[Resolved]  BSNL — No Recharge coupons in ROHTAK

Dear sir,
my mobile no [protected] is automattically disconcted.I am facing a large problem, Please attend my complaint. I shall highly oblige.

new connection activated four day before but no text message send and recived complaint in customer care but no positive action done

I am sushil kumar, I use bsnl prepaid connection from the very begning as BSNL launce prepaid in HARYANA and now i want to complain regarding blance is reduce automatically. i m reduce a lot of rupees (around of 90) without any service i m complainregarding this topic every time my complains forward but no responce to BSNL custmor care, but upto today the problem is same.

I am Sandeep Kumar, I use bsnl prepaid connection from the very begning as BSNL launce prepaid in HARYANA and now i live at village Khalilpur teh Pataudi distt. Gurgaon.Tow towar Near above Three KM 1st Mojabad Village in Gurgaon Distt. And 2nd Vill. Kakoria in Rewari Distt. But Vill Khalilpur is evry time Network down. Many custmur have changed the BSNL Service. I reported bsnl Exchange via application aslo, but upto today the problem is same.

Sir I was regular user of landline no[protected]. Sometimes i used internet 172222 with some extent. And normal telephone bill was 600-700 for two months. But in Jan-Feb 2009 my bill amount was
Rs 18939 which is 25-26 time higher due to faulty updation of internet services.My many neighbour also got the wrong bill. Last bill i.e. Nov-Dec 2009 i have to pay Rs 1827 /. which is app. 2.5 times high in average. But in Jan - Feb 2009 again i got extremely high bill amount Rs 18939/.this is happen second time. this time i can't pay. I also requested in March 2009 for same issue but no any response came from their side. So you are requested to look into this matter personally. And please write off excess amount and send average bill.

Initially it was working at a good speed but for the past 8-9 months it is becoming slower and slower.

what is the problem how it will be solved.

This is Rajender Kumar from bhiwani disst. haryana my BSNL Number is [protected]. I am using this connection in chandigarh .I am useing bsnl pre-paid connection last 1 years now i faceing many problems starts from 5 oct. 2010 my incomming and out going calls are barred unofficially by customer care executive (Mr vinod Sineor customer care executive ) I have to call in bsnl customer care many times but their software are always hang and down.


I am waiting for a hopefull responce from BSNL Prepaid customer care .
