[Resolved] BSNL — no network

dear sir, i am using a bsnl mobile network. i get full signal but then too i cant speak. no:[protected]. i have 11 cug connection all are facing the same problem. i have chenge many hanset bcoz of this problem. but its no use. i request u to take a serious action on this complaint. i pay rs.8000+ as my monthly bill but its no use. i dont find worth to pay so much money for such a bad network thank you, Was this information helpful? I got bsnl pre paid connection to my 2nd sim, it worked only for a day or two.now I am getting no net work msg, and I am not able to use it.
No is [protected].
Pl let me know the procedure for rectifying the problem.

Dear sir,
I am using BSNL gsm network I am staying in heart of the cochin city kerala, bt there is no network coverge. Iam not able to make calss and not able to use GPRS facility.I have complainted many times bt no use at all..please do something..
