[Resolved]  BSNL — No outgoing sms

i am unable to send sms from my bsnl mobile.service centre number[protected]

BSNL Pre-Paid — No outgoing SMS

I am unable to send an SMS for the last 6 months due to some problem with the service. I have launched several complaints with the customer care centre but to no avail. My number is [protected] in UP west region. Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible if at all BSNL cares for its customers.

I have one excel prepaid connection in my family in the names of wife.All the three connections have no outgoing sms service for last one month.The numbers are-[protected].
