[Resolved]  BSNL — New Connection

sir,my no is[protected] for this no the broadband speed is very slow about 100kbps only before that i got nearly 500 kbps. so please rectify my problem and provide me a good speed broadband service..

I have applied for new telephone land line connection with broadband home plan Rs 625 with number [protected] on 15 sep 10 with o/n [protected] B/o [protected] they have said that it will be installed within a week but still now theirs is no response..this is one reason why the private parties entered India competitions are good for some time to improve the quality first but not this long...

my broadband speed is very low at 0.08 mbps. i'm using unlimted home plan 750 for the past two years and i never experinced good speed. pl help.

I am Residing in Sithalapakkam Tamilnadu Housing Board for last two years.We don't have any broadband feasibility and moreover as it is Housing Board no one have permission to provide the facility.

So I request BSNL to come forward to provide the facility. In addition TNHB has more than 3000 houses in that more than 1000 people ready to take connection.

BSNL — Applied for new connection - But still waiting

I have applied for a telephone+broadband connection. The application was done on 08-Apr-2011. While applying, I have been told that I would get the connection within 10 days. But it has been a month now and I didn't get any response from BSNL so far. The company did not answer any of the calls I made. My application number is A1230768. Please help me out in expediting this.

i have taken bsnl brodband, plan 850, they told they will give 1mbs upto 8gb after that they will give 256kbps, but they are notproviding that much what they told. they are not giveing how much i have used. in 4,5 days the 8gb will not complete.if it is completed then also they are not providing 256kbps iam getting speed up to 150 kbps. if iam complaining they are giving the telephone number u do phone to this number, if call that no. they agian give another number,like that is going on but no response. they are cheating every easily. please can u slove my problem.

Hi i have registered for a new BSNL Landline + Broadband connection online on may 12th. My lead number is 114273. I am trying to get the status of my new request but i cant get the status in any exchange phone number. I need to know how many days will it take for the installation.

I've a landline Phone no.[protected] name of issue Om Parkash s/o Balak Ram VPO SAILBRAH. I've brodband connection with home plan of 1350. But speed of brodband is too slow as compared to given in plan. I call many times to near exchange Bhairupa for complaint that my brodband speed is too slow but they reply that this problem is under main Bathinda Telecom. Then i call to Telecom Exchange Bhagta they also reply same thing. Then i call to main Bathinda Telecom at phone no.12678. But they said that here everything is allright , and problem is in your near exchange. then i call again to Telecom Exchange Bhairupa theyy again said that problem of speed only solved at Bathinda Telecom. Please take any action about this and please help to solve this problem.

SIR, I HAVE APPLIED FOR A NEW CONNECTION FOR LAND LINE AND INTERNET FROM BSNL PATHANKOT AND DEPOSITED THE REQUIRED MONEY ON 09.04.2012 VIDE THEIR DEMAND NOTICE NO.[protected] DATED 09.04.2012 AND RECEIPT NO.PKT20104MD[protected] DATED 09.04.2012. EVEN AFTER THE LAPSE OF MORE THAN 2 MONTHS, THE CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED. I ASTONIOSHED THAT IN THE PATHANKOT CITY AND A COMPANY LIKE BSNL IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE.
I REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO PLEASE ARRANGE FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW CONNECTION AND IF THE COMPANY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE CONNECTION THEN REFUND MY MONEY WITH INTEREST AND COSTS.

Dear Sir,

We were trying for a new BSNL connection for almost three years now in Zamin Pallavaram Area in Chennai. Whenever we raise the request through different forums like submitting an application in person, or through BSNL official udaan website, it is always rejected saying "NOT FEASIBLE- CABLE TO BE LAID".

The reason cited was not true at all since there was cable present in the same house where the tenant move with the old connection.
We spoke to some of the BSNL personnel's and shocked to hear that they are no providing any new connections in the area since they do not promote new customers. Their intention seems to be only to retain the old customers, that too without much efforts.

He also added that the private vendors for internet broadband, were involved in stopping BSNL to provide new customers since they want to have a major share in every place. So even BSNL officials are asking us "Why don't you try the internet dongles provided by the private vendors"!!

This is so ridiculous that a government sector is completely supporting private sector growth due to crooked officials who get bribe for the same.

Also I tried repeatedly with different offices surrounding that area and everyone rejected them in round robin saying that "this is a border area where area of control is in dispute with the overlapping offices and also the head officials have too many politics between them".

This is really pathetic to cancel the leads with irresponsible replies, but we cannot blame the marketing people since they just reflect their top level management.

Could some one please look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency?
