SMS (gprs49) on[protected] and I got confirmation message along with settings. After installation of settings I tried for connection but every time since then I am getting error message "subscribe to packet data first". Several times I tried to contact customer care & always get assurance that your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs but since then a lot of 24 hrs has been passed but problem is not resolved yet. To contact Customer care, itself a big task but I have contacted at least 5 to 6 times during this period. Customer care persons replies are hopeless always trying to divert the problem. When I tried gprs from friends bsnl SIM on my set it worked fine.
May please help to forward this complain to a person of BSNL who can resolve it.
